Terrible customer service. I ordered some pizza deals. Food arrived and the pizza deal you ordered come through wrong. Ring them to try and resolve, to be told it's my problem I didn't select large from the drop down menu. I replied with when it states any large pizza for £9.99 delivered then you automatically believe it's going to be a large. The man then come on and shouted your problem next time ring and tell us and not order online. No resolved problem. Now lost a loyal customer as won't be returning to them. Shocking!!! Terrible service. Waited over an hour for delivery so called them. They said I couldn't cancel my order so had to accept the delivery. Less than a minute later the just eat app claimed my food was delivered but never arrived. Now I have to chase just eat for a refund. Do not order from them.

Love their garlic bread that is folded like a calzone. Pizza is OK. Delivery can be so-so, got a crushed pizza once or twice.

Pizza was delivered, looks like it’s gone through a steam roller, like cardboard. Total waste of money, I called them to be told they will send another pizza out not helpful and rude, the menu states under new management, that has got to be the worst pizza and I wouldn’t give it to my dog

Waiting over an hour , rang and was told ‘10 minutes maybe’, then waiting a further 1 hour to be told our order would not be delivered. Incredibly rude down the phone and disgraceful service. Was told our next order would be free- rest assured we shall not be making this mistake again.

This is the best pizza place around. The quality of the pizzas are great. Look really nice and taste lovely. Would not go anywhere else for pizza

Ordered three different garlic breads with a large pizza, garlic bread used to be lovely from here, but was dry, not a sign of garlic butter and outside was hard and almost inedible. Called Herbies, man was rude and told me that that's how they cook them! The man did call me back a few minutes later and apologised for his rudeness and offered me free delivery next time, I made it clear that there won't be a next time!

How do I make a complaint about the staff at the Basingstoke store? The man who says he is the manager was completely rude to us and kept us waiting over 1hr and 20 minutes. We said we didn’t want to pay and then he continued to scream down the phone at us. He says there is no one to complain to other than him. His service and attitude was terrible and we will not be using Herbies again. He is giving your company a bad name

The calzone paste was not fresh, overcooked, little sauce for 14 pounds very small. all ingredients are not fresh. I do not recommend. very poor quality, disappointed. take away service fast but very bad quality of the food.

I ordered over the phone as their website ordering was down. My husband spent 30 minutes on the phone with the driver , who he could hardly understand , trying to give him directions and waiting outside in the dark looking for him. When it arrived, it was cold and there was a bag of chicken coujons with our vegetarian meal which we assumed must have been part of someone elses order but since the driver had gone, we immediately put them in the bin. The BBQ dipping sauce I ordered didn't arrive, instead I received three garlic and herb dip sauces ( even though the driver told my husband it was in the box) Ordering a dipping sauce has been problematic in the past as well. The charges showed up on my bank account today and I discovered that I had been overcharged. I called them and he first tried to tell me they had no order from me and pass me off, until I said that overcharging my card was fraud. So he said he would get a manager to call back.We received another call telling my husband that the extra charge was the chicken coujons and despite telling him we didn't order them as we are vegetarians (our order history shows that we don't order anything with meat) He got into a heated argument with my husband saying that we did order them as the proof is on the system. After my husband told him we will go to the bank and the police, he finally agreed to giving us the £5 refund. The extremely appalling attitude shown to us, means we won't be ordering from Herbies ever again!

Food is standard, but peoples attitude is gonna bring it down. The Pizza makers talk as if like they are the flipping Barclays Owners.

Used this via the Just Eat App as Domino's which we usually use to deliver is undergoing a refurbishment, Was pleasantly surprised both by the speed of delivery and quality of the pizza - much better than our usual choice of pizza, with fresh tomato and a good balance of chilli. Even with the delivery charge it compares in price favourably with Dominos and quality of pizza was better. As a busy commuter its nice to be able to have takeout delivered every once in a while.

Thought we would try some place different than our usual. Looked on line and called to find they deliver to our are for £3.00 surplus...not a problem. Called back to place order: Overcharged by £1.00 Missing toppings on pizza 1 Chicken strip missing 7/8 Won't bother with them again

When choosing pizza we've always chosen the common red and blue pizza place. Fancying a change we gave Herbies a try. Seemed much less greasy and stodgy. Good deals can be had when collecting, via their website and through third party food takeaway companies. If choosing a pizza in the future, we'll be using Herbies!

I used to be a lover of herbies pizza but it's really gone downhill. The pizza always takes ages for delivery and the food is always cold. They have also changed their stuffed crust which used to be delicious and is now disgusting. Chocolate brownies also often burnt.

Despite the 50% offer off all pizzas displayed on a massive sign on the window they first tried to charge me full price. Got home to suffer hot and spicy chicken wings that were neither hot or spicy. Pizza was probably the worst i have ever had. Extremely greasy but the salt was unbearable. After 2 slices my lips went wrinkly and i threw the rest in the bin. 3 pints of water required to rehydrate. Avoid this place. Trust me your doctor will thank you for it. Poor show.

Over 50 minutes late and the staff didn't understand my questions around the delivery time, when I called. No money off my order and pizza was cold due to slow service. Not impressed and very disappointed. My advice to all, Use someone else!

Found the food to be tasty but too much oil on the pizzas. Both the wife and i slept through heartburn and a sicky feeling in the back of the throat.

Well, I'm Italian and of course I'm not used to "English" pizza. Anyway, good quality, good service, delivered after 1 hour and 10 minutes. If I could suggest a hint (very common in UK) don't use loads of oil....

More than expected, great quality compared to my normal takeaway pizza store. Fast delivery, especially as delivery distance was a long way, but still hot an polite driver. Can't fault any part of the service as will be buying again. Recommend I anyone after takeout pizza.

The pizza clearly used a frozen base not fresh, and the ice cream you could tell had thawed and been refrozen. The last time we experienced this was after a franchise changed hands. I can only assume that this is the case here - so we won't be using Herbie's Basingstoke again.

Had to phone as delivery took so long. Was told it was on its way. Eventually got a call from delivery person who was now 4 miles away in completely different village having been outside our house (one of eight in road) not seen large house sign but new exactly where we were!!

Just ordered some food for me and my family not to bad food what u would expect fRom a takeaway place delivery was fine was told 45 mins to 1 hour and it arrived just in 1 hours time.

Usual just eat stuff, the amount of places that say they deliver yet struggle to get to you in under 1 hr 30 is a joke as well as the ones that don't accept your order .
