CRacking little restaurant inside the Radisson hotel. We went for our anniversary and we weren’t disappointed. Best T- bone steak I’ve had to date and the service was excellent. Yogita being exceptional. Would highly recommend and will visit again when we’re next in London. Seen a few reviews that have said it’s pricey, but I think it’s more than fair for what you get. Also received a little gift as an anniversary present, which was a nice little touch.

Got delightful breakfast with mani

We were pleasantly surprised by the price of the menu. Two course for £40 and three courses for £46. Each course was lovely and ours involved two steaks included in the price. The atmosphere here is lovely, everywhere is clean and tidy and the servers were very attentive. During breakfast our server Chandan was very attentive and made sure we were looked after. We will 100% be back in the future.

Booked this on the basis of the attractive immersive views on Google maps, location and seafood menu. On arrival found there was no such restaurant on Warren Street and that the venue pictured was now a different business. Walking round the corner into Tottenham Court Road we found an inconspicuous sign saying 'Steak and Lobster Warren Street' outside the Radisson Blu Hotel and after enquiring inside found out that what we had expected to be an independent restaurant was now the dining room of the Radisson Hotel. However the staff were welcoming and the menu looked good so we decided to stay and have dinner as planned. Nadia who served us was delightful. My wife's Lobster looked lovely but was not very warm and the diarrhoea she experienced subsequently may or may not have been related to this. My fish was dry, clearly over cooked and I suspect had been deep-fried or reheated twice, which wholly detracted from the enjoyment of the rest of the meal including dessert which was otherwise excellent. Sadly our experience was not a good advert for either this restaurant or the Radisson Hotel.

We had breakfast here as part of our stay. Breakfast was fresh and tasty and a great variety to suit anyone. All the staff were great. Shehryar looked after us and was very attentive and friendly – couldn’t fault the service at all. Would definitely recommend.

Stayed for 2 nights at the Radisson Blu in Warren Street. Very well located and 2 minutes walk from the underground, Victoria line. Hotel was clean, rooms were tidy and the breakfast was great! They have a separate menu which you can order from and it is included in the breakfast price. The service was very good, we were mostly served by Anandu which was always polite, helpful and has a great energy to him, making our experience even better. Overall a great experience.

A brilliant breakfast, well worth the money. Chandan the server was brilliant and made sure everything we ordered was to our taste. The buffet was well organised and there was a perfect selection of food 😊 we will definitely be coming back!

Breakfast for hotel guests is nice, everything is freah and good quality. Quite wide variety of options on the sweet and savory side. I missed the fresh greens and veggies from the buffet and a la carte alike, but upon request I was promptly catered with a nice plate of fresh salad. All the staff was superb professional and attentive, starting from reception to table service and on. Chandan served my table, but all the others were lovely and helpful too!

Had a lovely time visiting here, Rafpaele and Manuel/ evening team were lovely to us , amazing cocktails I recommend the lychee martini !!! Great service and amazing food ! 10/10

Had high expectations for the Bottomless Steak Experience at Steak & Lobster Warren Street, but the service and food were disappointing. The staff was inattentive—I had to ask multiple times for my champagne to be refilled. Our steaks were not cooked as requested (mine was incorrect, and my girlfriend’s was overcooked), and to make matters worse, her meal arrived without cutlery. The corn was mushy and inedible. Overall, not the experience I expected from this brand. Definitely needs improvement.

The service was prompt the staff were fantastic. My waitress Yogita was amazing. Reluctant to bring the little one along here to eat as he's such a fussy eater but they really catered to his needs. He turned away the kid's tacos as they were not hot and he didn't like them, but when asked if it was possible to change his order, they brought out a whole new kid's steak order no problem. Would definitely come again!!!

