I never go there again the barista name viny had been rude and with bad behaviour and bad attitude is unacceptable to get that services and reply in bad way

Worst KFC EVER!!! There needs to be a minus button. Literally every time we order something is missing. Tonight we tried again and ordered a large order which came with 6 portions of chips. We asked the delivery driver if it was all there. He said yes. Opened the order - no chips. Hungry kids, adults and cost a fortune and 6 portions of chips missing. Tried phoning for half an hour and the phone rings out and gives up - they are apparently too stupid to work out how to do a full order and haven’t been “trained” how to answer a phone. Now having to drive down there and kick off - chicken, sweet corn etc will be inedible and cold by the time we get back. Absolute farce. Terrible customer care, terrible service and stupid idiots full filling orders. I wouldn’t be so harsh if it was a one off but this is about the fifth time. I suppose it says more about us than them!!!!

it arrived cold, gave back to the driver to return as cold, then he was going to bring a hot meal back, then looked out of my window and the delivery driver was sat in his car eating it

Sent someone elses order. Asked Just Eat for a refund, which was declined. No compensation offered at all for the poor service. Have been a long time customer of Just Eat, but will never use them again now.

Half of the order was wrong. Poor service by kfc, get the impression they can't be bothered to get things right. No problem with the delivery driver.

I spend £66.66 for Party Becket and 20 hot wings. Delivered only 20 chicken wings. I Returned whole order to restaurant. There was a nice lady manager who wants to help but that s all I lost £66.66 just eat don't want to refund me my money becouse order has been delivered and sand me to KFC. the KFC sand me to just eat .... I bought a Singer Supercharger which costs 10:99 in the app, I was charged 12:99. Wicked Barrier Bucket costs 29:99 in the app, I was charged 25:99, plus delivery 5:99, some service 0:99 theft, I do not recommend!!!! I will never shop there again!!!

Driver didnt find address was rude

When I got to the premise to order via drive thru, there was no car queuing up at all. When I got to the order box, I was asked to wait which was OK for me. Finally, I ordered what I wanted. I ordered 10 pcs family feast. When asked of the 2 sides, I said 2 graves; and a bottle of Pepsi max when asked for the drinks. When I got to the window, I paid as usual. Only then I was asked if I was willing to take 10 legs, otherwise, I would have to wait for 7 minutes. I said I don't want all legs, and had to wait. Finally, the cashier who was this tall and large gentleman brought me my order. As a foreigner if this country, I was proud to have learned some etiquette from the British people. After making me wait while they cook, though, there was no other drive thru customers, I wasn't expecting, but when the cashier just gave me the bag without at least apologising for making me wait, he didn't say anything at all which somehow disappointed me. I started driving home. When I got home, my son, who waited for his chicken asked about where the graves where. I couldn't find any. It had happened a few times before when there's always something missing. One time, instead of 12 boneless, I only found 10 pcs instead. We don't have time to check what's inside the bag they gave us from the window. Or count if I got correct number of chicken. Or if I got everything I ordered. Firstly, I don't want to hold the queue up. Secondly, I thought, it s rude to check myself what they've just packed up. But not always, but you can develop mistrust from the staff's packing abilities. I phoned kfc straight after coz I thought they could still remember the person they made to wait for 7 minutes . I was offered compensation with 2 pcs I think which I refused as it's not what I was after, but for them to just be aware. Since this is customer service business, I wish staff could learn integrity by packing honestly what's been orders and paid for, and good manners toward paying customers.

Excellent hot food straight out fresh took less than a minute to come out nothing missing no problems whatsoever very clean one of the best KFC’s I have ever been to also I have tried the McDonald’s next door don’t go to that McDonald’s it’s horrible it was so bad I was starting to get a chill down my spine

Very much a hit or miss as a fast food outlet, sometimes you get pipping hot, fresh food. The other half of the time the orders are incorrect or clearly have been left under a hot plate for too long and are tepid or chewy. The biggest concern is always the cleanliness of the restaurant and surrounding area, never clean or tidy which raises concerns over the behind the counter approach. Our recent visit had our 17 year notice that two members of staff had returned from their breaks (using hands to eat food) and returned to behind the counter with no washing of hands, straight back to serving customers!

the delivery time was originally 6.20pm - 6.30pm but it eventually was delivered 7.40pm. extremely late. I was just at the point of cancelling the order and ordering elsewhere when the order changed to indicate it was being delivered.

It’s very nice, but I don’t think you should put a cold. Can of pop in with the bag with the hot food because it brings that temperature down but thank you.

Rushed me through the order screen then missed my dips which I asked for and was happy to pay for but when at the window he gave me ketchup and mayo sachets because I hadn’t paid for them despite ordering them with my food. Also when corrected that I asked for the garlic mayo and not the sachets he (Ben) was rude as if it wasn’t his mistake awful service and quite sad food wasn’t even warm :/

This is my go-to KFC as I can get in, order and have a quick lunch. The staff are always friendly and are efficient.

Order never arrived - saw on map driver was in wrong area, waited for them to call to locate me - they never did. Suddenly my order is now ''delivered'' - not to me it isn't!!! Can't even contact Just Eat other than email - pointless!
