The fish was a small not a large what i paid for the fish was burnt and looked like it was cooked yesterday

Gill was the most amazing server: extremely friendly, accommodating, and she looked after us the whole time. The food was also so delicious, would definitely come back.

Watch out for Gill….. She is a smooth operator! Well done

Really poor I had scampi and chips with mushy peas and tartare sauce , the scampi was tiny over cooked and tasteless you got a teaspoon of tartare sauce weirdly it all came in a bowl and the drink of coke was flat !!,very disappointing I won’t be going back

We are regulars at the Cheshire oaks Harry Ramsdens, we were served by Esme today who is a great server.

Overpriced, overated and tasteless. Bland mushy peas. Tail end of the fish, reheated chips... definitely not fresh. Left completely disappointed 😞

Gill served us at Cheshire oaks with a smile, the service was really good she was well presentable, the standards are terrific and the fish is the best I’ve tried would highly recommend.

Arrived 6.45pm to be told that they are only doing takeways "due to a faulty freezer". I asked what a faulty freezer has to do with eating inside but was only told that they could only do a takeaway but that we were welcome to eat outside (in the rain). Management need to get a grip.

Fish & Chips excellent. Restaurant prices, but more of a cafe/diner IMO. Not much of an atmosphere and staff just going through the motions.

Excellent fish and chips. You can’t go wrong here. Whenever I am in Cheshire Oaks I come here. Kurt is very friendly and welcoming. So pleasant and helpful. He severed us professionally with courtesy. When you visit here just ask for Kurt and you will not regret it.

So disappointed, claimed to be the world famous fish and chips but the food tastes like McDonald’s. It isn’t worth its price.

We visited the Cheshire oaks branch yesterday while we were out shopping and we were not disappointed. We were welcomed by a very polite and friendly member of staff and he told us we could chose our table. We were served by a lovely lady called Gill who as well as being friendly and polite was also funny and made us both laugh while we were ordering. The food was lovely and very filling. Thank you to all the lovely staff for making out experience a good one, we will definitely be visiting again next time we go shopping at Cheshire oaks. Thank you

Great experience as always, I visited the Cheshire oaks resturant. love it there. Jan and Helen were amazing.

Restaurant was fairly busy when we arrived, we were sat down pretty quick order took & payment took at the time of ordering which was great. About a half hour wait for food, Got Fish & Chips (cod) with mushy peas & side of curry sauce Fish, mushy peas & curry sauce were all really nice but the chips were pretty bad. They kind of tasted hard & hollow.

The staff at the cheshire oaks location are a credit to harry's. Always met with a warm welcome and speed of service. I never have less than an exceptional experience.

Never again ,never again. 👎👎👎if I cold give no star's I would. Why is it when u go out for a meal or just to pop in for dinner they don't want to see u it's like u are making them work. I'm getting this alot every time. I work hard too and when I want to give my money out I want to be happy to eat .just a smile

I've got to say Gill and I think his names Ryan ( Front of house ) a massive thankyou sorted out what I needed and even remembered me from the previous time always very polite and in this day and age a smile counts. Foods always perfect.

Our server today was Gill, she was very helpful, cheery attitude, professional but in a laid back, easy to chat to, sort of way. Food was as you would expect - on your table within a reasonable amount of time, hot and tasty.
