Ordered from here Tuesday and about 30 mins after eating became very unwell others in the house tht ate also became unwell with vomiting and diarrhea I am 5+ months pregnant also and been told its food poisoning still not well and it's now Friday very disappointed as I've never had this issue with this place b4 will nit be ordering from them again

Worst service. We ordered food from here waited and hour and half, the delivery driver never showed. When we called the restaurant they were very rude and didn't care to give a straight answer as to when the food will be delivered. The food arrived 30mins after our phone call, it was cold, soggy and inedible. An absolute waste of our time and money.

AVOID THIS PLACE. They took over 90 minutes to deliver to my address not even a mile away. When the driver arrived they had forgotten half the order, I was then waiting over 20 minutes for them to deliver the other half, so I rang them and they kept cancelling the call. They never bothered to deliver my other half of the order. Cold food, awful service and not even an apology. AVOID using this place.

A great value meal and a nice enough environment to enjoy a cheap meal and easy with family members Chips were lush and the fish burger was one of the best I've had from this kind of cuisine. Staff were friendly and the food was great value. I had a fish burger with chips and my gran had a good portion of a bed of chips, a decent layer of lamb doner meat and a good helping of lettuce, onion's and Cucumber on top. These filled the large portion boxes they were served in. I also had a can of 7 up and all of this was for £7. Excellent value. Great job guys, you all deserve awards in my opinion. Thanks for the excellent food and comfy seats.

Cooked fresh and very reasonable at £5. Ok it might not be up there with the great fish & chip shops of the land like the ones in Anstruther, but this place in Nottingham (it and Derby must perhaps be the two UK cities furthest from the sea) provided perfectly adequate fair for a hungry traveller.

Dry, horrible chips. I think that they had been there for a long time. Drying out under the hot lights I had sausage and chips. Only the sausage was edible. My son had cod and chips. The batter on the cod was dry and the fish inside wasn't nice at all. The chips were the same as mine. We also ordered a kabap with salad. I don't know how old the cucumber was. It was limp and slimy. The meat was cold. It's not the worst chip shop I've ever been in. That is in Newark. It's bad enough though. I'm sorry to give a bad review, but this place wasn't very good.

Went to this one as my usual is closed on Sundays. Quite possibly the worst fish and chips I've ever had. My fritter came on a seeded bun which had several blue spots on it. My fish and chips were soggy. The gravy was very watery, too. Will not be returning.

Had fish and chips, with tomato ketchup. They arrived drenched in an odd pinky-red sauce with a fairy liquid like consistency. Made everything soggy. Very off-putting. The chips were cold and bland. The actual fish was okay, and the bits of batter that weren't soggy were okay too, hence 2 stars. Won't be ordering again, and im not difficult to please. A sad fish and chips :(

Disgusting kebab meat, all dry and looked like it had been in a pot all day. Chips were awful. Old dry and hard. Ordered mint sauce on kebab and it came smothered in mint yogurt, can't eat milk based products so couldn't eat the kebab. The only half decent item was the pizza and that was swimming in grease. WILL NOT BE ORDERING FROM HERE AGAIN

This place is terrible, i have ordered from here 3 times now and every time, the food comes cold and flavourless. The last time I ordered I asked for no vinegar on the food as well as only a little bit of salt. The staff were extremely rude and unhelpful and clearly lacked customer service skills as the food came drenched in so much vinegar im surprised the fish didn’t start swimming again. Avoid this place the foods nasty and the staff are rude.

I came to this establishment this evening for a fish supper but I was highly disappointed. There were only 2 young lads in front of me when I entered, they had placed their order and was waiting, 5 minutes went by, still waiting. A man walked in stood in the door way, we was asked instantly what he wanted, they hadn’t even acknowledged me at all! We waited another 5 minutes or so, the young lads still hadn’t received their food and the only food I saw them preparing was for the man who walked in after all of us. I just walked out, I’ve never seen anything like it. They need to learn customer service.

Absolutely disgusting customer service. I'd recommend ordering the complete opposite of what you're after since they never send the right food. It's like Russian roulette I ordered chips and sausage and was sent out fishcakes then when I called about it i was told they'd send out sausages when they get some delivered tomorrow what good is that. All I can say is save your money and never order from this place
