We often get take away from this KFC, the service and food are always very good

Excellent hot food straight out fresh took less than a minute to come out nothing missing no problems whatsoever very clean one of the best KFC’s I have ever been to also I have tried the McDonald’s next door don’t go to that McDonald’s it’s horrible it was so bad I was starting to get a chill down my spine

Very much a hit or miss as a fast food outlet, sometimes you get pipping hot, fresh food. The other half of the time the orders are incorrect or clearly have been left under a hot plate for too long and are tepid or chewy. The biggest concern is always the cleanliness of the restaurant and surrounding area, never clean or tidy which raises concerns over the behind the counter approach. Our recent visit had our 17 year notice that two members of staff had returned from their breaks (using hands to eat food) and returned to behind the counter with no washing of hands, straight back to serving customers!

Rushed me through the order screen then missed my dips which I asked for and was happy to pay for but when at the window he gave me ketchup and mayo sachets because I hadn’t paid for them despite ordering them with my food. Also nearly missed my drink if I hadn’t asked for it before shutting the window. Also when corrected that I asked for the garlic mayo and not the sachets he (Ben) was rude as if it wasn’t his mistake awful service and quite sad food wasn’t even warm :/

This is my go-to KFC as I can get in, order and have a quick lunch. The staff are always friendly and are efficient.

I asked for a refund after waiting over an hour. I got an email straight away saying they’d look into it and see if they could refund it. I then went out to get different food. Had eaten that and it then turned up about 2 hours after we ordered it. When it eventually turned up it was cold too.

Ordered the food at 6:30pm and it didn’t arrive until about 9:30pm. If this wasn’t ridiculous enough, the food arrived cold and of poor quality. We didn’t even have the option to cancel the order when it was taking way too long to come.

The food was originally due 18:05, then 18:45 to 19:05, then that got bumped around 18:50 to 19:55-20:15. It got marked as delivered at 20:40 at 20:00! The food is not delivered and I'm now feeding my kids something else who have been waiting 2 hours and kept up past their bedtime on promise of KFC. Not good enough.

Didn't want spicy ended up spicy couldn't eat still hungry upset

Delivery time kept moving from 19:35 to eventual delivery at 21:15. Obviously cold, but they had wrapped the Tropicana Orange Juice in with the hot food. Genius.

Food arrived cold. It took 2 hours to deliver it! The status was hanging on Preparing and that courier was waiting at the restaurant for ages. How long it takes to prepare fries, few wings and popcorn chicken? I will never order from this KFC again and claimed refund.

I specifically asked for NO chicken legs or thighs. meal consisted of 2 thighs, 1 leg and 1 small wing. Not happy.

The food is ok- just what you’d expect. But the inability to get the additional items you order is extremely frustrating, as on multiple occasions they’re missed off. There were 2 items missed from this order alone. It’s really not that hard, surely.

my order was over 2 hours late, stone cold as it clearly had been sitting on the side for that period of time. I could not eat it. I had to go out and get somthing else. I would like a full refund.

Doesn't deserve 1* Didn't seem that busy when I arrived with my nephew, a lot of seats empty... Went to the till to order, and was told "use the screen*... Which we tried. My nephew couldn't find what it was he wanted, so we went back to the tills to order. After nearly 5 mins, and numerous attempts to get staff attention, a lad came and said "what do you want?" My nephew, who has Autism and ADHD, and asked for what he wanted, but in a quiet voice, and the guy said "what?" So I then interjected and said, and told him "whilst I appreciate they are busy (primarily from delivery and drive thru orders) not speak to us that way" finally ordered, and he just pointed to the card machine, at this point I was gobsmacked at the sheer rudeness, I said "firstly how much is it, and secondly I'm paying by cash" As someone who suffers from severe anxiety, but trying to stay strong infront of my nephew, the order was in and he just walked off. To top this off, the food was warm at best. Upon leaving, we noticed to bin in the restaurant (see photo) Then, my nephew and I saw the "Food hygiene rating" was 5/5... From the bin, to the overall cleanliness of the place, I dread to think the state of the kitchen. Shall not be going again

Tasty food but an empty restaurant

Waited an hour and a half for it to actually be out for delivery and then once the food was here disappointingly I received the wrong burger, and it happened to be the buffalo burger which I cannot eat. Extremely disappointed. Not a nice end to the busy week I had.

said 30 min delivery. took over an hour and was cold when turned up. driver had learner plates and was smoking on way to my door. not good service

Incorrect items delivered. Incorrect sides are delivered in the order.

