How is the food here always cold, or near enough to it? How hard is it to keep food reasonably hot?

Staff didn't seem like they wanted to be there and when I received my boneless banquet I expected the chicken to be in a box like usual but it was just loose in the box and they were very stingy on the chips they gave me about 13. Very bad wouldn't recommend.

Fast service and delicious chicken

Ordered food from here never turned between me and my daughter we phoned 20 plus times phone was not answered then hubby went down to get food and they then barred him and my daughter from eating from them again

If I could I would drive to this perticular kfc every time. Chicken always juicy and succulent, coating alway crispy amd perfectly season. Ahhh I'm hungry now !!!.

love this KFC chicken is cooked just rite and the fries are the best in any KFC I've been too they season them were as other KFC's I've been to the chicken is either full of oil and chips bland or chicken dryer then your mum's turkey at christmas

Food wasn't fresh, clearly had been sitting there for 20 mins or more.

Husband thought he would treat the kids to a Saturday night takeaway but I wish he hadn’t! Got home to find several items of the order missing (8 hot wings, 4 sweetcorns!) chips were soggy and chicken only lukewarm and coating not crispy like you want from a kfc chicken piece. Not the first time they’ve messed up our order but will be the last as refuse to use them again. Also not answering their phone and have tried several attempts so customer service also lacking!

Recipes have change and not for the better. Smaller portions, different coating on chicken pieces and a coating of spice on chips all In all for me a disaster. Won't be going back any time soon.

It's not bad. Personally, I just don't care for the taste of the food. Chicken was okay, nothing special. Fries - not my cup of tea.

Ordered the £2.99 special which included mini burgers, fries and pops. Took away and only then realized the burgers were not packed in our bag. Returned and they quickly corrected this also adding extra fries and pops. Food was really good. Best KFC branch we have visited.

Chicken was very dry, probably end of evening. Rubbish everywhere.

Disgusting service, saying delivered. No order received. KFC app not interested. No one picks up the phone , messages left. I want my money back.

I regularly come here. And during school days, I come to buy 4pc boneless chicken and popcorn for my twins 4 years olds boys for lunch. It’s like 2 to 3 times a week. Day before yesterday, I took the same, went home and opened, but found a piece missing. Today I came and when I was collecting my order, I told the incident. The lady at the counter told that I need to call costumer service and they will provide a reference number. I told next time I shall and requested if she could add the missing one piece for today. She said NO in one go. I felt so ashamed sharing the issue with her and felt like I was begging a piece of chicken. I was expecting that a big company like this would say sorry for inconvenience and straight away add the missing piece. Having said that, I would not stop going there. But I felt the lady doesn’t know what is costumers service or not trained.

Awful. Ordered to sit in, came bagged to take away. Order was completely wrong. Food was cold. Members of staff either don’t speak English or haven’t got a clue about the menu. Whatever you order on the self service is not what you will receive. Never had a problem at other KFC’s but this is as bad as it gets.

Don't bother, the drive thru order of a bargain bucket costing £22 of 10 pieces of chicken was short of 4 pieces of chicken, plus there were 4 drumsticks and only 2 breasts, it was not very hot at all, and not at all tasty, I hope we don't get food poisoning now. The staff were all crowded around the serving window, and obviously were not paying attention to the work they were supposed to be doing, and that was serving the customers order correctly. No receipt was offered, which is not good too. We tried to contact them when we realised at home the order was short, but it always went to answerphone, so a message to call us was left. We will not be returning, and will wait for the return of our answering machine message we left. Very disappointed!

Staff were welcoming and efficient. It was a very busy late Sunday morning but they remained calm and made coffees quickly. The cafe seemed clean and tables were regularly wiped down. A good place to relax and to watch the world go by or to read a book. Wifi was down for the last two days but hope this is fixed soon.

Definitely avoid using the drive thru on busy nights, I went there last night and ended up being stuck in the queue for over half an hour. Wasn’t busy inside and staff just seemed to be standing around doing nothing. The food was a let down too, we ordered a mini fillet box meal and boneless banquet as well as some extra mini fillets. The extra mini fillets were not given.

