Got Cake in Carmarthenshire

Ordered a beautiful cake to help celebrate my mother’s 80th birthday. Jemma was extremely helpful in my making a decision from the overwhelming number of ideas and ingredients available. As my mother is a diabetic I decided on a two tier cake with fresh berries. Jemma made the top tier with diabetic ingredients so everyone at the party could enjoy. It was scrumptious and three days later gone!! Thank you Jemma. Terrific cake. If anyone is looking for that special celebratory cake, I can’t recommend Got Cake enough!!

Awful experience today my daughters 13 th birthday ruined by this company. We ordered a rainbow drip cake the work on the cake looked extremely rushed and the decoration wasn't what we asked for we stated my daughter liked fizzy haribo sweets strawberries sweets and shoe laces wasn't that at all. The colours merged on the cake and weren't blended properly on the cake the icing looked like it had pin holes in and on one part there was icing missing. There was no apology my mother was told she was being picky. Disgusting attitude we were told to turn the cake around so people couldn't see it err no the cake was going on display at my daughters party. We were told oh you don't have to accept the cake so we didn't no offer of discount no customer service whatsoever You ruined my daughters day for messing up her cake

I would never recommend this company again. Thank you for ruining my daughters 13th birthday by leaving us with no cake. To be honest when we saw my daughters cake today we were not impressed at all. The cake work looked totally rushed. When u ordered a outrageous rainbow cake you don't expect a mere 3 colours where areas were totally patchy and icing looked like it had pin hole bubbles and on one part of the cake a bit of icing was missing. The gentleman told my mother she was being picky. No when u buy a cake you expect quality. The gentleman told us to turn the cake around do my daughter couldn't see it err no because this cake was supposed to be on display at her 13th birthday party. There was no apology no offer on a reduction of price just disgusting customer service. We were told that we didn't have to accept the cake. Which in the end we didn't. We left feeling extremely upset. To the wife of this gentleman don't leave your partner in charge you will loose custom due to the lack of his customer service.

I recently had a 40th Birthday cake for my Daughter from Gemma. The decoration of the cake was spot on and the sponge itself was outstanding really light and moist. I Highly recommend Got Cake for quality and great value for money. I will definitely be using Gemma for any future celebration cakes.

Absolutamente fantásticos pasteles, incluyendo bizcochos. Tortas especiales hechos a la orden. Comer en la zona con pequeñas para sentarse y tomar un café.

Amazingly talented lady!!! Delicious cupcakes in all different flavours. Such a friendly atmosphere and staff are so helpful. Love this place.

Visita obligada para los amantes de la torta! Tanta variedad y calidad. Estar en un pequeño pueblo de los precios son muy baratos, así que ten cuidado no exageres - como yo lo hice!
