We had an amazing visit as part of our dads group outing. The food was delicious, the portions were massive! The staff were friendly, attentive and worked really hard for us. The whole place was just perfect for what we needed and we had a great time. We look forward to returning

They doo waffesl and Sundays and nachos they have a family big menu

Initially went to Sundaes just because it was closer to the centre, but they had a few items out of stock. So walked up to Creams, glad we did.. warm welcome, everything in stock, great desserts, pancakes, hot pockets and sundaes just as expected.

Our food was served quickly and Deepanshi was really helpful with our order.

Fantastic experience at Creams as always! The customer service was absolutely amazing—every staff member was so friendly and welcoming. Abdul Ahad served us today he made sure we had everything we needed and served our desserts with a smile. The atmosphere was lovely, and the desserts were delicious as always. It’s so refreshing to visit a place where the staff genuinely care about their customers. Highly recommend for anyone looking for great treats.

Yeah firstly nice scrumptious waffles 🧇, and table service was good, howevet only one WC 🚻 which was a bit smelly. Tables are the American booth type, but there was a lack of atmosphere. The place probably needs some music and lighting effects.

Carrot cake was not good on several accounts. Many things looked great and this place has good reviews, so maybe it's just the carrot cake. Whip cream frosting not butter cream, and dry beyond dry.

Hve ordered over 5 times frm creams, the last 2 orders were abysmal 3 tiny misshapen 1 like cookie nt dough no white choc on top wz told portion sizes changed, also 1 ferro Roche thick shake nt sent, not sure if it wz mars but something I dnt drink

My partner has chocolate and cocoa allergy so we ordered the Madagascan cheese cake. When it arrived it had chocolate all over the cake and white chocolate sauce making it inedible for her. If we wanted chocolate sauce on it, we would have ordered it
