Never received my order, even though they said it had been delivered. Who ever delivered it didn't even ask for the code. just eat refuse to refund the order. Will never order from here again. Shame on this resturaunt and just eat.

Marked as delivered but was not. Rung the store to say another 5 mins. 15mins later it shows up. An item was completely wrong. used to be a good place but seems customer service has gone down hill

Pizza burnt not edible complained no response won’t order again. Complained to just eat as soon as food arrived no response from them won’t be using there service again very poor, not only did the food arrived 45 minutes before time stated in order it was burnt

The fish batter was not to the usual standard and the mushy peas were hard. very disappointed 😞 I've never had any complaints before so hopefully this was just a one off bad day!

Big portion sizes, good chips. a little disappointed the cheese Naan was a cheese in and fold over rather than into fresh dough like other places but still tasty and hit the spot.

Very rude and aggressive staff, put chilli sauce all of my girlfriends kebab which made her very ill due to her tumar, spoke to the owner and and he wasn't interested and just got aggressive

Very disappointed. Ordered 2 special kebabs. Apart from the order being very late, the huge lumps of chicken, amongst the shreds of other meat, were completely inedible... Unless you want the lining of your mouth stripping. Such a shame.

I'm a Lorry Driver, went in for kebab and chips ,,Shocking atmosphere ,service wasn't any better and the Portion of chips was terrible, no salad on my kebab even though I asked,, 😡 never using this Place again,, I'll Go to Manor Next time , (didn't go in Manor because it was Packed,, but that shows how good there food must be) !!!! 🙄

Delivery was great, Naan was great, salad was great , but I’m not sure why the meat was so overly spiced the amount was not necessary, neither of us could eat it our mouths were burning and we both had a variation of mayonnaise. I like spiced food but that was unusual for your kebabs and really unpleasant.

Consistently good food from here, occasionally have to ping food in the microwave for 30 secs but that has never spoilt it, it's always been enjoyed, top quality, always friendly drivers, of course I will be back soon :) Thank you all x

Ordered donor meat pizza and paid for extra topping of donor meat, there was only the tiniest amount of meat, couldn’t even taste any meat!!! Such a shame, we use briggs often

glad it came early as we were hungry but it would have been worth waiting foe because it was yummy as usual :)

Order was late but only due to Just Eat system playing up. Got in touch with Brigg and they where fantastic and sorting everything out with no fuss.

Sadly I've had to change my review of this place now. NEW REVIEW... The standards of this place have gone right down whilst the prices have gone right up! Their food, both quality and quantity, are now very disappointing. Their Kebabs served in their handmade naan bread is terrible, the naan is tasteless and raw/undercooked whilst the meat tastes old and dried up, the salad is dry and the amount they put on is hardly worth bothering with. I tried the fish n chips and the chips were clearly old/recooked and the fish was not nice and covered in a vile soggy batter. I thought they might just be having an off day back in November 2023 so I rested them and went in again 1st March 2024 and the food was about the same. Sadly i will not be returning until things improve dramatically. (MY OLD REVIEW...Quality always seems consistent and good, never had any bad food from here. Kebabs are really nice and prices are okay too).

PLEASE ALWAYS CHECK THE DATES ON YOUR DRINKS ALCOHOL OR OTHERWISE. I BOUGHT THREE TINS OF CIDER IN JUNE 2023, AFTER TASTING FIRST TIN IT WAS VINEGAR. SO I CHECKED DATE AND WAS 03/23. WENT IN LAST WEEK 16/12/2023 AND TINS WERE STILL ON SHELVES. GARY IS THE LIAR AS HE TOLD UNCLE SUCKY IM LYING. UTTER BULL

We ordered two cods and repeated the order over the telephone and got to cobs. We didn't realise until they left. Won't be going back

Greatly improved from a few years ago! This chippy is great. The chicken kebabs are fantastic, as are the wraps. The chip portion sizes are incredibly generous. A regular portion is more than enough for 2 and we always have loads left over. Enough to feed another person! The fish portions are great too, and absolutely delicious. The kebab quality was a bit iffy a few years ago. They've really upped their game recently and their kebabs are truly gorgeous now! Unfortunately this has led them to greatly reducing the size of their kebabs. Particularly the Briggs special kebab. This is really small now compared to how it was. I wish they'd offer their chicken curry without having to have it with a portion of rice. I don't go to a chippy for rice. Hopefully the owners will see this and start offering it with chips or on its own. I'm sure it would do really well. Their fried chicken isn't great, so we go to specialist chicken takeaways for that instead. If you're after a great traditional chippy tea of fish and chips Briggs is now the best in town.

Large portions compared to most chip shops
