The best restaurants in East of England

Visited Monday for breakfast and was so impressed by food, service and cost drove back 20 miles on Friday to have it again before travelling home from holiday

Its ourd 3rd time ordering there and we deff not going back anywhere else! So fresh and tasty! No greesy at all 100/10 ! For us!

Welcoming and friendly. Reasonably priced, I paid £8.10 I think for a gluten free meal deal equivalent that was far better then any shop I have been to that I recall and you get to chat and sit down on a comfortable table/chairs. The gluten free falafel wrap wasn't dry and tasted kind of like a vegan haslet to me, not meaty but texture wise and very satisfying. The sauce was a sweet-ish chilli and it had lettuce in, it was lovely. I got veggie crisps and and a fizzy drink that was just juice based without any sweeteners in as I'm cutting down on sugar, caffeine and chemicals/additives.

Amazing service and the food was delicious. We came with two children and the staff couldn’t be more attentive , catering to the needs of the entire family

Missed the scheduled delivery time slightly but the actual time from them taking the order was very good delivery was good food was fantastic

Ordered latte coffee which was strong and watery. The small donut balls so dry they were unedible. The larger donuts where so under cooked and doughy, impossible to eat. Fries tasted like they were cooked the day before. The staff were busy dealing with complaints and seemed confused. Overall, for the 20 pounds we spent most of it went in the bin. It was a complete waste of money. We will not be going back.

Taylor was an amazing waitress that we had when me and a friend done bottomless brunch, she was really attentive and helped pick the best drinks! The food was amazing.

We went here today for a look around the shop and lunch. We left without lunch because the prices were, in our opinion, way too high and certainly out of our price range. We also found this to be the case in the shop too.

Wells Crab House is hands down the best restaurant I have ever been to. The food is consistently outstanding, fresh, delicious, and beautifully presented every single time. The service is just as impressive, warm, attentive, and genuinely welcoming. It’s rare to find a place that never disappoints, but this one absolutely delivers, time and time again. Highly recommend to anyone visiting Wells-next-the-Sea, you won’t be disappointed!
