The best restaurants serving Other cuisines food in Wales

Second visit since new owners took over ,food wa excellent but we were put to sit on second table as you enter the building, very close to the bar where a group of men were having a drink after being at a funeral,it got quite noisy at times ,and anthers were plenty of tables unoccupied further into the dining area I think we could have been better accommodated,won't stop me going again but will definitely ask to sit elsewhere

Worst Costa I've ever been to. Many of the staff are abrupt sometimes to the point of being rude. There are one or two nice staff members but the others make it such a poor experience. The place starts shutting down at around 4 when they are supposed to be open until 6. I never feel welcomed there. This morning I was spoken to so rudely about a mistake the staff member has made. They made me completely the wrong drink and I wasn't rude I just pointed it out. She insisted I was wrong and had to pay more money. I did this of course but it was the way it was asked for and there was no apology. I know they made a mistake as they made me a drink I never order and don't even like. I then had to leave my toast going cold and take my baby up to the till in the pram (because I was on my own with her). Then had to stand and queue to pay 20p! The other member of staff was very nice but the tone and looks off the other one made me feel awful. Go to Monty's instead or Greggs if that's too pricey. In fact any of the many other places in Neath who make coffee and are so much nicer.

The worst experience I have ever experienced the way the she made coffee and behave was unexpected I clearly asked her for the sweet coffee she made me unsweetened and for the second time I asked her for the sweet coffee again she served me the awful one she was very rude. I don’t think anyone come there after seeing that kind of customer service behavior…..

Awesome real ale pub, friendly staff and nice food. Pie day was excellent.

Popped in for a panini each for lunch, after 30 mins wait (panini as are already made so only needing toasting) we were served wrong food to then be served wrong food for the second time. After about 50 mins, we finally got food slammed on the table with no anpology and what a disappointment. Cheese and tomato panini was awful with hardly no tomato. And don’t get me started on the side salad! It’s laughable!! Staff are rude and so unorganised. Place is dirty! Tables cleared after customers but not cleaned. And the toilets? Just wipe your feet in the way out! Never been somewhere so bad.

Went to walk in holding my little dog in my arms to see if I could be served. I saw the “no dogs sign”, but just wanted to ask as there was nowhere to tie him up outside and I was on my own and hungry. Next minute the member of staff member behind the counter, shouted at me telling me to “get out”, causing all patrons in there to stop and stare. I asked if they could take my order and that he was calm and wouldn’t cause a fuss and again I was shouted at to get out. Awful service.

Really excellent fish and chips, but the most expensive I've had in my life. Atmosphere want so great inside, but the garden was lovely.

Don’t waste your time, they shut at 1pm.

5 out 5 the mussels are hands down the best thing on the menu!!! DEFO GO THERE FOR THEM - food finishes at 9 so get there at 8:59, be alright
