Always had excellent food here.

Don't order the 'Pint of Prawns'. Its a pint pot 4/5ths full of small freezing-cold shell-on prawns; with a slice of dry supermarket bread, cube of butter, and a dollop of cheap tartar sauce. My prawns were so cold they were still icy and some were frozen. Some also had clutches of black eggs in their legs, so you can tell they just dump a bag of frozen prawns into pint pots and let them thaw before you eat them. This is also served in a tiny plastic basket which means after all the effort to extract the tiny bit of meat, you don't have anywhere to put your shells, and the mess drips onto you through the holes because there's never any seating.

Jeg har alltid spis Fish & Chips i London i det siste årene, og elsker denne engelske retten. Men nå i det siste 2 årene har det blitt annerledes. Fisken er slapp og av dårlig kvalitet og helt usmakelig. Det er liksom ikke fisk i fisken lenge og bare panering som man spiser. Det skal bare sikkert at det er jo forskjell hvor man spiser den og hvor mye man betaler. Men likevel. Jeg har jo spist Fish & Chips flere ganger rundt Bayswater før og da var fisken "fabelaktig god", men ikke nå i det siste. Potene er fortsatt gode. Håper det blir bedre kvalitet på fisken etterhvert for jeg bare elsker denne typiske engelske retten.

Service was very kind but unfortunately we were waiting long time for mains , the quality of the food was less then average , price quality is not given at all . Sad experience
