Absolutely amazing! I love their coffee, and their food is halal (off course not pork products)

It was our first visit to a Tim Hortons in England & we absolutely loved it.

Placed a large take away order and half of my items are missing in the bag.

Ok went for lunch for the first time, have only had breakfast before. Food ok Luke warm and quite expensive for what we had. Think will stick to the breakfast in future.

Always busy. The q system is very odd it says collect but it's not ready for about 5 mins after it says collect so I assume they are targeted on q times but the food is always good and fresh and the coffee is always great.

Excelant mocha frappichino tasty burger and melts would recommend you try versus other quick fixes available. Also a £1 brekkie atm,with any drink purchased

I have visited this place plenty of times and can say the coffee is GREAT. Always love popping down there to get my usual French Vanilla Latte. The staff are incredibly polite and helpful!

Lots of seating, friendly staff, freshly cooked food, clean environment

Ordered an iced pumpkin spice latte, they gave me a hot one, went back in to show receipt and tell them I ordered an iced one, but they literally just poured the drink into a different cup and put ice in it so there was no cream or toppings at all. Was hot at the bottom just with ice. Really cheeky and stupid. Its a shame because I liked Tim Hortons but I wont be returning as they clearly were just lazy and didn't know what they were doing.

Had a breakfast. Much better value - and tastier! - than the bigger American chain!

Food isn't the greatest here. The kids chicken was too spicy for my young children. It also wasn't very tender. The doughnuts were very dry. Would expect better especially for the price of them. The lattice fries were nice however. When ordering from the machines, there is no option to remove ice from the drinks. Interior was nice, not noisy and pretty comfortable. Service wasn't great. All the staff seem miserable. I won't be in a rush to return here.

The chicken tenders were nice but the coke zero tasted like it was watered down.

Came here for the first time with my friend. Hearing loads of people trying it also its a throwback to when I used to have it in Toronto. If you are a Muslim only Chicken is halal and the beef hotdog I believe. Tried the chicken burger not too bad was okay. Fries was nice. Also came another day and got Timbits and Ice Capps which are a must try. Have tried Mocha, Oreo and Maple all which are good. UPDATE: Cleanliness has improved since last posting. Also wanted to shout out Rebecca she was exceptionally amazing today. Catered to my disabled sister by accommodating and providing seating for us and cleaned the table and recommended products for us!

I ordered 2 French vanilla drinks and received 2 French vanilla lattes through the drive through. I had a couple of sips and then went back into the store to ask for replacements as there was some confusion. Upon entering the store, I stepped in glass due to a previously broken product on the floor. No one was making any efforts to clean this up. The manager then said I was wrong and I didn’t know what I was talking about. I didn’t catch his name in the heat of the moment but he opened the drink and gave it a mix and said “does this taste like a latte now”. I tried to explain that I can taste coffee in my drink but kept on repeating that the normal French vanilla also has coffee in the drink and that he can’t make me a new one because they are losing money. He then went on to argue with me and after I complained about stepping in glass he tried to say I was wrong and I was trying to cover my faults. I was not happy with the customer service in there. He looked really angry with me, as if I stole something from “his” store.

Very busy on Sunday morning and can see the staff are under some pressure, small error with our order with Hasan graciously fixed promptly and with a smile on his face, he’s a great guy and he made my girlfriends day.

It's never as good as Canada but my Canadian husband needs his timbit fix - just wish that they gave the food ones in the mixed box.

I highly recommend the chicken sandwich and timbits.

Tims has now introduced Pork sanwiches with Halal Chicken, they are cooking Pork & Chicken in same oven so it is not Halal anymore.. Such a shame for no more Halal Tims.

Impressive menu. FINALLY a Tim Hortons nearby. Donuts were fresh and so good. Can't go wrong with the coffee. Bonus points for having Lattice Fries

I ordered a cheese and herb toastie. Paid for it too. Tell me why I received a ham and cheese toastie. I'm Muslim and this was for my kid so I'm beyond disappointed.

Categorically the best fast food restaurant. Really really lovely staff, always clean and the food BANGS. Best coffee on the road as well. 20/10, always a pit stop when I go through the Dartford Crossing.

Lost a customer this morning. Food was horrid and went straight into the bin. Better off to go to McDonald’s.