Food is good.. but many times we didn't receive that we ordered. Please kfc guys learn how to read and pack the order. 😉 Go back to primary school. Thanks.

Dirty tables. Was told there was no milk after teas had been served. (In fairness, I asked another team member, who found a bottle).

Staff more interested in going for cigarette breaks and chatting than doing their job, rude & dismissive with poor quality food

Always alarming when there's more staff than customers. Found one of the staff asleep in a booth. After we bought food I made an observation about the cleanliness which was dismissed. After this several members of staff just stared at me. Very unpleasant experience. Avoid at all costs.

Friendly staff, quick service and a nice meal in a conducive environment.

Nathan was great, he was so polite and so helpful. Very smiley and was the best service I have had in a long time! Thank you so much . Definitely recommend. This boy deserves a bonus !

I order 2 box meal to be delivered and they sent only 1 box meal. I tried calling the customer number on the receipt and it said phone is switched off. Called restaurant and it goes to voice mail. How bad is the customer service? There is nobody to contact when order is not delivered. So much of inconvenience that I had cook meal for my child as her order was not sent.

Had a drive through. Definitely not worth the money paid. The chicken was dripping with grease and was soggy. The chips were cold, soggy and inedible. Only good point was the sauce and drink. Also in the bucket of chicken, your meant to get a mixture of pieces. But I only managed to get drumsticks and 1 thigh. Definitely need to sort themselves out.

Not as busy as McDonalds next door, meaning finding a seat is easier if eating in. The touch screens are, just like everywhere else, not particularly responsive to the touch and relatively slow. My friend went to collect the food, so I cannot comment on that. The tables weren't the cleanest, certainly not wiped clean as often as I would like. Ultimately, it does a job of filling a hole.

Bad experience today. Extreme wait, half an hour for 4 cars in the drivethrough then extra items paid for on top of the bucket were not included. No easy way to contact or reclaim, the receipt is not the same as the one pictured on their complaints form and is extremely difficult to figure out which codes go in which box. Also the most ridiculously small pieces of chicken I have ever seen after eating here for 25 years. The 8 mini fillets were all smaller than chicken wings I've had in the past, all less than 6cm long and some of them being less than 1cm thick with just extra batter hanging off them, as can be seen in the photo.

Omfg, over cooked and dry , can I help you, Yes Call pest control or a doctor , what I ate wasn't chicken , and my grandson even had a hair in his fries , embarrassing 😳 I'm afraid , KFC

KFC is what it is sometimes it is good and sometimes not so good

Fancied a change from McDonald's so trying this out. Parang surprised by the rice chicken.

Generally good experience, we did have a small issue ordering online for collection so took a bit longer to get our food but the store did sort it out for us and we got our food but I would generally recommend just ordering for delivery or going into the store and placing your order, the online collection service is a bit pointless as it doesn't save you time because they don't receive the order you place untill you press the "check-in" button which you're ment to press when you arrive at the store but generally it's good enough for fast food.

Poor service in away how deliveroo drivers are treated, they spend more than 45 minutes waiting for eats to be delivered, no any reception at all, one of the worst KFC I have come across in Basingstoke.

Been a while since I visited KFC and it seems quite a lot has changed. Prices very high considering how tiny chicken pieces got. Missed part of my order, luckily staff reacted well and provided extra fries, yet it seems this happens often (most reviews pointing out missing pieces). Bins overflowing (were about to be emptied when I was leaving), considering place wasn't that busy and whole place could use some cleaning.

The meal we had was brilliant. The chicken was crispy and fresh. The Gravey was perfect. The staff were very helpful and helped me carry our meal to our table.

Genuinely might be the worst KFC in the UK. Everything costs way more than it should normally. Plus its always closed for some random reason, or the order screens don't work, or the ENTIRE card payment system is broken. Most unorganised restaurant I've ever been to

Food OK. Drive thru. Service really really slow I was I only one in drive thru and staff had hardly any customer service skills at all. Area looked dirty. Don’t pay at first window but not even sign telling you to keep going…. Mcd was huge queue yet kfc dead. I can see why too….over priced for what you get.

