Memory Lane Café in Basingstoke and Deane

Paid £10 and waited over half an hour for pie terrible.

Came here on a rainy Sunday, there isn't enough tables and there seems to be chaos in the kitchen. Having been waiting for half an hour for the food to come. The price is central London price, £11 for a fish and chips, £11 for a pizza.

This is the Cafe / Diner at Milestone Basingstoke. The cafe serves hot drinks snacks and lunchtime meals including specials and children's meals, sadly no pictures of the food as everyone started eating before I had chance to take pictures. Snacks can be taken down to the pub to have with an old fashioned pint. Food and service were excellent on our visit. Milestones is a wonderful day out and you may need two to see everything properly, we love it and will use our return tickets regularly.
