had an amazing experience, no complaints at all, Krish was an amazing member of staff, looked after us and did everything patently for us!!

Krish was so friendly and helpful! Definitely made the experience so much more enjoyable.

We came for an 18th birthday and it was fab! Josh was super attentive and all the food arrived in good time and was very tasty. Josh’s approach and professionalism- along with his sense of humour- ensured we had a very enjoyable afternoon and left Turtle Bay Colchester knowing we would revisit. Thank you to all the staff involved- we had a great time

Lee was an amazing server and made my birthday so memorable! He sat us, served us and went above and beyond to accommodate us! Truly a lovely bottomless birthday brunch, would recommend in a heartbeat!

We had their bottomless brunch and I have to say we couldn't fault it. Good food and attentive staff Lee and Josh really looked after us and kept us topped up with drinks and had a good laugh with us. Great staff and a credit to the company(seriously give them a raise )

Amazing service amazing cocktails. We had jerk pit prawns and jerk wings for starters wich was very tasty .For main we had goat curry hash and beef ribs and there was looking amazing and taste delicious. The ginger pudding was so yummy 😋

Came here for my sisters birthday brunch, couldnt fault the service, krish was amazing! So friendly and so polite. She came over to see us to make sure our new order was in before we were half way through the other one so we had a new one by the time we were finished 🫶🏼

Sian was an exemplary waiter, he was always on hand when drinks were low in volume. When we were in unknown territory on the menu, Sian was on hand to provide quality consumer advice on the drinks, to each of our individual palates. Enough of Sian, the atmosphere in the Colchester turtle bay was beyond excellent, giving serious Caribbean vibes, with my eyes closed, listening to the reggae music and sipping the Rum Runner, you’d have trouble convincing me I’m in East Anglia. I’m unsure what you’d have to do to achieve that 5th start, but I’m open to see any man try

Andre is the best member to the team. He always made sure we were topped up during our brunch and constantly was checking on us to make sure we had everything we need. 10/10 service!

Naomi was our waitress and she was fabulous as always! Ive been here for a few bottomless brunches and have always been happy with it but she’s always makes it so much better! She’s attentive, kind and all around amazing waitresses who is fabulous at her job. She gets you a new drink when needed and is just fabulous! Would definitely recommend!

Went to bottomless brunch. The whole team was brilliant and Fran, our server was perfect

Recently went for a bottomless brunch and found PLASTIC in my chicken wrap. This was disgusting. I have since reported it and stated I would wish to have compensation and over a week later I have finally had a response it was severely inadequate. I have been told I should have saved the plastic so it can be sent off. But who in there right mind goes for a brunch and then finds plastic and decides to save it. The staff were alright but some clearly didn’t want to be there. We were the only ones in there and the service was still poor.

Great environment, drinks were flowing thanks to Rachel. Thank you for keeping us well hydrated. Food was very nice also we both got a burger. Thank you for a great time!
