Only pub I am able to take children and a dog in , we enjoy having a few games of pool, lovely atmosphere and fantastic staff.xx

This pub is amazing, the staff are incredible, chloe looked after me all night, I'm a larger gentleman and she made sure I was catered for including access to the disabled toilets as I was struggling with the cubicle sizes in the main toilets, I travelled down from 5 hours away and she made the journey worthwhile! Absolutely fantastic!

I atteneded the kings arms with family and friends last saturday we left due to using the male toilets where drug activities were going on i therefore told a male bar staff tall guy blonde hair tattoo on hands of this activity to then have nothing but attitude he told me to mind my business so me family and friends left. To be treated like this as a guest is absolutely disgusting and vile. The pub is dirty and i will not be attending back here due to being made like a peice of sh***

If you have not tried the beefy blue burger then you have to! It’s a must! Really quick and friendly service provided by Charlie, the food was made fresh, super quick and efficiently by the chef Sian! Angelo came and asked how my meal was. Absolute 10 stars 🌟

Food was great. The wings with the baconaise and bacon bits were so flavourful. The service was excellent. All orders were made through this pub app and it worked great, very fast service.

Visited a few times for lunch with my 95 year old father-in-law. The food is traditional pub grub, properly cooked, tasty and great value for money. The staff are fabulous, sociable and always happy to assist elderly regular customers which is lovely to see. Lovely tradition pub.

WOW what can I say probably one of the best places I have ever been for service my first time in here and what a welcome we had. We couldn’t stop laughing at Shane and Emma behind the bar And food was amazing

Beautiful little pub this was not our first choice but I’m so glad we come in coffee was good hot chocolate was lovely the young man behind the bar (Shane) was very nice he stopped and had a chat with us and told us about some of the local sights we highly recommend this this gem

Food was good, drink was good too but disrespectful staff member that couldn't even poor a pint, i was pooring them when i was 5 thank you, usually awesome service but that night a blond dwarf had attitude so I got ban for 4 weeks not a fault to the pub but staff are the pub so by right it is down to the pub, manager thinks he's special but got to have women doing his job for sales doesn't work for honest people as i was accused of of being drunk you'll know who I am as I only buy one drink, the rest of staff are awesome buy one is a rat

Absolutely brilliant, ceri and the staff were so amazing.

Every time we come here for food they never have what we want. We only ask for fish which isn’t that difficult or hard to get. Ended up having a mixed grill. There was no salt, pepper or sauces. Will not be returning as this is not the first time this has happened.

We travelled to the Christmas market and brought our son who is a wheelchair user who requires lots of support. Caerphilly was packed and we needed a place for a snack and to change our son. This pub had a radar key activated toilet that was pretty decent for a pub (we have a local to us who don’t even have a disabled toilet!). The atmosphere was jolly and friendly. Have never been here before but felt quite comfortable leaving our coats and bits n bobs on a free table whilst we took our son to the toilet. Wish we had a pub like this near to us 😀

Although we are Caerphilly residents, always visited an alternative Pub , but no longer. The Warmest of welcomes from Bar Staff, engaging, helpful and friendly. Just the perfect pints poured and presented. It encouraged us to stay and order a meal each. Food well cooked , presented and right amount of serving. Really enjoyed our visit and will return.

Had a delicious smothered steak with my girlfriend the atmosphere was very friendly and I was served by Emma evens who was so welcoming and she couldn't do enough for us would recommend to everyone she is a credit to the company

I’ve had food in there many times but today my food come and it look like a child unhappy meal so I give to food back and the bar staff started shouting at me, which I think is absolutely disgusting. I’ve tried ringing the Brewery today to complain. I couldn’t get through, so I will be doing it tomorrow and Monday. The manager stood at the end of the bar, looking down her nose at me, but I thought that was quite rude in itself and not said a word and loud, her staff to speak to in that manner!!!

This was our first visit, and it definitely won't be our last. The staff were so friendly and welcoming and the food was good reasonably price.

A traditional pubby pub serving good beers and traditional food. Nothing fancy but good food. A good place to stop off.

