Domino's Pizza in Basingstoke and Deane

Booked for a birthday meal at 7pm on 10th August and service was so bad drinks and starters took an hour to arrive and had to chase the main meals and finally came to the table at 9pm. After such a bad start they gave us the desert menu but didn’t come back to take the order so we paid the bill and left. Will not go back as this was there 1 year anniversary and if this is what it’s like I’m surprised they are still in business. Awful night which was supposed to be a family celebration.

I have during covid-19 ordered and has dominos delivered to my door but even though we are now opening more and dropping from 4 to 3 on the risk scale they are now refusing to deliver to my door I have to come out and collect which defeats Telmex object of ordering a takeaway rather than popping to shops. Had to send food back as I am unable to leave the flat. AT NO POINT WAS THIS HIGHLIGHTED ON THE WEBSITE To many times has dominios let me down

Not the first time I have had poor service from this site. Would give a Zero if possible. I / company spend a lot of money on orders for events and meals here. Orders are wrong, attitude from staff is rude and impersonal. Basics likes receipts have to be chased constantly. Basic service levels are not there from my experience. Just be happy with what you get. You will get something

Ordered from town centre dominos. When order arrived items were missing, asked the delivery driver where they were, he told me he would call the store to find out. He then promptly got in his car and drove away without giving me an answer. Tried calling the store reapeatedly but no one answered the phone. Tried calling for over an hour but still no answer. Poor customer service.

What else to say. If u looking for a good pizza . Choose Dominos. Is always the same .always taste good.and make u and your family happy.

it was an hour late and cold and cost nearly £20 per pizza. really not great for a franchise that specialises in churning out basic pizza.

We ordered online and had a confirmation to say our order would be delivered at half 8, by half past 9 it still hadn't arrived so I called to be told it had been cancelled. They admitted to not calling or emailing us to advise this and that if we followed the tracker service we would of known as it wouldn't if worked? Spoke to "Martin" who apparently was the manager who offered no apology and had a poor attitude. Will never order through this branch again!

Their delivery was very quick and loved the offer for under £20. Also, their new pizza taste amazing and more healthy than their regular pizza.

...at least according to me. The flavours is really special. And they offer really good pizzas at a really good prices. They deliver to your home. Always on time. Kind staff. Try the garlic dressing. Good location near the city centre

Had one of their chicken meals at a party. I can only comment on the food, and this is the basis for my high score. The chicken was cooked to perfection with delicious accompanying dips which were full of flavour. Potato wedges were also of good quality and far superior to the ones I have tried from Pizza Hut. 5/5 hygiene rating recently awarded is also reassuring. Will be sure to use in future, and write a full review soon.

The pizza served to you at Dominos is very good. Fresh dough Lots of toppings Good size The only bad thing is some time the pizza falls apart due to too much tomato sauce. All in all a very tasty pizza!

Dominoes never fails to impress! Fast delivery time for my daughters pizza party, kids all loved the food!

I love their pizzas as long as they make it my taste based on instructions. Some delivery drivers don't find my address and then we get delayed deliveries. They are very courteous, though

I had domino's food at a party as a takeaway so I cannot really comment on service. The location is great being within walking distance of the town centre. The establishment currently has a food hygiene rating of 5/5 and I was very impressed to hear that they prepare vegetarian and gluten free pizzas in a different section of the kitchen to the meat dishes to avoid contamination.The menu serves a good variety of dishes and there will be something for everyone. I do feel that a lot of the food was overpriced for what it was and I'm not sure if I will return for this reason however the portion sizes are good and there are many various offers and vouchers which you can use which significantly cut the cost of your order.No one had any complaints over their pizzas and I ordered chicken strippers. To start with, it is a foolish idea to put sauces in with the chicken like you did because it means that they turn warm and disgusting - the honey and mustard looked and tasted revolting anyway so not a great start. I was impressed with the size of my order and the chicken was nice and tender however the potato wedges didn't look very nice and so I didn't eat them.Overall, while the visit wasn't terrible, there was definitely room for improvement and if it wasn't for the vouchers, I wouldn't return as I don't like pizza and their chicken meal is not of adequate quality for the price.

I've never had an issue with any ordersive made. I mostly collect but the pizzas are always ready when I arrive. Staff are very friendly

What can I say ? I love Dominos pizza, always deliver on time and the order is always 100% correct.... the best pizza in town!!

If you don't know the quality of dominoes you haven't lived, it's like sitting on a cloud made of puppy ears and silk until you finish the pizza and you feel like the Michelin man and your covered in pizza and dribble.
