I’ve only tried their apple crumble, I was hooked for weeks. It has been delivered to me burnt a few times. But lovely place

The desserts were good, tasty and sweet. Very expensive though. 2x desserts was 18 pounds. I had cookie dough and a waffle! I will not be going regularly. As it was my birthday, just once, (or twice), a year. The workers could welcome with a smile if just once when you arrive. I guess they were having a hard day. The interior was really nice, trendy.

The Boss gives very good customer service, the seating was 10/10 and the food was 10/10

Great nachos, and some of the best milkshakes-especially the bubblegum shake. I would definitely recommend this place for the great desserts and funny manager.

The staff are always friendly and accommodating, I have come here many times over the last couple years and they have never disappointed, they do great Sundaes and cookie dough, they also do very nice seasonal desserts.

Had the Bloomin' Good Easter Sundae. Very nice. Keep it on the menu all year round. Always good service and great desserts.

We come often with the kids, car broke down just off Tavistock street on Saturday evening took my daughter to use toilet but they wouldn't allow unless I bought something? I left my money in the car as she was desperate. She's only 3. Security next door allowed in the pub next door (were kids are not even allowed) to use facilities and clean her up. **UPDATE** now resolved, we discussed the situation and received apologies for misunderstanding. Staff friendly and welcoming and we will continue to come back! Delicious food!

Yummy food calm atmosphere great shake

Staff are so rude and blunt and i have been twice. They tell each other to shut up & stare at you for no reason and give passive aggressive vibes as if i punched their mum. As well as that I ordered a coke float and an ice cream sundae and can you believe that the lady who gave it didn’t even give me any cutlery, so was i supposed to scoop it with my hands??? Another lady came and noticed but seriously why didn’t the first woman use common sense. I ordered a coke float at cambridge creams and the service is amazing as well as the food but the coke float here well have a look. At cambridge they put whipped cream on top with sprinkles and a cherry but here they dashed half a can of flat coke and a scoop of ice cream like i wouldn’t know. Awful.

The food is banging when they focus. But the music varies. More fein needed

I recently visited Creams in Bedford. Great atmosphere. Had the pleasure of being served by Deepanshi I must say, she was absolutely wonderful.

Clean restaurant with a wide selection of menu choices at decent prices. Very hospitable and friendly staff.

I came here with my Gig Buddy and we had some very tasty food. Our server was Abdul and he looked after us really well during our visit. The cookie dough was out of this world!

I Came here with my young child as an after school treat. Food portion was amazing and tasted delicious the waffles looked stunning and service was fast and professional. His name was boss Zain I don’t know if the man who served me was the manager or owner but he made me feel very welcome and was polite.
