I had dinner here with a group of friends here one Friday evening. Both food and service were first class, we really could not have asked for more. A great example of a small locally run Italian restaurant which beats the multinationals hands down. Booking a table is advised. Very highly recommended, we would definitely like to visit again.

Booked the venue for 17 people group dinner. Everything has been great. The foods were amazing and the waiter and waitress were very attentive. They tried to make sure we had everything we need. Very good experience! Will go back.

We had a lovely dinner and birthday party. The costumer service is excellent. We have the area to ourselves, the manager start the music, we had dancing and celebrated our party "privately". It was a great night. Thank you Amici for making our special day extra special.

The food was really nice the soup of the day was made not from a can it was cream of mushroom the black pepper was just right portion was just right for a starter not too small nor was it too large the carbonara was made without cream another positive can't wait to reserve a table and try their dinner menu

Great customer service on arrival and throughout the time at the restaurant. Had the Penne con poll e Gorgonzola and the Tagliatelle al salmone rounded off with some home made tiramisu. All very delightful and tasty. Thoroughly enjoyed by both of us. Visited on a Friday evening about 8pm which meant there was quite a bit of chatter so if you want a quiet meal probably not ideal at this time of the week. We were informed there’s another sitting area available and it’s quieter earlier in the evening. A lovely dining experience and highly recommended.

We went to Amici to celebrate my birthday. We had a very enjoyable meal and our waitress was extremely helpful and friendly. The food was very good. I really enjoyed the Sea Bream and would definitely recommend it. My husband and our friends had the chicken and leek risotto, which I was told was also excellent. I loved my dessert, which was greek yoghurt with fruit, which was absolutely delicious. The atmosphere was very welcoming and friendly. I very much look forward to returning again soon.

Our 2nd visit to Amici (last time was at end of Covid lockdown when we ate out back in the conservatory). Staff could not have been friendlier and so accommodating. Our waitress was smily & charming & and accomplished photographer to boot 🥰. We had dinner with friends; the special was a melt in the mouth rump steak which was generous sized & cooked to perfection (pink not bloody). The pastas looked great; big portions and inventive choices. Fab cocktails; 2 for one! Desserts; the tall cheesecake was yum and the pannacotta also delish. Thanks Amici; we’ll be back!

We had for starter Brusketta and prawns was delicious!!! After we had grab linguini and sea bass with seafood pasta on the side. The waitress and waiter was perfect they look after us.

We were visiting the Bedford area and we called in without booking. Had a fantastic meal. Mushroom starter was delicious also the prawns and avocado from the specials board. We both had the veal, again, cooked perfectly. We were so impressed we dined there the following evening and my husband had a whole sea bass from the specials board and I had the ravioli. Good section of wines. They also have a tasty desserts menu. Ours was a midweek visit but booking is advised for the weekend. A little gem in Bedford. Visiting from Sunderland in the North East. Will definitely call in again when in the area.

ate at this wonderful restaurant 2 weeks ago after finding it online e. the staff were kind and helpful and immediately seated us even though it was a few minutes until they were due to open. the food was cooked within full view and all done fresh. Nice glass of wine too. I would come again if in Bedford and would recommend with no hesitation.

I have been to Amici in Bedford lots or times and Halil and the team are so friendly and helpful and the food is amazing. I strongly recommend attending.

Great atmosphere and delicious food! It has a great atmosphere and freshly prepared delicious food; I like its relaxedness. It has excellent food and fantastic service! Even though the restaurant was bustling, the service was terrific, and we didn't have to wait too long. We had Calamari Fritti, Gamberoni al vino Bianco and a Basket of ciabatta bread with balsamic vinegar and extra virgin olive oil as a starter, which was too good. I had Orata al forno with super fresh seabream, and my son had Medaglione alla Diana, which was well-cooked and finished the night with special Profiteroles Scuro for dessert. I have no hesitation in giving five stars. I recommend anyone go to Amici. Thank you, the owner, Halil, and the team!

Best starter and meals in Bedford. I was here for business purpose for a week and everyday came here for dinner. For friday and saturday nights make reservation before come.

Went at a lunchtime for the first time, not as vibrant as dinner but food was as good as always. Service was slow as only 1 person working who was doing his best.

Came for New Years Eve for the 2nd year running and was again very happy. Service was excellent, someone is always available when you want them while at the same time not being in your face.

What a find. We had come into Bedford for a quick bite to eat after a hospital Appointment. We aimed For Pizza express but was too busy and after searching on google For places to eat in Bedford Amici came up and it was just across the road. It was fairly busy on arrival around 715. We shared a starter of calamari which was so fresh and delicious I had the crab linguine which was superb so much crab and my husband had the meatballs the flavour was amazing. Our meal was also made extra lovely by not being rushed definitely will be back very reasonable beautiful food and generous portions

I’m my opinion this is the best Italian restaurant in bedford. The food was excellent and staff attentive. Able to modify dishes based on any allergies as food is cooked fresh. I would highly recommend this restaurant and I will be back to visit again.

The food was delicious. Especially pasta parcels in seafood triology, the tomato sauce with fresh herbs, I loved it. Asparagus with mozeralla was also tasty. Service was quick and smiley.

Lovely atmosphere when visiting today. Had the set lunch menu, food was fresh, presented well and very tasty. Owner took time to engage with us and nothing was too much trouble to get or change. Absolutely beautiful meal... cooked with passion and pride. The owner and the staff couldn't have done more to ensure we had a wonderful evening. Its so rare to find a restaurant that treats their customers so well. Nothing was too much for these guys and the food was absolutely beautiful. Our first visit to this restaurant and what a gem. The food is amazing , the flavours are to die for! A good variety of foods and all reasonably priced oh and the wine was tasty too. The staff are lovely also which is a bonus. We will definitely eat here again well worth a visit !

Once again, a wonderful meal. The food was excellent. Fresh, hot, and tasty. Every visit here is consistently good and never disappoints. Very nice cocktails. They even made me a Prawn Cocktail, which isn't on their men, and it was delicious. Very friendly and attentive staff.