Bins overflowing, floor and tables filthy, items missed from our order. My 3 piece meal contained chicken legs only and when challenged the staff were insistent that chicken breast meat is never served in a 3 piece meal which is odd seeing as on every previous occasion it is! Overall a very miserable experience.

Drive through often very busy with slow queues. Check your order once you receive it as items can be missing!

The place was very visually dirty, large amount of dirty tables and food on the floor. Getting the food was a nightmare, no-one knew what was going on, orders took way too long for the place to be classified as a fastfood establishment.

Every time i go in to order KFC takeaway and get home (20 mins away as they dont deliver to my address) there is always something wrong with the order or if having 3 pieces of chicken they always tend to give drumsticks. Normally try to check it before driving off. Too many staff just waking about not doing much some put the chicken in the bags and then just leave the bags on the counter for more than 5 mins, it's no wonder the food isn't always hot. The deliveroo drivers always park in the wheelchair spaces and they just wait all over the place and not in any designated areas. Just a shambles.

Missed multiple items from order including sides for two box meals. Whilst I can't be bothered to travel back to ask them to make up for this, I will never return in the future.

Nice KFC with drive-through. Premises and areas around is nice and clean, seating outside is also available. Friendly and profesiaon staff

Very pleasant person on drive thru duty, took my order, was nice and polite and did not rush me. The food was very good, wrap of the day was exceptional as usual and the rest of the food was very good. Certainly on point that day.

Why do so many restaurants have touch screen ordering stations that don't work? The idea is great, the technology isn't. 😜 Yet another KFC where the screens don't work reliably.

We took our granddaughter there as a treat for her , myself and my partner also got something. When we got our food home it was cold and so undercooked it would have made us ill if we had eaten it. Complained but got absolutely no where absolute joke of a company DO NOT RISK EATING ANYTHING FROM THERE not joking either

Nice enough coffee. Warm, friendly, and welcoming coffee. Went for a catch-up with an old friend had a coffee and a cake and had no complaints. Would return anytime. Plenty of places to park and a nice drive-through if you are in a hurry.

Have so many staff but yet the service was too slow so eventually food wasn't fresh enough. Kids meal included on the tray instead of a separate box. No wonder McDonald's on the opposite side is always with long queues and no queues for KFC

Cleaner decided to lock the door on me and just kept saying closed when I asked why despite the fact that there were 10 minutes until close and other customers were ordering

Worst kfc I've ever been to. No zinger towers because they had no hash browns. No lids for top of coke cups. 4 of us ate there and every meal we had was missing something. The chicken was dry as anything, none of the self service screens worked, the staff were awful and the place was filthy. Never ever again..... Avoid and do yourselves a favour and go to McDonald's next to it like we did afterwards

Omg service is not at this kfc went in stood at front waiting to order as machines were down. A lady cleaning aware the que was starting with no one attending and just carried on . So my friend finally shouted hello anyone serving and a college at back just shurrged shoulders manager came out and apologosed but damage done it was dead in their thought they would be happy for customers service pants cleaner should of let them know waiting .once ordererd quick service on food so it wasn't like they had to cook feel like your a nusience

Worst kfc restaurant around whoever the manager is needs to be sacked two days in a row we've ordered food well before the closing time once at 9 30 and tonight at 10 and both nights we've had no cancellation and no food I I be going in tommorow as you owe me 90pounds and I will be complaining about the manager do not order from this restaurant unless you want to be utterly fkd around

It wasn't very busy but we had wait for the food to be done but it was nice and hot, very dirty inside the restaurant.

Disgustingly dirty floor and table, even had someone's dental aligners left on it.

Drive through service was shockingly bad. I was halfway through making the order when the young girl on the speaker screamed extremely loud then cut off the line. She then returned shortly after laughing with her co workers which I found very unprofessional with no apologies. When we pulled up to collect the food there was a group of staff standing around doing nothing whilst one worker was serving. What a complete joke of a KFC and I'm glad I won't be returning as I was just passing through the area. P.S. Food was under cooked and bland. Do yourself a favour.. AVOID!!!
