Creams Cafe in Bedford

Came out to Creams with my Fiancé and had a wonderful time. I got the chocolate brownie obsession which I would rate 5*s!!

Great customer services and milk shakes, staff are very friendly, products are brilliant, definitely coming back!!!

Five stars for Creams Bedford! I had an amazing experience there. The atmosphere was cozy, the staff was friendly, and the desserts were absolutely delicious. I highly recommend trying their [insert favorite dessert here], it was out of this world! Will definitely be returning soon.

Always a good place to come. Clean and flavoursome treats. Not bad for a quick sweet bite. Staff always on hand to help too.

One of the best places I’ve been too for a while. We drove from Norfolk to spend some time with dad and he brought us here. I’m blown away! I’m in fear of the calories that I’ve left with however I can’t wait to visit again!

Best cookie dough in the country, I come all the way from Manchester to get it. It's 10/10 The service here is amazing. I highly recommend this cremes. Best desert shop full stop The boss zain mahmood has his customer service skills on point 10/10.

After waiting for a very long time for my simple order and my kids becoming inpatient. My annoyance was short lived by a lovely girl called Nouhaila. She kept her eye out for me and my family and went out her way with helping us. She had a beautiful smile and such a kind vibe to her. Thank you Nouhaila :)

Had a great time visiting creams with Bedford Gig Buddies. Zain was really great and accommodating, there were 20 of us!! Everyone enjoyed the food. Would be great if the banoffee waffle was brought back to the menu

The desserts are mouthwatering and absolutely tasty, you can hear no complaints from me and the staff are lovely any issue they solve with no problem.

Excellent desserts. The sorbet ice creams are delectable. The BOGOF offer on hot beverages is elite. One of the few places that does peppermint tea.

£2.95 for essentially a child's carton drink (not at all advertised as one) is a bit steep. Please make this clear on your menu, it gives you the impression you'll get a can or drink similar in volume to the other soft drinks of the same price. The raspberry sorbet was delicious. The staff I dealt with over chat were extremely accommodating and helpful. Staff in the restaurant itself were polite and efficient.

Very unhappy that isn't any gluten free items other than one type of cookie dough, which they had run out of. However the staff were very helpful and friendly. My grandson really enjoyed himself.

First time visiting Creams and I wasn't disappointed. Staff were friendly, polite and welcoming and couldn't have done more for us! The food was delicious and the coffee was great🍨 can't recommend anymore, we'll definitely be back! The restaurant was clean and tidy, as were the toilets!

Lovely food, attentive staff - who gave my daughter a free chocolate cake with candle for her bday which was a nice touch. The photo booth is good entertainment for the kids! The shop was clean & well maintained. Will be returning again!
