Love the coffee at Costa. Only 4 stars gir food, not because the quality isn't great, rather too pricy for me. The atmosphere? My Costa is one of those quick build buildings, metal with a vaulted roof, sounds like a bees nest when everyone is chatting away.

Not a great experience at this particular branch, no WiFi (I turned up with my laptop to get some work done) the area lacked good cellular reception so hotspotting was off the cards But the worst part was I asked what breakfast deal they had as there was no information shown, the clerk informed me they are one of the few that don't offer any deals, such as a bacon bap for £2 with a coffee etc Coffee was good as you'd expect, service was great and the cafe was clean and well kept, just not the experience I hoped for (as I've come to expect from the Costa brand)

I used the click and serve function to the car, ordered five minutes earliest. When I clicked the "I'm here" but, my coffee was outside in less than 30 seconds. Just a coffee. Costa standard.

Very nice place to relax staff are very nice and very help out standing place to relax and to have friends with you to chat or even meet up well done to the staff team for all there hard work many thanks for your help and support.

1st time been to this Costa and I'd give it 4/5☆ service great staff friendly and helpful. Food not sure about because I only had a cupcake.

The staff were ok other than who I assume was the manager who actually spoke down to the other members of staff and it didn't seem as though she wanted to be there. On the plus side the frappe I had was amazing.

I get dragged in here kicking and screaming at least twice a week with my wife, who should either have shares or a job at Costa 🤣. On a serious note, it's a great place to chill and chat with a coffee and sometimes a cake.

Service was a bit slow. Saying that it was busy. Drinks are getting expensive as a family to visit.

2 boys serving were lovely.. a little rushed off their feet but their politeness made waiting no problem...

It gets very busy sometimes, and the only annoying thing that happens occasional is inconsiderate single workers taking over a four person table by spreading out laptops, phones, paper's etc. Sorry, but the facilities are not big enough to allow this really.

Came to costa with my son tonight and waited ten minutes in line with out even being acknowledged while he stocked the fridges with milk was also people behind me waiting to be served also then rudely asked what we wanted then went to pay with a gift card and was rudely told that I couldn’t use it here all in all horrible service and the drinks were mediocre safe to say I will not be coming her again maybe hire some staff that know how to have manners!!!!!!!

This is my local Costa. I mostly use the drive through (maybe twice a week), but go in maybe once every couple of months. Professional, friendly and courteous staff. Never had an order wrong unlike the place nearby with the golden M!! Sometimes the sausages in the bap are overcooked and inedible. The cafe and toilets are clean.

Popped in this morning greeted by a young girl with glasses very polite other 3 members of staff behind her also polite and helped .

Slow as ..... in Cross hands. I've worked at Costa and I would have been shot at down for the speed they made coffee. 25 minutes I was in the queue. May as well still be waiting for a flat white now.

Just a quick pit stop for coffee with a friend. Good coffee, plenty of cakes/biscuits to choose from. Staff were very friendly, welcoming and the man making the drinks was very attentive to detail.

Great service. I had a problem with the takeaway drink holder I bought last week. Vicky and Serra sorted it out, no quibble, no fuss.

Lovely decor, seating available outside. Friendly and efficient team. The M&S food prices are very expensive, prohibitively so.

Very nice location, decorated and maintained nicely with friendly competent staff. Plenty of both internal and external seating areas, outside being dog friendly. There is also a drive through service which appears to have its own staff.

Love going to Costa, probably go too often but the rewards system is great and I enjoy getting a free drink at the end. Staff are always happy and a friendly face. Also the salted caramel frappe is amazing!

Cross hands is the most polite & happy costas i have been too. It is a pleasure to travel there from swansea for the best vanilla flat white. The manager and staff are so friendly at all times they are a credit to the company well done crosshands.xx

They can't get a basic cup of tea right! First I ask for no milk..my tea has milk, yet they ask.."did you actually ask for no milk?" Then half a cup of water as they have to leave room for milk!! Young girl so full of her own importance. Customer service isn't the best here normally. We will be taking our customers to Starbucks after today.

Tried over charging for 3 drinks only ordered 2 and they were wrong staff had attitude so didn't go back and won't go back

Visit the cafe on a regular basis. With quick service, lovely products and charming staff they every time have left me feeling satisfied.

Visited here on two occasions in the past fortnight. Both times encountering staff with attitude. On the first occasion I was given a plate for my sandwich with a massive long hair on it. I’ve worked in a restaurant myself and I know that these things happen. Upon telling the young lady server that there was a hair on the plate, it was snatched away and a new one slammed down in it’s place. On the second occasion, after repeating my order twice and it still being wrong, my correct order was finally given without an apology for the inconvenience. May I suggest that those working the drive through wear the headsets and those who aren’t don’t. You’ll be able to hear your customers much clearer and to the the young lady who thinks slamming plates is acceptable, customer service is not for you my dear.

Called here with family on Saturday, totally ignored for some time by male staff member standing by fridge and manageress behind counter whilst they conversed via headphones.After asking if anyone was serving we were finally served. Our large order contained two cups of hot chocolate with marshmallows and cream which the manageress made. When my daughter asked for the cream on top of the chocolate the manageress gave her a really disgusting look and took the two already made hot chocolates off the tray and made two more. Why she didn't just put cream on top of the original ones we don't know.We found a table to seat six which was, like all the other tables, cluttered with dirty dishes which we had to move ourselves. Even when some of the tables were cleared they were not wiped down, leaving them sticky and dirty.The floors are disgusting with serviettes, spoons and goodness knows what else just left there.I will never go there again!

Possibly the worst Costa I have had the misfortune of visiting. Seating plan is dreadful. Buggy brigade out in force blocking aisles and stopping people sitting. Staff in headphones due to the drive through so not very switched on. Waited ages to be served yet only one customer in front of us. Dirty cups left at till point . Grubby looking staff and hardly any produce out on show. Coffe was cold weak and very bland. Table filthy had to move other people's filth. Shockingly bad and thankfully I will never have to repeat.

Costa is costa wherever you roam, even if it has been taken over by Mc Donalds Had coffee and toast and both done quickly and up to standard

The staff there are always friendly and attentive to your needs. When not serving they are clearing up and making sure it is clean and tidy.

Friendly and fast service from stff here. Busy costa cafe but its also a drive through which is handy.

I called here with a friend in August whilst in the area. Even though it was a busy Saturday morning we were served quickly. The place was clean. I wouldn't hesitate to call here again when in the area.

I called here in January with a family member for coffee as it is in an ideal location after shopping in Aldi and B& M. The service was very good. I tried the coconut latte which was very nice. I would definitely call in again.
