Fantastic fish & chips, delivered on time. Also food was hot

very disappointed food was cold not nice at all

We both ordered fish and chips with gravy, which came very quickly. The customer service we received from Gill was exceptional and her friendly personality made our experience pleasant. We also ordered dessert and both enjoyed eating our food.

Excellent Cod & Chips and Jumbo Sausages & Chips Tried the battery with the Franks Hot Sauce and it was very nice. Thanks go out to Gill for her service & friendly nature

Well, I now tried this restaurant once, I know not to do it again. I wonder what cost so much, the packaging? Average quality, but the high price makes this a poor deal. Also, just about warm when it arrived.

Gill was our very friendly server. The Frank’s sauce batter was excellent, very crispy with a slight kick. Recommended

Came here today for a nice meal with my family staff don't look like they want to be here food came out not one thing fresh fish was complete rubber felt like chewing a deep fried condom chips were disgusting £50 total wasted what a joke for the price you would expect a decent service and fresh food as advertised

We were served by Gill who was very helpful and told us about the new fish flavour. We gave it a go. It was absolutely delicious. Would definitely go there again soon.

Sammie was the best server in the world. She looked after me personally and checked on me every 3 mins. She even helped me decide what to eat by recommending the large cod with the franks better !!!!!!!

All the staff are so helpful but special thanks goes to Matt we are regular s here he always goes above and beyond you can tell its not just a job to him always asks how everything is spot on and food absolutely gorgeous thanks again have a loverly team Tracey and roy liverpool xx

Very friendly staff Jan was very quick to seat us and all staff were happy to accommodate , there was a promotion on Frank’s Red Hot Original Sauce which gave a different twist to our fish and chips x

Stopped off at this well known chain in Cheshire oaks, short wait to be seated, (wheelchair user) table and surrounding areas very clean, staff very attentive and polite. Matt had to deal with a very rude customer in the queue behind us but resolved the issue calmly and competently, well done Matt! Great team, thank you for my lunch.

Visited the Cheshire Oaks branch today for a much needed lunch break between shops. Was greeted warmly by Jan at the door and shown to our seats. Jan recommended I try the franks red hot sauce fish which I did and was pleasantly surprised by how lovely it tasted! 10/10 fish and chips experience will definitely be returning next time I come to Cheshire oaks.

Always a very welcoming experience, Jan let us choose any seating they had available and was more than courteous and kind. The food was fresh and crisp all freshly prepared! If you want the typical British fish and chip experience come here 😍

At the Cheshire oaks outlet, the service was brilliant, especially Gill and the hot spicy batter was amazing (not too spicy if you’re not keen on spicy food) would definitely recommend.

Called in today for a meal . And was served by Gill and helen today they were both outstanding. The food was exceptional I tried the new Frank's hot sauce and it was delicious. Definitely worth a try and I'll definitely will be back very soon....

I have been here before with my missus and had a terrible service, this was all changed THIS WEEKEND! I walked in low on confidence with her as I remembered my previous encounter, only to be created by a lovely female staff member who I believe the name is Samantha. With her amazing, punctual, and fast service, me and my wife with perfectly satisfied. Beautiful and fresh fish, tender and crispy chips, what more can a man and his wife ask for? 10 OUT OF 10! WE WILL BE BACK!

Great service from Sammie!! I was having a bad day and she freestyled a cool rap for me and gave me my food it was the highlight of my week!

Went here for a quick bite. The fish was so crispy i heard it crunch in my soul. Chips? Thicc and proud. But the real star? Sammie. Absolute legend. Took my order with the charm of a game show host and the speed of someone fleeing a seagull. 10/10 service. I’d trust Sammie with my life and definitely my ketchup.

10 out of 10 food was really nice would 100% recommend the fish and chips not a bad word to say about it. Absolute great service from sammie she was really nice and polite and i enjoyed are chat. The atmosphere there is great I would recommend this place to friends and family

Harry Ramsdem’s is a UK Fish and Chips Institution. Cheshire Oaks Harry Ramsdem’s is always great. Lovely staff, very clean and tidy and quick service. Would highly recommend the Red Hot sauce batter while it’s going. Was reluctant at first but Gill talked me into it and it was great.

Called in Harry Ramsdens today,restaurant was lovely and clean,staff were very welcoming , i was served by Helen who also cooked the fish I ordered and it was delicious the batter was amazing so light best batter I've tasted in a long time I highly recommend this restaurant 5✨️+

Absolutely perfect 👌 Gill was very pleasant who served us along with other staff we spoke to as well.

Erin was very friendly, was happy to serve us at the table as we wanted to apply NHS discount, she was more than happy to do this! Food arrived very quickly and tasted delicious and fresh! Erin was happy to give us a box to take home our leftovers and made sure the table was clean and prepped before we sat down. We had a lovely meal and all the staff were so lovely and friendly.

Service staff lovely, always visit whenever we come to Cheshire Oaks but today, Battered sausages, 2 portions, we're pale and soggy, undercooked and unpleasant!! We even asked did they have a new supplier for sausages but apparently not. We were offered a refund or replacement but we declined this mainly due to the fact its not the serving staff's fault but the cook. Think we will have to give HR's a miss for a while!! Gill the server is lovely!!! And the you g guy too!!! *** today 21/03/25 back to Harry's to give it 1 more try and did not disappoint this time!!!!! Sausages we're perfect, whole meal was tho!!! Gill and staff fab as usual too!!!! See you all again soon!! (Very hopefully)!!!!!!

Sammie had a great on her the entire time she served me. It was a great sight to see someone happy to be at their job in hospitality as I've worked in there before and know how hard It is. She acted very professionally and made myself and my mates night a very enjoyable one. I would highly recommend the place as the food is outstanding as well. Thanks for a great night :)

It’s been years since I last visited Harry Ramsden so when we dropped by Cheshire Oaks today, had to have fish and chips! Matt has provided excellent customer service. It was busy but still remained calm yet so attentive. The electronic ordering system is a treat. Got food very quickly!

We come here quite regularly and are always treated really well by the staff who offer great service everytime. Especially Gill who 9 times out of 10 is our service assistant as she was today and as always she looked after us brilliant with her usual happy outlook..

Really fast service and helpful staff. When unsure about the curry sauce, we were quickly brought a taster pot over with a couple of chips to try. Our server was also really helpful with telling us more about the dishes. Food was lovely and a great portion for the price.

I went there with my sister as we always do when we have a day out in Cheshire Oaks. We were served by Gill as we usually are. She is just fantastic. Always friendly, chatty and a lovely person. The place was chaotic. Food served quickly. Portion sizes not the best. Was an ok meal but have had better. One criticism was the aircon was on and the place was freezing.

Had a lovely meal here with my husband and 2kids, last week. Fish was beautiful and fresh, and the chips - well they’re the best I’ve eaten! My 4yr old daughter is still taking about “the tasty fish from the restaurant”! Staff were very friendly and great with my kids. Service was quick. All in all a great place, and we’ll be back bringing grandparents along. Thank you

Went today while shopping at Cheshire Oaks. This Harry Ramsdens is good quailty as you would expect and all the staff were super friendly and ensured everything was just right for our meals. A good dining experience and nice fish bites 😊