Fast food on higher level but lower on hygiene :( was not crowded at all, stuff behind chatting and walking up and down, bin full for more than half an hour, crumbs and papers on tables and floors, woman toilet in mess and without paper (my wife was there) and I'm not really sure where was shift manager when something like this happens... For higher prices, we are expecting higher service and especially clean ambient, not to look around which table is clean enough to sit. Was generous with stars in the hope someone would read it and make the difference. EDIT:Year after. Had to clean the table so we can sit, overall very similar like before, not improved unfortunately. Ordered to eat in and all packed in the paper bag for takeaway 🙄

It's ok if you want a baked doughnut that is expensive. If you are craving a donut there are better out there. Asked the server if the vegan chicken wrap was vegan as it really tasted great.. he wanted to advise about allergens. Kind of him.

. YUCK Asked for a bacon burger no cheese meal coke no ice I got a bacon burger that was freshly cold the frys were also cold and a coke with no ice my god the face when I said I asked no ice won't go back again if you do hope it's much better experience than ours

Staff is crap they doesn’t know how manor less they take 2 time payment by card and say it’s decline but payment gone throw I come 3 time they west my 20 minute every time I come they Kip saying payment is coming to your account it’s never come One manager to another my £29 is become a drama Stupid staff Ideat Please please if they tell you payment declined make shore check your account they have there system problem staff doesn’t want to help atoll be careful down’t take credit not like they writ there name on resit another skimp

Just had a coffee myself but my partner got the £1 breakfast wrap and hash brown with any hot drink and said it was much better than McDonald’s. As it wasn’t immediately obvious how to get the offer: Pick the hot drink Then yes to the 50p hash brown Then choose your 50p breakfast item

Tim Hortons is the best place to go for breakfast fast food. They carer for meat eaters and non meat eaters. And their coffee is great too.

Love the place. The food options here are limited but delicious. Prices are reasonable too compared to the avg. prices of similar food in the town. And of course, you don't want to miss the signature French Vanilla whenever you step in. The only area of improvement I would suggest is to ensure the right distribution of ordered flavors in the timbit box.

One of the few places in the uk where you can get coffee and food early till late (6 am to 1 am, drive thru is 24 hrs!). Good quality food - drinks a tad pricey though. Queues build up fast in this place - seems to be mega popular with the locals…

The food was surprisingly good as I'm not a burger eater

First time ever trying here. Food was great and served hot, lovely brunette young slim girl behind the till had a lovely smile and was helpful, very clean and would definitely visit again.

Great place to hang out with family and friends. It's a little spot in Canada to enjoy donuts, hamburgers, drinks and more. I really enjoyed it with my family here.

Best customer service I have ever recieved. All the girls here are very cheerful and pleasant, I have to give special recognition to one girl in particular Kajal, you brightened a very gloomy day with your kindness and sweetness ❤️. I hope this company recognises what a credit to them their staff are.

As from previous trips to Canada, I have got to find out how great timmys is. Also their doughnuts are so great. I realy enjoy coming to Tim Hortons. But as I live in Romford it is around 30 minutes drive away so my trips are few. Sadly I can't get the large catering tins from there as I like to drink timmys at home. The only solution is to buy 2 or 3 large cans when I visit Canada and trust they will last till my next visit. Gimme my Timmys and no one gets hurt.😃😃

It took them 2 runs to get what we ordered… and it’s not even correct - we ordered meatless wrap with cheese and they gave chicken; and for the drink we specifically asked for no whip cream on top and they did the whipped cream. The food is just below average for fast food. Won’t come for food here again.

Bacon burger bun was too yesterday and dry. The apple timber was stodgy Will not recommend service as I waited at the collection point there was a bag on the counter no one came. Then when a second customer arrived they were served I still waited and finally was asked for my number I was handed the bag of food I’d been looking at ….. not good!!

We've been to many TH's in Canada and a couple in the UK. Sadly, this one was awful 😔 Terrible service, other than the lovely lady who collected our trays. Food was sub par, not a patch on other fast food outlets. On the whole, not good 😔

Iconic Canadian fare, Maple Pancakes, Cherry Crush, Iced Capp Coconut... took us right back to Canada ❤️

I went through the drive through in the early hours of the morning. Staff were polite and friendly. I ordered chicken burger with cheesy waffle fries. Fries and burger were both ok. Nothing to write home about

It's not the best coffee place. In order to reduce the queue time, staff is moving the orders onto the collection queue, but your food is still not ready, and you have to wait like another 5 minutes to pick up your food.

Good food and environment but asian guy on till is always not friendly and ask wired questions when getting the special offers ir daily family deals

Really nice clean restaurant. Plenty of places to sit and the seats were comfortable. Watched a member of staff going round cleaning tables and sweeping while we were there. Food was very good, burgers are tasty and the lattice fries make a nice change. Only Little niggle is the touch screen ordering could be a bit clearer.

