Had a lovely experience at Turtle Bay celebrating my early birthday, Evelyn was our server and she was absolutely incredible. Definitely made our experience :)

Superb trini curry, lovely atmosphere and 2 4 1 cocktails! Ewelina was very attentive without being pushy. Perfect!

It was alright. Drinks nice. Ewelina was a slay, we love her. She kept bringing us alcohol and we don’t really drink much so I don’t really know why she kept asking because we hardly drink…, Lots of love Lex, Mads, Ella and megs.

Food was gorgeous and cocktails were lovely. Staff friendly and helpful. Will be visiting again soon

Our server Kieran was lovely and provided very good service. Only issue was the wait for the drinks to be made at the bar.

5 stars for Kieran, great server who looked out for us whilst being funny and attentive. Bar staff however were slow and made bottomless brunch feel slightly pointless since wasn’t free flowing nor value for money, and hence would likely not return in a hurry. Particularly disappointing when chatting and on phones, clearly not customers with priority always.

Our waitress was absolutely brilliant keeping on top of our orders and we never went without, she is an absolute credit to this establishment. The host was also very lovely letting us sit early and making sure everything ran like clockwork, barman was also very friendly and was happy to answer my questions even whilst pouring some drinks. Atmosphere is always good and the staff are friendly and helpful. Sometimes the food can be a let down due to how busy it gets but this was resolved by the staff for us.

Ahoy there, mateys! My recent voyage to Turtle Bay in Norwich was a true Caribbean escapade! The atmosphere was so lively, I felt like I had a personal limbo instructor by my side. The drinks flowed like a tropical waterfall – they were pouring happiness faster than you can say "rum punch." I felt like I was on a liquid holiday, and the variety of concoctions made me feel like a pirate discovering a treasure trove! The staff were as friendly as a parrot with a parrot in his shoulder! They made me feel like I was the captain of my own Caribbean adventure. In terms of food, I'd say it was a flavour explosion that rivals a 4 legged foxtrot dance-off. The jerk chicken was so good; I almost broke into a reggae rendition of "Sweet Caroline." To sum it up, Turtle Bay in Norwich is a tropical haven in the heart of the city. Whether you're a seasoned rum enthusiast or a first-time Caribbean explorer, this place will make you say, "Ya man, this be the spot!" Cheers to Turtle Bay for providing a wave of good vibes and enough drinks to turn an evening into a legendary calypso party! 🍹🌴

We came here for a bottomless brunch. We had Ewelina and she was amazing! She helped us to make the most of the brunch even though it was super busy. I think we managed 9 drinks each and had the food. The food was lovely and all the different drinks available tasted great. It was lovely to be able to try all the different flavours!

We attended a bottomless brunch to celebrate a birthday. The concept is fun, and the food and drinks were enjoyable, but the overall experience was mixed due to inconsistencies in service. While some staff were friendly and attentive, others were less so, leading to delays in drinks and moments where we felt overlooked. For a “bottomless” brunch, this impacted the flow of the experience. The venue has potential, and with some improvements in staff coordination and customer service, it could be a much more memorable occasion for celebrations.

This place is always hit and miss…so we decided to visit on a quieter night for bottomless brunch…..we had a slightly disorganised night and sometimes the server is no where to be seen for quite a while. I like the cocktails and the food is ok, I don’t think you need to much if drinking. Really depends on your server as to how many drinks you get!!!

Food was tasty but obviously spicy, The side of macaroni cheese is bland , The food is pricey, Loved the atmosphere and music, Staff were friendly, Unfortunately wouldn't return
