Had a really great experience being served by Gill who was a star! Got the famous Haddock meal with halloumi bites and would definitely come back again!!

We were welcomed at the door by Gill who quickly showed us to convenient seats, near to the front of the restaurant. As I’m disabled, being sat at the right position in the restaurant is important to me and the table was well positioned near the front of the restaurant. As soon as we were settled Gill came and took our order, making helpful suggestions to my questions.about the menu.. thanks to her helpfulness and pleasant demeanour I had a thoroughly enjoyable meal and even ordered dessert. Something I don’t often do. We will certainly be paying another visit in the near future.

Our 1st visit to Ramsdens, we've always been told its not worth the price it's not that good etc, well, we found it excellent and not too expensive with really nice staff. We will be going back for more.

We are a complex family with fisabled children, son who is blind an i myself am a wheelchair user. Everytime we visit Harry Ramsdons at Cheshire oaks we welcomed like old friends despite only visiting 2-3 times a year. Our food is always piping hot snd this time i went for poached haddock as im not too keen on batter and it is delicious. We are always accomadated with smiles and banter.

Had a lovely time round today. Matt is the absolute legend who took care of us with his quality service and friendly hospitality. Give that guy a raise 😁

We went into the Harry Ramsdens branch in Cheshire Oaks with my 2 children and my sister and her children. We were all treated exceptionally well from the get go by Gill who made sure we had an amazing experience. The kids keep asking to go back and a big part of that is because Gill made us all feel really welcome and special. Thanks again Gill

Not sure if the Fish and Chips is fried in the same oil as the sausages and pigs blanket, please could the owner confirm, as a Muslim this is very crucial in knowing that what we are eating is not fried with other products that we cannot eat(Not Halal). Let me tell you something about this place, the food is 10/10 SCRUMPTIOUS but that aint nothin compared to the service, Gill was very welcoming and dare I say exceptionally funny. Will definitely come back to see Gill alone: thank you for the experience ☺️☺️

Hit all the spots ☺️ Haven’t had fish and chips for years and it was great. Stew was also a lovely staff member, When he brought out food, he was so polite, smile on his face and was really lovely with our 9 year old daughter. Both great staff members and assets to the company. However all staff were lovely. Will definitely be returning when we visit Cheshire Oaks again.

The fish was a small not a large what i paid for the fish was burnt and looked like it was cooked yesterday

We went to the Cheshire oaks store Friday the 9th of August. I would firstly like to say that Gill is one amazing lady. Nothing was too much trouble. Friendly and service with a smile. Bonus Harry Ramsden's make there own tartare sauce that is an added bonus best tartare sauce around. Best fish and chips by far. Will definitely be back. Thank you Gill and the team for making our experience the best one yet.

Served by Gill today, lovely service thank you so much. We tried the new fish cakes and they were so nice! A little peppery, however this isn’t always a bad thing, my taste buds are just sensitive to pepper. We also tried the new tartar sauce, we don’t usually like it but this is the best we’ve ever had. Easy to order through the QR code and very fast to be brought out. Warm yummy food, and great service, what more could you ask for. Thanks for making our experience so great!

I've visited this restaurant a few times before, and it's known for its good traditional British fish and chips. However, this time the fish was oily. The waiter offered me a refund, which I declined. I let the fish sit for a while to absorb the oil, and then the chef came over and replaced it with a drier piece. The staff are nice which I have seen many times. Overall good, thanks
