The best restaurants serving Other cuisines food in Wales

We used to visit the cafe, then after the "re-furb" we would sit outside for ages before anyone came to take an order, on the third occasion we gave up, haven't been since 😕

CALLED IN FOR LUNCH ONE OF THE BEST BURGER AND CHIPS IVE HAD IN A LONG TIME WELL PRESENTED VERY QUICK SERVICE AND STAFF VERY WELCOMING WILL BE CALLING AGAIN

It was a wonderful trip with my wife Sebrina the food was tasty the bartenders where kind and the view was beautiful I and Sebrina enjoyed our trip to Beddgelert and hop we stay again I highly recommend this hotel to the public . Also Irene imma shit on u for being vegan

Firstly I would like to say that the staff are very friendly. However, the food was sub standard. The chips were inedible. Very overdone and devoid of any potato. The beef brisket sandwich very small and bland. The signature burger again overdone and not worth the money. A few pence less than a burger at The Grill at The Celtic Manor which was superb. To top it off my grandson was sick after having the children’s sausage and chips. Didn’t expect anything more than pub chain food but this was very poor.This place has sadly gone downhill.

We hadn’t been to the Travellers Rest for a few years but visited for dinner on a Wednesday night and were impressed. Very cosy and well presented pub with log fire burning and even Butcombe Beer on tap. We were found a table quickly despite not having a booking and the restaurant being very busy. Food and service great with a varied and enticing menu. Overall a great experience, will definitely return.

Great staff and amazing food. Steak and ale Pie was lovely, great atmosphere and dog friendly. We visited as a family with 3 dogs

We were staying in Cardiff Bay Area after a concert at Millennium Stadium. We went in for breakfast/brunch, everything was good, pleasant service, big pub, nice outside seating area upstairs, no complaints, would recommend.

Absolutely freezing was told it’s been like it for a few weeks problem with heating, didn’t take my coat off and people were eating with their coats on, come on Weatherspoons it’s October

Excellent lunch. Very friendly staff who were helpful and welcoming. Have seen the pub many times on years visiting Pembroke dock but never been in. It’s was buzzing with a great atmosphere at lunch time and great selection of hearty classic pub food options which was exactly what we wanted. Would definitely come back.

Very tired the pub is now! Such a shame as could be amazing and occupies such a prime position! Beer is expensive and unfortunately Marstons Pedigree and Rev James! Not great! Did not eat but saw food coming out, Tikka Masala looked dreadful! In urgent need of revamp inside and out! Come on Marstons!!!!

Great local pub, really friendly staff that really go out of their way to learn your names and drinks. Lovely atmosphere. Chabs, molly and Jacob are so funny but isacc can be a bit too chatty. He will get there though 😅

There is times of the day where there's no alternative for having a coffee in town. We went here twice during our visit of Caernarfon. I did not take a coffee at the second visit as I didn't like it. It is less clean inside and everything seems a little loveless. The sweet cakes etc. are great though. At least, the products are rather inexpensive.

We tried to eat here but were told it would be a one hour wait (although it was half empty). This was too long for our autistic son so we decided against it. And for that, we received a £100 parking fine, because we had used the carpark but not eaten in the diner. We appealed but the fine was upheld because the parking terms are clearly posted. What other service station does this? We didn't even think to check the terms because we never could have conceived of receiving a fine for temporarily parking IN A CAR PARK. It's so sad. Of course, we will never return here again. A terrible and cynical way to run a business.

Served promplty by friendly staff tables needed wiping though and clearing.There were seats available and the floor was relatively clean

Ordered the 3 meals for £14.95 chicken wings chicken strips chicken nuggets The portions were very small 5 small chicken nuggets chicken wings think there was 4/5 embarrassing, then no sauces came had to pay for 3 selected sauces £2.45 so £17.95 all in not great Waitress behind bar was rude again and signal for the app was horrendous Will be carful what I order next
