Freshly made waffles, good size, enough fresh fruits, with good amount of vanilla fresh ice-cream. My kids rated it best in bedford town. ( we Eat-in, served nicely and good customer service) enjoyed our time.

absolute joke of a place. Ordered using deliveroo and they gave me the wrong item and refused to give discount. Biggest waste of money and will not even go here in person again. Used to love this place but this experience says how they really are.

We ordered hot custard which was cold and bits of coffee beams where all over the fudge cake which id far from ideal. Clearly ordered at a time where they wanted to go home and close

Called this place to speak to the manager about a possible allergic reaction from a crepe with chocolate sauce we ordered from there. Asked for an ingredient list to see if it had any nut contamination. The so called manager was extremely rude and dismissive. Absolutely zero customer care skills. And then had the audacity to put the phone down on me. I pray he doesn't have a child that has a life threatening nut allergy, and gets treated the way he just treated me. Absolutely disgusting. Complaint to trading standards on the way. Avoid. And yes, I did hear you Mr Manager. I can also discern the difference between a bad phone line and blatant rudeness.

We had lunch here. Friendly welcome, quick service and desserts came out quickly. The portions were great and and the children said everything tasted great. The staff brought out an extra plate for us to ensure my toddler wouldn’t drop her cone.

Oh. My. Lord! So dang yummy 😋 OK so we have always liked the options at creams, along with the super friendly, chilled atmosphere, but today has 100% been our favourite experience here! Myself, hubby and our two girls came in for a summer holiday treat (always a popular decision 😌) Hubby popped to the nearby warhammer shop whilst we ordered. Our youngest had: berry delight sundae and blue raspberry slush Eldest had: 3 scoop shake - (all cookie dough ice cream) and a Sprite I had: hot chocolate fudge cake with ice cream and a coke We then ordered two portions of the popcorn chicken waffle bites (this is what made our day 🤤) We all agreed that we'd happily hop on a bus from where we live to get the popcorn chicken waffle bites again! 😋 So juicy, sweet and savoury in perfect harmony. We had one portion with maple syrup, one with BBQ sauce. Even better! All of our food was super delicious and didn't even set off my usual reaction to sweeteners! 😎 The staff were so lovely. From the moment we arrived, they addressed the children and not just the adults. This made my 11 year old physically stand taller ^_^ it makes such a difference to kids and we really appreciated it. The atmosphere was really relaxed, staff were very tolerant and genuinely lovely about noise from younger children (which isn't always the case!) Add in their super cute photo booth and it's a day out all by itself! Thank you everyone @creams Bedford ❤️ see you again very soon! ✨️✨️

The staff were polite and friendly. The service was excellent, and we really enjoyed the dessert and drink we ordered.

I think they should give out multiple straws because the paper straw get soggy very quickly, there was also a lots of drilling right next to us which was a little disturbing

so expensive and u have to pay extra for icecream it doesn't come with desserts anymore wont be buying from creams ever again such a rip off

great like normal although. couldn't seem to get the free drink offer to work after the qualifying amount but apart from that would order again.

Specifically Bilal our server was absolutely wonderful. So sweet and always there in case we needed anything! Will definitely be returning hopefully with him as our server again. Also food was brilliant!

We came here for our daughter’s birthday this afternoon. The service was excellent - even brought our daughter a slice of cake with a never ending candle, which we weren’t expecting! The ice cream is super tasty and the kids enjoyed their waffles and pancakes. We had the cookie dough and whilst it was tasty, way too sickly - will share next time! The restaurant was spacious and clean but very hot when we got here! Great that they had gluten free (on the allergen menu) and non-dairy options, too.

Just tried the new KARAK CHAI from creams bedford. Have to say that was really nice and flavourful. Highly recommended. They also have so other Indian chai options as well.

