‘Expected time’ kept changing so was 1 hour 45 wait in the end. All food was cold. Not happy with the meal at all

Was delivered cold and took over 1 hour 50 mins from ordering to delivery. Not good enough for £38! (Courier was bery apologetic and said that KFC was too busy to cope)

When I got to the premise to order via drive thru, there was no car queuing up at all. When I got to the order box, I was asked to wait which was OK for me. Finally, I ordered what I wanted. I ordered 10 pcs family feast. When asked of the 2 sides, I said 2 graves; and a bottle of Pepsi max when asked for the drinks. When I got to the window, I paid as usual. Only then I was asked if I was willing to take 10 legs, otherwise, I would have to wait for 7 minutes. I said I don't want all legs, and had to wait. Finally, the cashier who was this tall and large gentleman brought me my order. As a foreigner if this country, I was proud to have learned some etiquette from the British people. After making me wait while they cook, though, there was no other drive thru customers, I wasn't expecting, but when the cashier just gave me the bag without at least apologising for making me wait, he didn't say anything at all which somehow disappointed me. I started driving home. When I got home, my son, who waited for his chicken asked about where the graves where. I couldn't find any. It had happened a few times before when there's always something missing. One time, instead of 12 boneless, I only found 10 pcs instead. We don't have time to check what's inside the bag they gave us from the window. Or count if I got correct number of chicken. Or if I got everything I ordered. Firstly, I don't want to hold the queue up. Secondly, I thought, it s rude to check myself what they've just packed up. But not always, but you can develop mistrust from the staff's packing abilities. I phoned kfc straight after coz I thought they could still remember the person they made to wait for 7 minutes . I was offered compensation with 2 pcs I think which I refused as it's not what I was after, but for them to just be aware. Since this is customer service business, I wish staff could learn integrity by packing honestly what's been orders and paid for, and good manners toward paying customers.

Delivery never arrived. It said it was delivered but it wasn't. Had to order again which it took absolutely ages.

Not only this time. 7 out of 10 my orders are delivered too late. Most of the time it gives anxious and spoils all my mood snd energy. By waiting for order i couldn't complete my personal work. Can not get ready for work. Totally i cant believe the

Every time I order there is always missing something what a very bad service

When I placed the order it said the eta was around 1 hour. It took and hour and a half. Food was cold too.

Excellent hot food straight out fresh took less than a minute to come out nothing missing no problems whatsoever very clean one of the best KFC’s I have ever been to also I have tried the McDonald’s next door don’t go to that McDonald’s it’s horrible it was so bad I was starting to get a chill down my spine

Very much a hit or miss as a fast food outlet, sometimes you get pipping hot, fresh food. The other half of the time the orders are incorrect or clearly have been left under a hot plate for too long and are tepid or chewy. The biggest concern is always the cleanliness of the restaurant and surrounding area, never clean or tidy which raises concerns over the behind the counter approach. Our recent visit had our 17 year notice that two members of staff had returned from their breaks (using hands to eat food) and returned to behind the counter with no washing of hands, straight back to serving customers!

food items missing again, got refund for items but that's not really the point when you order a takeaway.

the delivery time was originally 6.20pm - 6.30pm but it eventually was delivered 7.40pm. extremely late. I was just at the point of cancelling the order and ordering elsewhere when the order changed to indicate it was being delivered.

It’s very nice, but I don’t think you should put a cold. Can of pop in with the bag with the hot food because it brings that temperature down but thank you.

Rushed me through the order screen then missed my dips which I asked for and was happy to pay for but when at the window he gave me ketchup and mayo sachets because I hadn’t paid for them despite ordering them with my food. Also nearly missed my drink if I hadn’t asked for it before shutting the window. Also when corrected that I asked for the garlic mayo and not the sachets he (Ben) was rude as if it wasn’t his mistake awful service and quite sad food wasn’t even warm :/

Best delivery we have had in awhile, had everything we ordered and chicken was really good. you could tell it hadn't been sat there for abit in the heated ovens

This is my go-to KFC as I can get in, order and have a quick lunch. The staff are always friendly and are efficient.

Order never arrived - saw on map driver was in wrong area, waited for them to call to locate me - they never did. Suddenly my order is now ''delivered'' - not to me it isn't!!! Can't even contact Just Eat other than email - pointless!

Ordered the food at 6:30pm and it didn’t arrive until about 9:30pm. If this wasn’t ridiculous enough, the food arrived cold and of poor quality. We didn’t even have the option to cancel the order when it was taking way too long to come.