We came for weekday dinner and ordered the surf and turf and the T-bone. The lobster had barely any meat. The steaks were poor quality and were undercooked, we asked for medium and medium rare and we instead got rare and blue! We asked the blue steak to be cooked further and it still came back rare (with purple colouring inside). The lychee martini was nice and the serving staff were nice enough to offer a 20% discount

Steak had zero flavour so asked for salt & pepper. The lobster barely had any meat on it and the starter were like something out of Icelands frozen section. For the price £75pp (not including drinks) the quality is a joke had a lot better for a lot less in other places. Service were loud when at the till. The music was awful I wouldn’t recommend to

We stayed at the hotel and eat breakfast. If you expect Mediterranean breakfast, you may be disappointed. But well enough to have a breakfast quickly. Pancakes are very well.

Nice place, good food. The reasons for a 3 star review are the following: When you spend £200+ for dinner you have higher than normal expectations of quality in mind. I was surprised to see staff wearing trainers and dressed very casually, plus the menus provided we're sticky, strange for what Steak & Lobster themselves consider to be a 'Fine Dining Experience' by definition on thier own website. I would expect this when paying £6.99 for a meal at a Weatherspoons. I asked for another menu, and it was the same - sticky from spilt drinks. A shame really, as a few minor changes would make this a top 5 star location. I've been here, and Hawksmoor Borough, and Hawksmoor wins....by a long, long way.

Breakfast 3 days in a row. Service is really good with people like Chandan who proposes treats. There's multiples choice from Poach eggs, pancakes and french toasts. It's on demand. Alternativly the buffet is accessible with "continental" and "english" choices (small pastry, Cumberland saussages, bacon, etc.). Choice of pastry could be enhanced. Also the hot section is not hot enough. Pancakes almost cold, it's a little disapointing as beans who are not hot enough as well. Coffee is at discrétion and really good. Good choice of tea, juices and water with lime. Seating is confortable in chairs but the bench are not. Overall really good impression !

Came here with high expectations but the experience did not match up to this. The fillet steak itself was tasty but served with some dried up onion rings and a lump of lettuce. Service was okay but nothing out of the ordinary. Ambience was lacking

We were served by Mr Vamal today and had a lovely breakfast! He took extra care to check in every few minutes making sure we are ok for drinks and food. Much appreciated! Both the breakfast food and the atmosphere were great.

Be wary! They will attempt to pass as Lobster and Burger, a different and better restaurant located in SoHo. The ambiance and food are definitely no match and staff will try their best to just charge a lot unjustifiably. Update: After being offered a full refund for all of this… they refusing to do anything now. The reply below is just damage control. Lost 240 pounds to this scam.

Breakfast with excellent service of Priya. I loved the omelette and egg benedict

We were looking for a casual steak place (a family of 7) and came across Steak & Lobster. We didn’t have very high expectations due to such late availability but the reviews were good so we decided to go for it. The food was very good - steaks were cooked accurately much like rival expensive steak houses and the choices of kids dishes were very good (£14 for 5/6oz steak and chips or broccoli is a much nicer than paying £24 in L’entrecote and have the kid not finish his meal). A good word is due for both our waitress Nelum and Hassan the smiley manager. The service was impeccable and our needs were well heard. We commented that the half lobster in the surf & turf which my wife and I shared was a tad small (with no request for compensation or a hint of complaint at all) and Hassan brought us another half on the house - these small gestures really makes one’s meal. Nelum was patient with the small kids and very attentive, was great! We dined with 20% discount promo which brings the prices to a reasonable range, alternatively at £36 for a sirloin and £34 for a Ribeye it’s a bit steep but you get a generous portion (with chips a couple of onion rings and lettuce). In conclusion - nice place, a shame it wasn’t more busy but definitely worth it and the great attitude and service really made our night!

Cenando en Nochevieja, experimentamos algunos problemas menores, pero hicimos estos comentarios conscientes a la gerente de turno Barbara en la recepción. Barbara nos aseguró que estos asuntos eran aislados y que pasaría nuestros comentarios al equipo para futuras mejoras. Confiando en Barbara en su palabra, cenamos en el restaurante en dos ocasiones más y no nos decepcionó. El servicio de atención al cliente de Barbara demuestra que siempre es mejor hablar y resolver un asunto directamente para garantizar un resultado positivo para todos en lugar de tomar un teclado con una crítica negativa y un sabor amargo en la boca. Recomiendo encarecidamente el Eye Fillet 🤤