Wow! The gelato here is amazing! 🤩 We came in for an ice cream, but their menu has so much more; pancakes, waffles, cake, sundaes and so on… 😋 They have around 25 different flavours of gelato and sorbet, so there is something you'll love! The customer service here is also 5⭐️ the staff were all so friendly, and the facilities are very clean and tidy which makes a huge difference. From the outside the windows are tinted so you cant really see what I’m talking about, but dont let that pit you off, go in, order a lush dessert in a chill atmosphere and enjoy! We cycled here and could lock our bikes up nearby, but there is also a cheap car park close, and easy to walk to from the train or town centre. Excuse the 1/2 eaten pics, forgot to take before we started, but had to share as soooo good!

If the quality of the ice cream was good, I'd gladly pay the hefty £3.50 for a single scope cone. They advertise for £2.75 and then add the price of the cone at the checkout. It simply isn't that good to justify the price. Even in Bedford, I've had much better quality at a much cheaper price. Try somewhere else

Brilliant!! There was a great guy who served us , so nice , called Bilal and even did an Insta video with us !! The food was great and would really recommend

Great service from Bossman Zain. Went for a Berry Slice Sundae, and it was a bit melted before it came to the table, but it was 30 degrees, so will let them off! Will come back again!

Walked in on a sunny evening to get my son a scoop of ice cream before heading home, decided to add two slices of cake to take home (literally from the counter) and they made us wait 20mins! I just wanted a scoop of ice cream in a cup and to two cake slices in a box... We had to join the restaurant queue of food and/or the delivery queue of food. Waiting for crepes and waffles to be made.... Such a waste of time, if I hadn't already paid (£16.65) I would have absolutely walked out. The place was half empty, service was SLOW, and unfriendly. I don't recommend popping in. Won't be returning

Everything tastes lovely but service is so awful. The other day I ordered a waffle with strawberries and banana and I specifically asked for white chocolate THREE TIMES. 3 times I said NO dark chocolate, just white chocolate and to add extra. And I mentioned it so many times because somehow every time I order that they proceed to bring me dark chocolate. So not even 5 minutes later they still obviously bring me dark chocolate. I mention the fact that I wanted white, which they did change for me but although I wanted extra chocolate I got given less than what I should’ve had originally. It’s extremely frustrating and at this point I swear they do it on purpose because I’m more than happy to pay whatever overprice you’re asking for but at least get my order right?

Brilliantly box/presented to ensure each part of the dessert arrived as it would if eating in the store. Crepe was still plenty warm enough and the ice cream was packaged separately to ensure it didn't melt.

I recently visited Cremes Dessert Shop and had a disappointing experience. I ordered a cherry coke float but received a cherry syrup drink that tasted overwhelmingly of pure sugar. This wasn't what I expected at all. When she came over and asked if everything was okay, I said no and told her this isn’t what i ordered and mentioned that it stated cherry coke float on the menu, she then said this is cherry coke, when it very clearly wasn’t, the drink was pure bright red, so we was lied to as well, it also was a massive mess of a drink that fell all down the sides of the cup and was basically a syrup drink with cream and sprinkles all falling off of it. Really not what we ordered at all. . Communication with the staff is frustrating. They never seem to understand simple requests for attention, and when you ask for tap water, they just ignore you. Additionally, the "create your own" option on the menu is poorly executed. When my friend attempted to order it for £5.45, the staff member kept asking if she wanted gelato and seemed confused, despite the clear menu description. Overall, the service and attention to detail need significant improvement. (These were all amongst different days.)

Crepes were really but the sundaes and shakes we ordered were disappointing - not quite as shown in picture or as described. Despite having several people behind desk the items came out slowly one by one and drinks came out even later than them. Guy who gave us menus gave us 3 between 6 and was just not very happy. Cost a lot of money for what we had. We won’t be rushing there again.

I am creams biggest fan, me and my fiancé come all the time. Hoping for a black card😉 staff are brilliant especially boss (Zain) . They are so good and desserts are the best ! we are hoping to hire them for the wedding! Bedford town creams top is also on order, lovely business❤️
