Service was very kind but unfortunately we were waiting long time for mains , the quality of the food was less then average , price quality is not given at all . Sad experience

We had breakfast here as part of our stay at the hotel. There was a great selection of food available and an a la carte menu. The french toast was amazing! Mani was an attentive waiter and very efficient!

We had an amazing dinner at Steak & Lobster. I had fish and chips and my husband had a steak. Everything was perfect. Especially I want to mention our server Nadia. She was very attentive, polite and friendly. Also her recommendations were top notch. Nadia, thank you for making our dinner so lovely in our first night in London.

Had a great meal tonight. Perfectly cooked steak and great value. But main thing is the service. Yogita and Ranay were great. Never had to chase anything or wait. Great restaurant and great value even more so in Central London. Sorry I don’t know the rest of the team names but everyone was great, from arriving to leaving. Very impressive.

Dinner was steak asked for medium got blue . Music to loud and not appropriate music it was more club music so caused the atmosphere to be not as good as should have been . Two your lady’s came in very intoxicated one so bad banged her head on the table three times maybe Serving them more alcohol was not a good idea . Evening dinner

I ordered lobster and pasta, thinking that would be the dish served. Unfortunately, it contained traces of lobster and a lot of pasta. I advise you not to order this dish. I complained to the waiter. He informed me that the dish was correct. He said that there would be around 100 grams of lobster. But believe me, there weren't even 20 grams. Tiny pieces of lobster. The waitresses are friendly, but the decor needs to be revamped. High prices. Few benefits.

Two days ago, I made the great decision to celebrate my birthday at the Steak and Lobster restaurant in Warren Street. My friends and I had an amazing and very enjoyable time in this beautiful place. Not only was the food good and tasty. More importantly, the entire team (reservations and floor staff combined) gave us a very special and high quality experience and for that, I couldn't thank them enough. Once again, thank you so much for making this dinner unique.

Each time I dined there, I was fortunate to be served by the same waiter, Eduardo, whose attentiveness and warm demeanor truly stood out. He went above and beyond to ensure everything was perfect, anticipating needs before I even had to ask and always accommodating with a genuine smile. The entire staff created a welcoming atmosphere, and no request ever felt like too much. Eduardo’s professionalism and personable approach made every meal an outstanding experience. We stayed at the Radisson Blu Euston Square for 5 days. An old friend who worked in the hotel industry used to say the key was to get breakfast right abd this hotel does that. The included a la carte options are quickly served, especially when it is not busy, and the buffet scrambled eggs are as goi od as they get. All the breakfast team are to be commended but today Mani served us and was particularily helpful. The restaurant seems to be very well managed.

Popped in for breakfast at this joint. The food was decent—nothing fancy, just solid and satisfying. But our waiter, Jamal, was awesome. Super friendly, really on top of things, and made the whole vibe better. Honestly, his service made the meal. Would totally come back just for that.

Great service, friendly staff. Our server Jamal took very good care of us during breakfast.

My whole family went for a birthday meal on Sunday 13th April 2025. The server was absent minded throughout our visit. The set menus were mostly uninvited to our table. I ordered the whole lobster, and ended up with food poisoning. I spent the next day and night in bed, or visiting the toilet continuously and had a temperature. Never again.

Chandan our Server was brilliant. Ensured our experience and service at the restaurant was positive. Recommend the omlet for breakfast - really tasty.

We asked for a gluten free option for the breakfast in the hotel and an employee names anandu helped us a lot. He gave us so many options, gluten free bread and almost everything they had he made us to make sure it was gluten free. And my grandma actually had options which often doesn’t happen.
