Absolutely love Jemz Caribbean Café! Every visit feels like a trip to the islands. The jerk chicken is perfectly seasoned with just the right amount of heat, and the rice and peas are always spot on. I also tried the curry goat recently—so tender and flavorful, it practically melts in your mouth. The fried dumplings are a must-have on the side. The staff are friendly and welcoming, making the dining experience even better. It's no surprise they were named 'Best World Cuisine' in the Food Awards England. If you're in Bedford and craving authentic Caribbean food, Jemz is the place to go!

Visited here after a trip to Natural History Museum, server was very friendly. Sat us down quickly and took our drinks order. He explained the menu options. Food arrived well presented and delicious. My 5 year old thoroughly enjoyed his meal and says we have to come here again!for a fussy eater that speaks volumes.

Haven’t been to valley way chip shop for about 7 years and it was just as good as it always was ! Great friendly service , not a long wait time , and very fresh and tasty fish and chips. Will try not to leave it 7 years for next time!

Book at table for this evening in April. Turned up this evening only be told take away only. Phoned them for them to tell me the reservation was on the system and they are very sorry. Then 5 minutes before my table was due you cancel my table only now because I’ve called. First time visiting will never be back

Completely unassuming, yet utterly delicious spot just on the edge of town. The selection was wasn't expensive but it covered all bases. As well as good food options there are some great drinks options too. Vegetarian/vegan options of most dishes, they were listed as with 'vegetables' but actually came with vegetables and tofu puffs - so that's a win. All of the staff were super friendly and welcoming. The prices were competitive you really couldn't argue with them. All in all a fantastic visit and if I am every back in the area would happily go again.

Amazing!! Every now and then you come across a place that does really authentic international food that feels and tastes so genuine and perfect! This place is one of those. A real gem - The best food in town...just finished eating and it was so great I had to jump online and leave a review immediately. I highly recommend visiting this place for eating in or takeaway. Excellent food,great service very quiet as well & the owner came to check everything was ok & was very approachable, it is one of the best roast dinners I have ever tasted...definitely worth every single penny!!!

Came here recently for the first time. Staff were very friendly and helpful; a limited selection of great tasting food available at a very attractive price. There's a couple of seats, but typically better for takeaway. Good impression overall!
