Steak & Lobster Warren Street in Camden

Came here with high expectations but the experience did not match up to this. The fillet steak itself was tasty but served with some dried up onion rings and a lump of lettuce. Service was okay but nothing out of the ordinary. Ambience was lacking

We were served by Mr Vamal today and had a lovely breakfast! He took extra care to check in every few minutes making sure we are ok for drinks and food. Much appreciated! Both the breakfast food and the atmosphere were great.

Priya is a charming Indian lady who provided great service at breakfast this morning. Attentive & always smiling making my breakfast experience memorable.

Be wary! They will attempt to pass as Lobster and Burger, a different and better restaurant located in SoHo. The ambiance and food are definitely no match and staff will try their best to just charge a lot unjustifiably. Update: After being offered a full refund for all of this… they refusing to do anything now. The reply below is just damage control. Lost 240 pounds to this scam.

Breakfast with excellent service of Priya. I loved the omelette and egg benedict

We were looking for a casual steak place (a family of 7) and came across Steak & Lobster. We didn’t have very high expectations due to such late availability but the reviews were good so we decided to go for it. The food was very good - steaks were cooked accurately much like rival expensive steak houses and the choices of kids dishes were very good (£14 for 5/6oz steak and chips or broccoli is a much nicer than paying £24 in L’entrecote and have the kid not finish his meal). A good word is due for both our waitress Nelum and Hassan the smiley manager. The service was impeccable and our needs were well heard. We commented that the half lobster in the surf & turf which my wife and I shared was a tad small (with no request for compensation or a hint of complaint at all) and Hassan brought us another half on the house - these small gestures really makes one’s meal. Nelum was patient with the small kids and very attentive, was great! We dined with 20% discount promo which brings the prices to a reasonable range, alternatively at £36 for a sirloin and £34 for a Ribeye it’s a bit steep but you get a generous portion (with chips a couple of onion rings and lettuce). In conclusion - nice place, a shame it wasn’t more busy but definitely worth it and the great attitude and service really made our night!

From unlimited fries and salad, to poor quality chunky chips now being served. This establishment has seriously gone downhill over the years after Covid. This was my go to place for many years, both the Heathrow and Warren Street restaurants, unfortunately it’s the end for me.

It was a great experience, Jamal and the lady waitress were amazing and very attentive to us and the food was perfect. I liked the vibe of the place inside couldn’t be any better!!

At first they made us wait 15 minutes because we didn't book a table.. The restaurant was almost empty, the service when serving drinks and soup was bad, the order took about 2 hours.. and when paying they took 100 pounds more than the bill. I won't try it again even for free

As a visitor stay at Raddison Blu Hotel in London before I travel elsewhere around Europe for Christmas 24/25. I was encouraged to give the steak and lobster restaurant a go. The food, service and not feeling rushed out straight away out of here has been a lovely experience overall. Nelum my waitress was lovely and always had a warm smile. Adam - Sydney Australia.

We were served by Mr Jamal today and had a lovely breakfast! He took extra care to check in every few minutes and made sure our tea was piping hot - he even warmed our teacups. I appreciated the extra care. The breakfast food was solid and the atmosphere was enjoyable as well, not too rowdy. I can't wait to visit again!

The evening got off to a weird start. We are staying at the hotel so asked reception if there was any availability for the restaurant.. she was lovely and took us through to quite a rude gentleman who said they were fully booked, he didn't speak to us, didn't check the bookings just said no to her. We came back up to the room and checked online, lots of availability through OpenTable so booked on there for 10 minutes later. We go back down to the restaurant and another couple are saying they have a reservation and he is saying they are fully booked, they said they booked online, he said they would have to wait at least an hour. We get seated, and there are 4 other tables in use with 1 being a group of about 12. Our server was a lovely man. Ordered a glass of merlot and an old fashioned, steak and lobster and a sirloin steak with peppercorn sauce. Food came out quite quickly but no drinks yet. Took a few minutes to grab someones attention. It wasn't busy and there were lots of wait staff seemingly just standing. Got our drinks after asking again. So to the food. The steak didn't seem great quality if I'm honest, chewy and thin, the lobster was fine. My partner said his sirloin was fine but not the best but the peppercorn sauce and onion rungs were good. Dessert, the cheesecake was really good and the cheese platter was nice, we had to ask for a knife and they brought out a dessert spoon. Overall, this was average and I've had better steaks at the local pub for half the price. Oh and the other couple were seated around 5 minutes after us. There were still empty tables when we left although it was busier. The front of house guy looked in a bad mood all night

We had breakfast here. Service was ok, food and atmosphere as well. Just your average hotel breakfast. Anandu was our highly motivated but somewhat overwhelming waiter.

Food is not nice at all. Ordered surf and turf and was awful. The steak was thin and looked like It was the scraped shavings off a cow. The lobster was not fresh and quite frankly tasteless. The staff are friendly and nice, resturant itself is in the Radison hotel, which nice. A shame about the food.

Worst food possible! The steak was not eatable , I did ask why the steak is like that and they told me they can cook it more! All four of us and one child get sick after eating here!

The service and food were absolutely fantastic! Jamal, our waiter, went above and beyond to ensure everything was perfect and that I was completely satisfied with my experience. The omelette was simply exquisite, one of the best I’ve ever had!

I treated myself to their signature dish - the steak (ribeye) and (half) lobster, which was pricey but excellent! My waitress (Pinal) was also excellent - attentive but not intrusive. When I asked for a few little extra things, she happily brought me ice for my tap water and a finger bowl (to clean up after cracking the lobster claw, etc). Pleasant ambiance overall, and I was able to use a 15% discount offer, to celebrate their new menu for this season.

Best surf and turf I’ve had in the U.K.! We were booked at Arado but that’s another story Bar service was excellent- Thankyou Meet. Great pre dinner cocktail. Superb steak and lobster. Great choice of wine. Starters delicious. Service so lovely. Wasn’t expecting a restaurant within a Radisson to be that good. Next time we’ll stay there too.

Friendly employes especially Afonso and very delicious food

The steaks were quite good and the chips were fine, but none was particularly cheap. Personally i prefer the steaks that are available at FlatIron for half the price. There was an appealing choice of sauces to go with the steaks. The salad - which was a quarter-chunk of lettuce - was not personally my preference; i would have preferred normal salad. The decor is smart with high ceilings, but it is a slightly windowless environment and feels very much like a hotel restaurant, without a huge amount of atmosphere. It was also hugely overheated and stuffy, despite being December, so all of us struggled to keep cool. We had to go to the toilet area repeatedly to cool off. Service was pretty average; we tried for 5 minutes to get attention to order another bottle of wine but eventually had to go to the bar and order it directly. There weren't that many tables eating so the service staff should not have been overwhelmed.

Mr. Anandhu is very helpful and kind.

A fantastic breakfast experience with a great variety to choose from and a French toast that’s absolutely to die for! The service was excellent, and Jamal made the meal even more enjoyable with his friendly and attentive care.

Breakfast used to be a highlight here. Good service from Custodio - as ever. What’s happened to the Radisson chain? Before this visit lattes, cappuccinos, etc were part of the deal. Now they’ve become chargeable. The butter croissants have gone from being warm, moist and tasty to some kind of thumb sized, bullet shaped dry pastry! Terrible. I will keep using the Radisson, but breakfast no longer holds its appeal.