Terrible service, waited over an hour for food despite there only being 6 tables occupied. After being told over and over again our food was ‘on its way’, ‘was next’ and ‘was in the lift’, we waited a further 15 mins before seeing a deliveroo delivery heading out of the kitchen. Deliveroo was clearly prioritised and we were constantly being lied too. Can’t comment on the food as we never received it. When asked for a refund, they were incapable of refunding onto our card, so we’re given 8pound cash, when our meals were over 20 pounds. We had to do the maths for them so could refund properly. 2 other tables also complained, 1 also requesting a refund, which took a while. And to top things off there was no loo roll in the toilets. Wouldn’t go back, EVER.

Located in the heart of Caerphilly town the King's is a great pub to watch sport at, there are plenty of TV's and a big screen. The decor is a bit tired but it adds to the character of the pub as a whole, the staff are friendly and the food is decent, though the menu isn't the most extensive.

Never again will I order meatballs from here. Way too sticky and sweet, not even worth the price. Staff have a clear attitude problem, my friend got assaulted in there last night and all the woman did was shout in her face and tell her to get out. No action taken against the boy whatsoever. Never returning to this establishment again. Appalling service! 🤢

Food is decent and drinks are fine. Tables are often a bit sticky but the staff are very kind. Atmosphere varies.

Best all round pub in Caerphilly! Very friendly Pub/Resturant/Sports Bar, Bar staff are interactive and cater for all needs. whether your into F1 on Sundays or pub quiz or football or horses, good atmosphere and good music, gets busy on weekends too! Singers on Fridays and DJ on Saturdays! Prices are competitive too! Defo worth a visit

Service was quick, didn't wait long for Food, the food was fabulous. Staff were friendly. The drinks are reasonably priced. Lovely clean pub too.

A great all rounder . Food great, staff are super welcoming friendly helpful and fun . I regularly visit and I've always left happy and fully satisfied . The staff are all super but emma has to be my favourite ! A credit to the pub and the business . Can't wait for my next visit. Keep up the super brilliant work guys xx

Lovely food & service, decent prices, portions were pretty good sizes. Could be a bit more generous with the hot sauce on the burning burger haha but overall a pleasant dinner out.

Excellent food and excellent service.the barmaid emma looked after us all day.she was easy on the eyes also.i will be back....hopefully get her number next time

First time visiting and all I can say is what a pub! Brilliant atmosphere for the rugby then straight in to a live dj Shane has got to be the fastest barman I’ve ever seen serving 3 different people and then served me in the middle of it and still managed to interact with everyone he’s a credit to the pub I highly recommend this place and will definitely come again when I’m down in a few months

Nice pub pleasant staff good range of ales and decent menu. Visited on an arranged coach visit before going on to watch WBA at Cardiff City. Was made to feel welcome by the locals and recommend a visit if you are in the area.

Great cheeseburger and chips. I've eaten this on several occasions and the kind gentleman, who always takes my order knows what I'm going to have. Great staff, atmosphere and delicious food.

Food was undercooked.. Chips still frozen. The rest cremated. Strong smell of sewerage.. Toilets out of order. Lots of swearing from locals. Strong smell of weed out the smoking area. Bar staff needs training on poring a pint.

I come today with family for a spot of lunch I had the chicken tikka and fudge cake for dessert when I went to the bar to order the barman Shane was very Friendly and helpful we had a brilliant time there listening to Shane and Emma bantering with each other and the customers it’s such a good vibe in this place I highly recommend to everyone

Had a lovely meal today I had the chicken tikka curry it’s was lovely and for dessert I had the chocolate fudge cake which was absolutely lush I definitely recommend it and will be having it again.

was down yesterday with friends.we had a meal mix grill unfortunately think the gammon sausage and especially the steak had been cooked in a Crematorium the rest was was OK the staff was friendly on the plus side

We had fish&chips and spicy chicken wings. Fish was succulent and crispy outside. Chips amount could be more, tartare sauce was too little. Chicken wings are amazing, speacially hot sauce is Really hot and loved it.

Staff unhelpful....seem to only want to serve the top of the bar.

Brilliant service! Great value for food! Brilliant value for a pint! This is all! Popped in for a bite to eat. Didn’t fancy chips due to the weather so Emma offered to swap my chips for salad, which I very much appreciated. The meal was amazing! The Duty Manager, Shane, came and checked on my meal as well. All in all a brilliant experience! Would definitely recommend!