I really do like the food and the tim tums. What lets it down is the staff. Totally unhelpful and not bothered.

Service is not so good. My diet coke was left in a corner where I could not see it. I thought it was still be made so waited for some time. In the end, I had to ask for it. Not very happy at all.

Went in to grab some dinner and as usual food was fast, hot and tasty. I live that it's all halal I just wish you would change the bacon to turkey, beef or lamb bacon to make it a fully halal joint. Drinks are always delicious and as usual qe grabbed a box of doughnuts and frappe to go! Great service from all, restaurant and toilets very clean.

Lovely breakfast, my new favourite guilty pleasure. The breakfast wrap, with a hash brown, is great. Eating in or drive through is probably the better experience of TH. Because if you order from Tim Hortons via Uber Eats, expect to wait forever just for your order to be prepared. Usually, 45 mins from ordering, before your order is even cooked, then allocated to a driver.

Mediocre. Timbits were ok, doesn't live up to the hype unfortunately. Had tummy trouble later on, not sure if this place was involved or not. Maybe overpriced for what you get.

First time visiting Tim Horton with my new bride we had breakfast I had a wrap with brown sauce my wife had sausage and egg muffin and some pancakes and maple syrup 💯 fresh and really tasty

Discovered this place when shopping at Thurrock. Had never heard of it before so wanted to give it a try. This was my second visit. The chicken burger is really nice as are the lattice fries. The service is prompt and there are a lot of seats available. The doughnuts are really nice and the coffee is pretty decent too.

Love their breakfast wrap meals and their frappe drinks. Their drive through is convenient and runs quickly and efficiently. The prices are good and cheaper than competitors.

Super quick service, delicious doughnuts. Always plenty of parking. Timbits are the best.

I had sausage and egg muffin, which was smaller than other burger company I am used to. Also one of our eggs was too soft. Also was there at 9.30 in the morning and 2 toilets broken and the other toilet was filthy.

Had the pleasure of experiencing this up and coming franchise. Food is to be on self taste. For me personally it didn't tickle my pallet, however the cold drink options are great. Coffee quality is good too. The atmosphere and decor is very easy on the eye. It's a fresh change to your typical coffee bar or food joint. Improvements can be made via the food department most definitely.

Had to ask for the tea we'd ordered. Then had to go back and get the milk and cream (which the lady doubted). The bacon was a little salty for my taste, but was impressed with the amount! Milkshake was more a slushy. The toilets were disgusting! It was only 9.30am. This was our first and only visit. Sorry guys!!

Heart so many things from friends about this place and decided to visit in person the one thing i wanted to try was a crawler donut as i had few in States before at Dunkin Donuts and i just love them. Order a coffee and a donut and did not got disappointed the donut was super fresh moist and sweet delicious after that we has ordered donuts home to try other varieties.

I walked into the Tim Hortons and we sat down and had a iced latte and some donuts with my friends and for first experience trying it was disgusting the people wouldn’t let us send back are donuts that was stell and we sat down ignored that error and then we saw a rat run across the floor we told the employees and they just didn’t care at all and then they pointed at all the people inside the store saying which one thinking we was talking about people?

Was in there last night in the restaurant the 21st may 2024 and there was a rat running around in the restaurant and when I e told the staff they didet care very bad

We were served by a lovely gentleman named Alam very attentive, all the staff are really nice in their food is yummy and drinks are unreal must try if you. Looking for a nice clean breakfast spot food service is always quick must try

I like this Tim Hortons, convenient access and parking, clean tables, not too crowded. Donuts could be the best I've ever had. Staff are polite. Prices are reasonable, not too cheap but worth it.

Coffee was completely tasteless

I advise a hygiene test to be done here! Just looking at them make my food put me off it completely. Placing food items on the counter where a staff member sneezed onto just seconds prior and then placing it in my burger…. Safe to say the food went in the bin and I went else where to eat! Not to mention how rude the staff is. I do not recommend. If anyone visits here just look at what they do to the food before it reaches you.

AWFUL. Gave me a meat breakfast wrap with vegetarian stickers on it!!!! This should not be happening!

To be honest it's like an expensive McDonald's with more comfortable seating. Their food is no better IMHO. They do sell some great looking donuts but they are comparable in price to other premium donut retailers so a bit heavy in your wallet. They are reasonably efficient but not as slick as McDonald's. This branch has order screens but I'm assuming you can order at the counter too! There is a drive through.
