Just had a lovely fish and chips lunch, Gill and the lads looked after us brilliantly, thanks

Had a lovely meal here with my husband and 2kids, last week. Fish was beautiful and fresh, and the chips - well they’re the best I’ve eaten! My 4yr old daughter is still taking about “the tasty fish from the restaurant”! Staff were very friendly and great with my kids. Service was quick. All in all a great place, and we’ll be back bringing grandparents along. Thank you

Went today while shopping at Cheshire Oaks. This Harry Ramsdens is good quailty as you would expect and all the staff were super friendly and ensured everything was just right for our meals. A good dining experience and nice fish bites 😊

Gill served us at Harry Ramsden, food was amazing and Gill was lovely, taking time to entertain a 10 year old! Will be back. We came back! Without the 10 year old and fill was just as good as was the food. Will be returning in the near future

Service staff lovely, always visit whenever we come to Cheshire Oaks but today, Battered sausages, 2 portions, we're pale and soggy, undercooked and unpleasant!! We even asked did they have a new supplier for sausages but apparently not. We were offered a refund or replacement but we declined this mainly due to the fact its not the serving staff's fault but the cook. Think we will have to give HR's a miss for a while!! Gill the server is lovely!!! And the you g guy too!!!

Visited here today but to say it was a very well name I feel my food wasn't good at all with the chips been a plate full of chips with eyes in I did tell the staff about this but they wasn't really interested

Lovely fish and chips just like in Yorkshire... The lady serving - Gill was so nice and kind... Nothing was too much trouble . And the lady who cooked our food - Helen didi it perfectly. Reminded me of the days as a child eating in the original Harry Ramsdens restaurant.... Well done guys.. came in the day before for a takeaway fish for my dad.. who is a picky devil, but he are every last scrap of his... Again the ladies mentioned were brilliant. We visited the Cheshire Oaks restaurant earlier today and we must say the food tasted amazing. Gill our server was very professional & helped us choose from the menu and was very polite when talking to us. Amazing service 100% recommend visiting this restaurant we will for sure be back soon.

Matt served us well. The fish and chip is excellent. Thick fish. Not salty Fries not deep fried which is good.

We travel here for a shopping trip on a regular basis and calling here for our lunch is a must. The staff are lovely and friendly. They always make us feel welcome. Gill always has a laugh with our group. It’s great that we get a discount for being blue light holders too. Food is always piping hot and extremely tasty. We will be going back

Went in the other day with my missus to grab a chippy at Harry R’s, we were ‘served’ (if you can even call it that) by a bald employee, who was very unprofessional and rude to me and my wife. He hurried our order through without a care and i witnessed him being rude to one of the younger female staff members on shift. I felt very sorry for her. The management need to learn to control and enforce a rigorous customer service environment from their staff, as what i witnessed from him was appalling and ruined mine and the missus meal and tarnished Harry R’s REPUTATION.

Me and my mother dine here at the Cheshire oaks store, we’re always greeted with a friendly smile and seated accordingly as my mother is disabled. On every visit Gill looks after us, she always has a spring in her step, Very polite and efficient! Gill is a credit to your establishment. We always have the classic fish chips and peas, onion rings and a pot of curry. The food is always fresh and comes out nice and hot. We love dining here, the atmosphere is very chilled, the staff are amazing. This is why we keep coming back😃👏

Ordered 2x haddock and chips, including delivery it was £39. Not worth that. Food was only warm and had to reheat in microwave.

We went in and sat down at an empty table. The waitress told us to get up and wait at the door, where she came and sat us at the same table. The fish was good, the fries not so much, anyway we had a portion for two people because the waitress understood coke instead of cod. Expensive for the services they offer.

I had fish, chips and curry sauce. The food was delicious. Matt was friendly, welcoming and attentive.

My daughter and I visit this location weekly and are never disappointed. The staff are always welcoming and friendly. The food is delicious and have never had an issue with any of our orders. The restaurant is always clean and tidy even at very busy times. Always a pleasure to visit.

Lovely place, we’ve walked past many times and it’s usually pretty busy which is a good sign. We were greeted by Helen who was lovely and seated us, and Will and Matt served us. They were all lovely and explained how to order. The food was really great, although quite pricey for fish and chips (£16 for a standard adults meal). I would definitely go here again

We have recently visited this restaurant on a busy boxing day. We were a big group of 14 people with a mix of adults and children and as soon as we entered, the the staff (Matt) were very welcoming, pleasant and gave us a heads up that the food is non-halal and if we are okay with that (which we absolutely have no problem with). Since the store was busy, they distributed us in a such a way that we sit in 3 tables yet close to each other, which was very thoughtful. Gill noticed we were struggling with placing the order on their app, so she took our orders table by table, with lot of patience ;). Food was as usual excellent and fresh, and always blows your mind. Everybody was super impressed with the quality of food as some of our group members never visited this restaurant chains ever before. Desserts were great too. Overall a great place to eat with the family and quality of food is guaranteed every time. The credit goes to Matt, Gill and also the cheff Helen. Highly recommend visiting this place if you ever visit Cheshire Oaks.

Never again ,never again. 👎👎👎if I cold give no star's I would. Why is it when u go out for a meal or just to pop in for dinner they don't want to see u it's like u are making them work. I'm getting this a lot every time. I work hard too, and when I want to give my money out I want to be happy to eat .just a smile.the place is disappointing. U need to put more effort in customer service and clean the knife and falks properly .

Gil and the team were superb today. A very busy day at Cheshore Oaks. Food and service, on point as usual.

Service was so poor. Will is very rude. We asked for an empty booth seats to be cleaned (no more tables available), he said he can’t, it’ll take him 30 minutes so he sat us down on a sticky table instead. He then proceeded to clean the same booth for the couple behind us in 5 minutes. I asked for the sticky table to be cleaned and he ignored us and started to argue with my dad. He blatantly lied and said he doesn’t remember seating us and he didn’t clean the booth table. The food was not nice, over fried fish and reheated chips. The service was very bad from will and put me off ever coming here again. The worst dinner! Go mowgli or slims around here! I’m sure other places have more respectful staff!

My husband and i went to chesire oaks for some shopping , stopped at harry ramsdens for lunch. The food was fresh and cooked to perfection and Gill and Helen looked after us exceptionally well. Thank you ladies for a lovely end to the perfect day.
