We were a party of 3 that stopped in for dinner, and it did not disappoint! The Cocktails were delicious and the food was divine! Compliments to the Chef for the amazing food, and Evelina our waitress was a great host!

Turtlebay has a great vibe, we went with our 2mth old son and the changing facilities were also great. Service was excellent and we enjoyed the food and cocktails(those of us, 3 adults, that had them).

Turtle Bay is a fantastic place to eat, drink, and unwind! The atmosphere is lively, with great music and a fun Caribbean vibe. The food is full of flavor, offering a delicious selection of jerk chicken, curries, and other island-inspired dishes. The drinks are amazing, especially after 9 PM when you can enjoy the 2-for-1 cocktail deal, making it a perfect spot for a night out. The bartenders know how to mix a great cocktail, and the service is friendly and welcoming. Whether you're there for a casual meal or late-night drinks, Turtle Bay never disappoints!

Nine of us ladies visited for a bottomless brunch before going to see Kinky Boots at the theatre. I haven't been before but others in the group had recommended it. I loved every minute, I'm a big reggae fan since I saw Bob Marley in Dortmund, his last major concert. The atmosphere was amazing, especially for a Thursday midday. Loved the surroundings, Ed our very friendly, smiley and attentive cocktail waiter, was exceptional. Then came the food.. which everyone enjoyed, served promptly, piping hot and all at the same time, so no-one was left drooling whilst others ate. All in all, it was a fantastic experience and I would definitely go back. Loved it!

We are regular visitors to Turtle Bay since discovering the one in Norwich. The menu has plenty of choice so we have lots of favourites. The cocktails are good if you are out for a drink again plenty of choice and 2 for one unless you are out at peak time. We go for a relaxed lunch and are never disappointed. If you are new to Caribbean food the staff are friendly and ready to advise.

It was the first time we have visited this restaurant and we really loved it. The food and cocktails were amazing. Ewelina served us in such a friendly and attentive way - always smiling and keeping us updated on our order and making sure that we were happy with everything we have ordered along the way.

We visited on a Sunday, so it was very quiet. Staff were excellent. Our waiter was humorous and attentive. He created a very nice atmosphere Food was quick and excellent quality It was a Sunday, so very quiet , but I'd definitely visit again

Brilliant food and lovely staff, Kynan especially was a great host and very funny! My friend and I had the jerk chicken/plant based chicken respectively was seasoned perfectly, he actually said it was one of the best meals he had. Would definitely recommend!

We couldn’t have asked for a more helpful and knowledgable server than Kynan. The drinks made by Louisa and Louis were amazing. Food was fabulous and the atmosphere was brilliant.

We had a great experience at Turtle Bay, thanks to the excellent food, friendly staff, and vibrant atmosphere. From the moment we arrived, the service was warm and attentive, making us feel truly welcomed. The food was packed with flavour, cooked perfectly, and arrived promptly—definitely a highlight of the visit. Using the Blue Light Card for 20% off food was a nice bonus too! However, the cocktails were a letdown. Many tasted very similar, overly sweet, and lacked distinct flavours. Worse still, they were warm rather than the refreshing, ice-cold drinks you’d expect. Given the lively setting and the quality of everything else, this was a shame. That said, if you’re looking for delicious food in a great location with top-notch service, Turtle Bay is still well worth a visit. Just don’t set your expectations too high when it comes to the drinks!
