The best restaurants in East of England

Spent a lovely few hours here today with my 4 year old. So many things to keep him entertained. We had lunch here too and it was excellent. Also very reasonably priced.

Me and my boyfriend frequently get the chicken Katsu and sushi from here. It never disappoint, the chicken Katsu has a generous portion of Rice and Chicken, with plenty of sauce. The sushi is also always so fresh with a great variation to choose from. Staff are helpful and friendly, very lovely family.

Every visit to NYWines feels like a treat. Food is delicious, ambience just right and I trust I’ll be recommended wine I’ll thoroughly enjoy. Well worth going for both food and wine.

Fantastic pub with a great atmosphere

Authentic indian food in the area. Onions baji and madras cooked perfectly. Will defo order again 👍

Got to be the best Sandwich shop in Bury, quality bread and good choice of fillings. Generously filled and very, very good prices.

A really good variety of food with Really good flavour overall.

Me and my friend had a jacket each, they were massive and great value, we tried to be good but were tempted by the delicious cakes.

Never eat from here, they don't wash their hands and the inside of stall is filthy

Great little cafe and kiosk. Fab coffee, great selection of ice creams. Staff were lovely. Perfect place to pop too if using harbour end of Southwold beach / car park.

Visited this community run pub a few times recently. Reasonable selection of beers and ciders for a small place esp local brews. Food is simple but tastes great (esp the pizza) with vege options available. Service is warm and friendly as are the clientele.

Each dish is thoughtfully prepared, bursting with flavor, and beautifully presented. Whether you're in the mood for breakfast or a light lunch, there's something for everyone on the menu. The café also features a delightful shop with a selection of local goods and unique finds, making it a perfect spot to pick up a little something special. What truly stood out was the exceptional service. The staff were friendly, attentive, and genuinely seemed to care about ensuring a wonderful experience for every guest. With great prices that won’t break the bank, the Village Café is a hidden gem that I highly recommend. It’s definitely deserving of a five-star rating!
