The best restaurants serving Seafood food in East Midlands

I brought my son here today to get a kids meal as a good boy reward ar school. They only offered pork sausage either batterd or not. The intention was to get him fish as we don't eat pork. We were pretty ashamed thay there is not a fish item on the kids menu and when asked why they don't do anything we was told it's the owner who writes the menu. This is terrible for a fish and chip shop.

Been a few times and great service, nice kebabs and come with rice which is a nice touch.

Hunters has been my favourite chippy for some time. The chips are brill, the batter on the fish is always thin, very crispy, not oily or soggy, and the place is immaculately clean. I cannot fault it at all from my experience.

After a game of crazy golf, we popped in for some lunch. Very clean inside, polite staff and quick service. The food was very nice and we all had a lovely hot chocolate drink. We look forward to returning. 👍🏻👍🏻👍🏻👍🏻👍🏻

The staff are very friendly and very efficienct Thing is they prioritize takeaway orders rather than walk in's in other words you have to wait for your meal up to 15mins

Excellent food delivered early.

Ordered large mixed meat with onions and chilli and 2 pitta breads from the Worksop shop for delivery. When it arrived, it was small, not large, and no onions !!!! The meat was barely warm and had cold spots through it as if it had been microwaved and not stirred. The doner meat was tough and tasteless. The chicken meat was greasy and cold. I didn't eat it as I thought I might end up poorly. Starfish on Celtic Point is far superior, but they don't deliver, hence the order from here. I won't be bothering again and will drive to Starfish in future!!!

ordered large donner and chips. Amazed at so few chips and not much donner meat either. paid extra for naan so thought I would get a decent portion

Bought 2 regular cod and a large chips, big disappointment, the cod was the flattest fish I have ever had, nothing like the chunky cod as described in the reviews. Chips were ok. Will not be going back.

Good food and a lovely team. The only thing letting it down is the state of the building. The facilities are run down, the seating area is tired and unwelcoming. There has been a sign up for months apologising for broken equipment in the kitchen. How long does it take to replace a broken fryer?
