The best restaurants serving Seafood food in East Midlands

Walked in the shop at the same time as another customer, there were 3 staff, 2 were talking to a guy who had already ordered and was being served and the other was busy putting an order togeather no one acknowledged either of us, we stood and waited a while eventually they took her order, another staff member walked out 4 staff still no one asks for my order I said out loud can i order and they ignored me so i waited a while longer and left to go to the other chip shop, who despite having a que managed to serve me very quickly. I'm still scratching my head.

Had sausage and chips curry sauce few days later checked bank account 3 amounts taken £26.99 £7.87 &14.79, tried phoning no answer

It didn't last!! The most awful fish we have had. The fish was overcooked and totally dry, the fish had all dried up and was barely edible. The chips were luke warm. A waste of £14. On the previous occasion the the fish was greasy. What a total let down after our first visit when they were delicious. Won't try them again. To be honest the fish wasn't fit to be served.

I had my usual chilli chips and cheese.. my mouth is watering thinking about it. There is are no better takeaways in the area that sell what I want. The service is exceptional and the portions are generous. Thank you

Really good quality. Never been disappointed.

Normally very good but unable to book a table on their website for a birthday. We are very local, looks closed up and no cars in the car park every time we pass.

Gran servicio - tubería de comida caliente. Magnífico shish Kebabs también. El pescado es una gran porción y patatas fritas siempre buenas y frescas. Mi favorito en la zona por mucho tiempo

Literally the best chippy around. Started going here in the last year and the food is always fantastic. Great portions, staff are friendly. Don't know what I did before I ordered from here!

Badly cooked chips, all hard and barely warm when served. Small portion £2.80 is just that only big enough for a child. Will drive by in the future.

Very impressed. Pizzas are peng. The actual donner kebab meat is pretty standard, definatley not bad but wouldn't go out my way for it. The chicken kebab on the other hand, bangin'...After they shave it off the kebab thing they stick it on the hot plate and chop/grill it a bit, I'd go for the chicken kebab over donner. Got some sik £5 meal deals and good offers on pizza collection (15" for £7.50 at the time of writing this), have a look.

Usually very good...but....went today when they opened at tea time...chips and pie...pie was luke warm and the chips must have been cooked at lunchtime.... very poor....don't go when just opened at tea time....

Altho my fish chips and mushy peas were nice and hot my friend had the pie, we asked if it was homemade, it didn’t appear to us to be homemade, altho hot more like a pukka pie, poor filling and the plate was a wash with thick gravy.

Craking food if they get your order right. Ordered twice in last few months and missed or got something wrong on both occasions. Gorgeous fish and chips though and delivery didn't take long. Can pay cash or card. Will use again, but please check the order before you send it
