Domino's Pizza in Basingstoke and Deane

Ordered via Just Eat. 2 hours later, the pizzas hadn't turned up. 3 or 4 of us tried to phone to query this; the phone connected and we could hear voices, then they hung up. Eventually one of us got through and they said they had recalled the driver and were re-making the pizzas. One of us got in his car and collected them himself. No apologies, no explanation, and they have delivered to our location before. Won't be using Dominos again in Chineham. Can't wait to see if the outlet reply to this.

I would add a picture to this but we didn’t even receive our pizzas !!! Sons birthday sleepover ruined , now 12.30 am and hungry boys starving……… no answer from chineham store ! Ordered at 10.30! Disgusting I want a re fund

Tonight 29/09/20 i ordered a pizza and for once it has turned up and been AMAZING and looks so good and taste beautiful definitely need to keep that chef! Absolutely lovely

Not up to the usual standard half my pizza was way over cooked and tasted very dry. Normally really nice from here

Ordered 3 pizzas via the App. Sat staring at the progress bar and still not baking after an hour. Tried calling - phone either answered immediately and disconnected or rang out. Food finally delivered cold after 2 hours. Pathetic.

Quick, and good. Fast service and the pizza was very tasty, friendly staff when collected. Also good value as all dominos are imo.

Appalling service. Delivered 75 minutes after the requested time. Phoned the store twice and was told they were very busy and do not have to guarantee a delivery time, apart from it has to be within two hours of placing the order. Ordered at 18:00, delivered at 20:30. Not satisfied with the rest of the response either. I willl not use this store again. Very poor customer service alll round. Pizzas were only lukewarm too.

I have used this branch for collections a few times. The operation is very slick, no matter how busy. The people taking the orders are very friendly, calm and efficient. The team behind them seem well organised. Unlike most fast food places, it all seems very efficient and well organised.

We regularly use Chineham Dominos for delivery and collection. Food is always good and consistent. They deliver on time and very quickly and collection has always been fine. Handy location for those living in Chineham.

Ordered twice in last two months. Every time the pizza arrived over 1.5 hrs late! Had to make alternative arrangements for the kids at the end as no way to find out how long it will take to deliver the order. No communication at all - nobody even picks up the phone. Worst Dominos ever experienced. Will never order again.

Dominos are my favourite of all the Pizza delivery firms. I use this one in Chineham, Basingstoke. Delivery time is always very fast, food is always piping hot and tasty.

Consistent good standard and wide choice on menu. Very reliable delivery and always piping hot. Tends to be very expensive if you do not have vouchers, which are usually available.

Ordered a meal today with 2 pizzas, both BBQ stuffed crust. One was fine one was just cheese stuffed crust. Called up to complain to be told that 'I made those pizzas they were right' I repeated myself several times before they decided to send me another pizza which 'would be a while' so 40 minutes later the pizza arrives with stuffed crust but the base was raw, soggy and un cooked! Will be using one of the other pizza places in future!

We had a delivery for a meal with guests. The meal was adequate although I am not sure if I will return ... I feel that pizza hut delivery is better.Now it is good that you can track your order on line to see what is happening although our meal did arrive 7 minutes late ... not that bad but this could have been improved scene as they had plenty of advance notice on our order. When the meal arrived the man at the door was polite however he did seem like he couldn't be bothered, he could have been more enthusiastic.The food itself was adequate although not good ... the establishment does have a very good food hygiene rating of 5, this is brilliant and better then pizza hut which has a 4. The pizzas were a bit overcooked and burnt. I'm not sure I liked the chicken as much as I did in pizza hut.Value was good, the meal itself was not the cheapest although it came with free ice cream and a 50% off collection pizza voucher which did not appear to have a limit on the use or expiry date. This means that the meal, all in all, is reasonably cheap and it would provide me with an incentive to return. You don't get this kind of deal from elsewhere.Overall, yes I would return but not over pizza hut, I would also recommend pizza hut over this.

We order dominos about 3 times a month its always delivered hot and we have never had a bad one we tend to go for deals as these offer better value for money

Love the Dominoes at Chineham staff are friendly and have a fantastic sense of humour. Food is a little expensive but worth the money spent

Ok, the pizzas are great at Dominos, but the service is slow and quite often they make complete mistakes with your order and its generally cheaper to go to a restaurant and sit down and eat with better service. still better pizzas than other pizza places in town.

After placing our online order, we were informed that it would take 75mins, not to bad as it was 19:16hrs so when 20:46 arrived we phones to ask why the delay and how long, to be told it still waiting to be made and it was going to be another 30mins at least and could not guarantee that, so it was time to cancel and look else where, not freaking happy.