I asked for a refund after waiting over an hour. I got an email straight away saying they’d look into it and see if they could refund it. I then went out to get different food. Had eaten that and it then turned up about 2 hours after we ordered it. When it eventually turned up it was cold too.

The food was originally due 18:05, then 18:45 to 19:05, then that got bumped around 18:50 to 19:55-20:15. It got marked as delivered at 20:40 at 20:00! The food is not delivered and I'm now feeding my kids something else who have been waiting 2 hours and kept up past their bedtime on promise of KFC. Not good enough.

I specifically asked for NO chicken legs or thighs. meal consisted of 2 thighs, 1 leg and 1 small wing. Not happy.

Delivery time kept moving from 19:35 to eventual delivery at 21:15. Obviously cold, but they had wrapped the Tropicana Orange Juice in with the hot food. Genius.

Food arrived cold. It took 2 hours to deliver it! The status was hanging on Preparing and that courier was waiting at the restaurant for ages. How long it takes to prepare fries, few wings and popcorn chicken? I will never order from this KFC again and claimed refund.

The food is ok- just what you’d expect. But the inability to get the additional items you order is extremely frustrating, as on multiple occasions they’re missed off. There were 2 items missed from this order alone. It’s really not that hard, surely.

my order was over 2 hours late, stone cold as it clearly had been sitting on the side for that period of time. I could not eat it. I had to go out and get somthing else. I would like a full refund.

Doesn't deserve 1* Didn't seem that busy when I arrived with my nephew, a lot of seats empty... Went to the till to order, and was told "use the screen*... Which we tried. My nephew couldn't find what it was he wanted, so we went back to the tills to order. After nearly 5 mins, and numerous attempts to get staff attention, a lad came and said "what do you want?" My nephew, who has Autism and ADHD, and asked for what he wanted, but in a quiet voice, and the guy said "what?" So I then interjected and said, and told him "whilst I appreciate they are busy (primarily from delivery and drive thru orders) not speak to us that way" finally ordered, and he just pointed to the card machine, at this point I was gobsmacked at the sheer rudeness, I said "firstly how much is it, and secondly I'm paying by cash" As someone who suffers from severe anxiety, but trying to stay strong infront of my nephew, the order was in and he just walked off. To top this off, the food was warm at best. Upon leaving, we noticed to bin in the restaurant (see photo) Then, my nephew and I saw the "Food hygiene rating" was 5/5... From the bin, to the overall cleanliness of the place, I dread to think the state of the kitchen. Shall not be going again

Waited an hour and a half for it to actually be out for delivery and then once the food was here disappointingly I received the wrong burger, and it happened to be the buffalo burger which I cannot eat. Extremely disappointed. Not a nice end to the busy week I had.

KFC should be ashamed of this franchise. Food was absolutely dreadful. Chicken was sloppy, greasy and undercooked. Same with the fries. The waiting time was ridiculous and then to be served the rubbish they did was insulting. I don't expect a lot out of fast food but this was a joke. Major rat infestation issue as well. Avoid at all costs

We haven't ordered from KFC for a little while because items are always missing. So once again we will not be ordering from KFC because items were missing and i will not be getting a refund AGAIN. So disappointing.

Food is great as always but will be our last visit as they stopped serving drinks with real sugars a while ago, and have now stopped doing hot drinks too. Nothing left for us there 😔

Yet another delivery driver who can’t find the house (easy house to find) and phoned as he wants me to walk down the road to meet him!! (I didn’t walk down the road to meet him, he did actually come to the house in the end)

I ordered a 14 piece bucket at 17.56pm and ask for it to be delivered at 7.15pm. I had grandchildren coming for dinner and 2 had to leave at 8pm so of course they left before the food was delivered and it was wasted

Our order was marked as delivered and then arrived 15 minutes later and had 4 items missing and was also so cold we had to microwave it.

Would be a good idea not to put cold drinks in the same bag has hot food because our chips was cold and drinks was warm.

Terrible delivery time, ordered at 19.41 and delivered around 21.15. We also received the wrong drinks and the food was cold. This has previously happened to me before where I had an option to cancel the order, however this time I had no option to do that.

I am getting very agitated that every time I place an order with just eat I am not getting what I ordered which means I am spending a fortune on food and not receiving it

By putting the cold drinks in the same bag as hot food our food wasn't very warm. May I suggest that in future all drinks orders are packed separately to the food.

Went through the drive through, ordered for 5 people, didn't get my chips, not surprised, happens regularly at the drive throughs. Had a nice selection of chicken pieces in the Colonel meal this time, a drumstick, a wing, and a thigh (my fav) and they were succulent and tasty.