KFC should be ashamed of this franchise. Food was absolutely dreadful. Chicken was sloppy, greasy and undercooked. Same with the fries. The waiting time was ridiculous and then to be served the rubbish they did was insulting. I don't expect a lot out of fast food but this was a joke. Major rat infestation issue as well. Avoid at all costs

We haven't ordered from KFC for a little while because items are always missing. So once again we will not be ordering from KFC because items were missing and i will not be getting a refund AGAIN. So disappointing.

Portion of fries had only 6 fries in them and mini fillet had no coating.

Food is great as always but will be our last visit as they stopped serving drinks with real sugars a while ago, and have now stopped doing hot drinks too. Nothing left for us there 😔

Waited for 2 hours but never arrived

2 hours for delivery and food was cold.

Yet another delivery driver who can’t find the house (easy house to find) and phoned as he wants me to walk down the road to meet him!! (I didn’t walk down the road to meet him, he did actually come to the house in the end)

Everything good, hot and on time, friendly delivery guy too. Sadly a small screw up on KFCs part, I ended up with beans instead of gravy

I ordered a 14 piece bucket at 17.56pm and ask for it to be delivered at 7.15pm. I had grandchildren coming for dinner and 2 had to leave at 8pm so of course they left before the food was delivered and it was wasted

Our order was marked as delivered and then arrived 15 minutes later and had 4 items missing and was also so cold we had to microwave it.

Would be a good idea not to put cold drinks in the same bag has hot food because our chips was cold and drinks was warm.

Terrible delivery time, ordered at 19.41 and delivered around 21.15. We also received the wrong drinks and the food was cold. This has previously happened to me before where I had an option to cancel the order, however this time I had no option to do that.

I am getting very agitated that every time I place an order with just eat I am not getting what I ordered which means I am spending a fortune on food and not receiving it

A really nice store, clean and with friendly staff. Plenty of seating so can always get a place to sit.

By putting the cold drinks in the same bag as hot food our food wasn't very warm. May I suggest that in future all drinks orders are packed separately to the food.

Went through the drive through, ordered for 5 people, didn't get my chips, not surprised, happens regularly at the drive throughs. Had a nice selection of chicken pieces in the Colonel meal this time, a drumstick, a wing, and a thigh (my fav) and they were succulent and tasty.

Order arrived in the 20 min window - but the driver phoned me and said she was outside - so I left my apartment and went down stairs and she wasn’t there, so I called back and she was at a different address, I told her the correct address- she then said she was at the right place and I wasn’t…. So I explained again… and then when she finally understood - I had to wait for her to come back. My food was okay as I had chicken salad but because of the delay and mix up - husbands food was then cold..

Didn’t receive our bottle of coke but other than that is was nice

Very very late, not what I am used to from the KFC in Fleet which was always very quick. On top of that, the order was not as per request as somebody obviously cannot read and then one of the pieces I ate was cold on one side, really? Not great.

Great food as always, friendly service and always well kept, clean and tidy.

Placed an order. Received someone else’s order. Tried to call the store 7 times. No reply. So took the wrong order back to the store. Was told it wasn’t there issue. And they wouldn’t be doing anything about it. This is shocking and disgusting. Quick to take the cash. But won’t help after.

My order says delivered but it didn't even get here, no phone call from the delivery driver either! I've had issues with my last 3 orders and its becoming very frustrating, so I doubt I will be using Just Eat again in future.

this is the second time I have ordered from KFC leisure park branch and not had my complete order, they always seem to forget the large bottle of drink which costs £3.50 a time

4 dreadfully dry pieces of chicken - no drumsticks just dry wings and a load of bones and skin covered in batter. About 18 chips. Poor show KFC, won’t be ordering again.
