Breakfast had a great selection and range. Service was amazing - Jamal looked after us and gave us recommendations, ensured we had everything we needed and couldn’t have been more helpful. All of the staff that were on were really attentive and welcoming which made it a lovely place to eat! We also had a few drinks there in the evening and again the staff couldn’t have been nicer or more helpful!

I spent a few nights here. The hotel is at perfect location, very attentive staff at the reception. They greet us with a big smile! Nice ambient, we aso had a complimentary drinks at the bar. The room was big enough, clean and had everything yuo need! Breakfast is great but their service is at another level. Jamal was our waiter and he made sure we were pampered from every angle! Higly recomend!

Everytime I come to Steak & Lobster in Warren St, my go to for mains is always Lobster Fetuccini and and the steak spring rolls. They taste so good that you never get tired of munching on them. With the fetuccine, it goes so well with chili flakes, and a bit more of salt and pepper if you like it to be really good. I also had amaretto sour which was soo good! I loved everything. Thanks for the amazing service as always!

We enjoyed our meals at this restaurant and especially our morning server, Anandhu. He was very accommodating and gave us helpful information. We enjoyed his service.

The service was amazing, the waiter was extremely attentive throughout. The steaks were very undercooked (definitely very rare when we ordered medium). The chips were amazing, as were the surf and turf croquettes and the steak rolls. I did explain to the manager because I only noticed how undercooked it was near the bone, and I made clear it wasn’t a complaint and I didn’t want anything free, but he did offer free dessert. PSA - the cookie dough WILL serve two! The daiquiri was extremely strong - I had to ask for less alcohol and I’m northern!

Such a lovely hotel to stay at particularly because of the staff. Elena at the restaurant area was particularly brilliant so friendly and helpful and made me the best coffee that I had in London.

We had two steak and lobster.. both steaks heavily over cooked and one looked shocking like a dog had chewed it. The service was good however no cocktail menu we asked for one and we were just told the menu which made us have to choose on the spot which wasn’t a brilliant experience the dining room is beautiful and great for a date but bathrooms need a good clean even tho they are high spec

You n Radisson Grafton. I would normally have gone out for a curry - my favourite food. But it’s raining outside. Vid Dhopte, barman, made me feel so welcome and relaxed, I stayed in for the evening. Had a simple club sandwich, but felt as if I was dining a la carte! Vid was wonderful company for me, yet he still managed to fully satisfy and serve every other guest. He is a star.

Had two breakfasts and two dinners here. Wait staff was lovely and accommodating in all cases, especially Jamal, and the food was excellent. Breakfast gives many options and they moved large crowds quickly. Rooms were comfortable and appreciated the willingness to store bags prior to check in.

Our experience staying at the Radisson was amazing! We had breakfast and dinner there twice and the food was all yummy. The staff were all extremely attentive and helpful, especially with how crowded the breakfast rush was. Jamal took excellent care of us and we had a great time!

My server, Jamal, was very helpful and generous with a positive and friendly attitude. I prefer my scramble eggs cooked well done, which I was able to get. I miss the berry consume they used to serve. Overall breakfast with my stay is a great way to start the day.

The service of the staff is really good during breakfast. Hassan, Hafiza and Cheraleigh were really attentive and accommodating to our needs. This is our 5th stay in this hotel and we’ve always enjoyed their breakfast but the only thing that we were not happy was the morning coffee which prior to this visit we always had a choice of coffee. But now it’s the standard weak coffee. Please look into this as many of us need good coffee to start our day. Thank you

Served by Nelum today for a client lunch. Food and service were brilliant, can’t fault it. Cost really reasonable for the location too. Restaurant was fresh, light, and modern. All in all, a really enjoyable visit

Unsure how to order room service and "call in room dining to collect my tray" when my tiny room has no phone !! Just the smallest most bizarre room I've ever stayed in. Priya delivered my tray and she was very pleasant.

Had a great experience staying at Radisson. Their breakfast was literally good. Staff serving there was very polite. I got served by Priya and she greeted us so well. She even helped us to get through more veg options available. Overall a heartwarming stay.

My family ate there for breakfast for 3 days and it was truly a great restaurant in every way. The food was delicious and the atmosphere was great. Especially the kindness of Mr. Anandhu who provided the serving service was very special to our family. Thanks to his professional service, our family enjoyed the breakfast more. This is a restaurant I definitely want to visit again if I get the chance.

Great location (top of TCR, next to Warren St station) and very good service. Decent wine collection at good prices. Overall, food (steak) was a bit disappointing.

With all passengers from cruise ships waiting and hanging around in the breakfast area with their luggage all over the reception blocking the elevators in the morning rush hour makes it very difficult to enjoy a breakfast. It's almost as if your presence is not relevant. You feel like a stranger in a retirement home. However, the staff is very friendly and service orientated. I was served by Anandhu and he did his upmost best to give me a great breakfast. I'll try the French toast next time.

I was there with a tour group I’m in charge of. The general consesus was that food was really nice (the apple/spinach pecan salad truly exquisit, the ice-cream in a glass with chocolate and caramel as indulgent as they cone, though I personally would have preferred less charring/grill marks on my steak as it was a tad too bitter/burnt for my taste). Service was effective and kind, the maîtte d’ Vanna a true professional. Recommended.

Wonderful staff. They can't do enough for you. We had two days whilst staying here, eating a full breakfast each day which was fresh and delicious. Shelley and Meet were exceptional in their help and assistance while we were there. Unfortunately we won't be able to try the signature Old Fashioned Meet was telling me about. We can't wait to come back.
