Birchwood Fish Bar in Lincoln

Had sausage and chips curry sauce few days later checked bank account 3 amounts taken £26.99 £7.87 &14.79, tried phoning no answer

Throughly enjoyable fish & chips/sausage, fish is cooked as you walk in, which makes it that much better, it really is good.. offers on board are brilliant, place is nice and clean. Thankyou it’s becoming a bit of a go to place for us 🤣❤️

Need more staff unfortunately.. Staff decided to chew on her own hair without washing her hands after.. Their System is not working, Dress sense unfortunately lacks hygiene regulations

good value for price,always busy and staff freindly, food served Hot and not just cooked and left in hot counters.

this place should become a joke shop , asked for large beans with my chips , you could count how many i got , complained to the staff she said thats all you get , complained again some other staff member said "go away you are getting boring now" . you could not make it up how rude they were , dont see much of a future if this is how the talk to customers

Consistently good fish and chips here. Has become our favourite Lincoln fish and chip shop. We are very lucky in Lincoln to have Elite and Burton Road chippies (both very good) but this one, hidden away in Birchwood, is definitely up there with them.

Stopped off here to get 2 haddocks and didnt have any ready! Had to wait for them to cook some. Wasnt even busy! What sort of fish and chip shop doesnt have at least 2 bits of haddock ready. And when we got them home, was hardly any batter on them. Not impressed at all!

Use this chippy from time to time, its a decent chippy, never had anything bad here, though there are better in LIncoln

When we lived in Lincoln the Birchwood Fish bar was the place to buy our Fish & Chips, so when we visited Lincoln in May we had to try them.. The fish & chips superb once again. Good portions freshly cooked.

I called in to get my son some chips after a long car journey. We got 2 lots of chips and a fishcake. The women serving was so miserable and we had 2 hairs in the chips when we opened them in the car. So they went in the bin. Wont be back in a hurry thats for sure.

We really enjoyed the fish and chips from here they were even helpful when we asked about the contents of their batter(my granddaughter is dairy egg and soya free).The fish was made to order and the portions were huge

A very good and popular fish & chip shop. Ideally located in a local shopping centre with plenty of parking. Good selection on the menu with good size portions. Very friendly staff. I have had many good fish & chip meals from there.

Quality was very good portion sizes were generous to say the least. the staff were happy and friendly can not fault them on any point excellent value for money
