Really enjoyed the medium rare steak and some beer. Cosy environment, friendly staff . Would love to come back.

Very expensive. Lamb hot pot that has no lamb . £20 for sliced potatoes

Food was ok but very expensive for what it was. Barman was a bit rude, said I’ve left your drinks down the far end of the bar is that ok??? Waiter said he would get us cutlery but never did. Ok but generally disappointing. 😕

Food was sublime, great service. Would definitely come back again.

Only writing this review because we found the other reviews misleading as they all recommended this place for its top quality food. Unfortunately was left pretty unhappy with the food, had a pizza with the sourdough and hummus starter and a side of fries and vegetables. All of which were pretty bland and unseasoned. Sourdough was rock hard and cold when it arrived at the table, the vegetables were plain boiled, and the margarita pizza had raw tomatoes and an extreme amount of cheddar cheese. Again really would not intend to leave a bad review but the prices for each dish indicated that the restaurant was top quality, asking for £20 for mains and approx £10 for starters and the reviews left us believing that the food would be worthy of its asking price. Would definitely think that this place provides ordinary pub grub which of course there’s nothing wrong with. But unfortunately was horribly overpriced and is why I’m leaving this review.

Popped in for a drink and ended up staying for an evening meal. Food was excellent and staff friendly, so much so we are going back.

God sent! We were super tired after a day hike to snowdon. Called several restaurants to reserve a table for dinner and everyone denied as we didn’t reserve ahead. Called Eryri out of no hope & they allowed a direct walk-in! Found amazing menu. Lot of vegetarian options & taste was delicious.

Nothing exceptional: average service. Pricy menu and the pizza were definitely frozen ones.

This bar serves lovely, tasty, fresh food. We had the fish and chips , which was a large meal, and a burger and chips. Both meals were lovely and the barman on duty was friendly, polite and very efficient . The food was also served very quickly.

The restaurant which is inside the Victoria hotel is worth a visit. There was a nice friendly atmosphere immediately as you walk in. Very modern to look at, and the food was of a lovely standard. Me and my wife were most satisfied with the Eryi bar and lounge . Would recommend it to anyone who likes good pub grub!

I thought my fish and chips would be small. No way. The fish was huge. What I would have loved if I'd walked all day. I loved how tender the fish was as how fresh it tasted. The lamb was just as great.

Very good pizza but the place isn’t the cleanest. Also unimpressed that the well hydrated wedding guests were released into the general bar where everyone (mostly families) was trying to have their evening meal. Wouldn’t return.

We came here as we were staying in the hotel. My husband ordered the pepperoni pizza. There were 5 very small pieces of pepperoni on it which was very stingy. I ordered the beef roast dinner. I asked for no Yorkshire pudding or mash potato as I can't have dairy. When it came there was two very small roast potatoes on the plate, beef and some frozen veg that was cold. If someone can't eat certain parts of the meal, don't charge full price and serve half a meal. Use your common sense and add more food! I asked for extra potatoes and they came back with 3 more. The staff were nice but I definitely wouldn't pay £15 for a roast dinner with cold mixed veg and 2 potatoes. Go elsewhere.

Poor service, poor morale, food overpriced and came out cold and management refused to take ownership for it. I found all the staff rude and unfriendly. We came in for a drink and food and left sad that the food was barely edible and the staff didn’t care at all.

Props to the chefs for having a quality selection of food, unfortunately this visit was tarnished by the state of the service from the establishment. Bar staff was unavailable for a few minutes upon arrival and was not given a friendly greeting. The chap behind the bar was very impolite and did not want to engage in conversation. Would only pop back in for the food and that is it.

Arrived and not greeted with open arms, very unfriendly service, food over priced and poor quality. The barman was very unfriendly and was not very inviting. Overall we won’t be coming back here and we won’t be recommending to anyone else. Very unhappy customer.

Kids were hungry so needed to find somewhere to eat. They had the football on so my son was happy. Ordered at the bar and food didn't long to arrive. Pizzas were a good size and the burgers were tasty. Didn't stop for pudding as decided to get an ice cream from local shop to walk back too campsite. Not too fancy but we all left with full belly's.

Good range of veggie meals and decent enough pub grub. Not a lot of atmosphere, inexperienced staff and toilets unclean with no loo roll and watered down soap.

Good place to stop and get a drink and eat after hiking Snowdon up the Llanberis path. The food is good, but not unique.

This has to be one of the best places i have had food from in the UK.. quite underated. Totally worth it

Nice setting and outdoor seating area however the food is not great at all. Sat outside and ordered a chicken dish and a pizza via the app. Food took quite a while to arrive, and when it did it was all cold. Pizza was not worth the £14 or so that it is priced at, was no better than a £3 Tesco oven pizza unfortunately. If we hadn’t of already paid before receiving the food I would have definitely complained and debated payment. Lovely hotel but do not recommend the food at all.

Food was good. Service not so much. We were brought our bill before asking for it - can’t say I’ve ever had this before at any restaurant I’ve been to. Completely made to feel like we weren’t welcome anymore despite it being early and obvious they wanted to head off early. When we queried it with the waiter we were told he’d been ordered to by the manager. The manger then denied all knowledge!

Service in this restaurant is shocking. Firstly we had to go and find a waiter as no one greeted us when we arrived. They then told us to take a seat and order on the app...the app does not work and when we asked another member of staff they said the app hadn’t worked for days! Ok then. When asked about what largers were available the staff member replied with “what’s a larger” And then showed us an iPad to order from. I understand that this staff member may be new but some basic bar training before her shift may be useful. There was then a huge wait for our drinks and no one came back to ask if we wanted seconds once these were finished. No one asked if we wanted to order food etc... we had to keep getting up and going to the bar just to get a waiters attention. But then they told us to go sit down?? I suggest if you want to do a table service only you need more waiters floating around the restaurant. To make matters worse customers on a table near us ordered a chicken salad and when the staff brought out the salad it had no chicken on it! So the customer had to try and flag down a staff member to get it sorted. This was the final nail in the coffin and we got up and decided to eat else where...In summary. Don’t bother. The peak Restaurant in llanberis was much better.

My partner and I had steak here last week it was delicious, cooked perfectly. The service was quick and efficient and the staff are friendly. Only thing I would suggest is that the steak comes with at least a side salad or some veg. Instead of loads of tomatoes even though they were perfectly cooked a bit of variety would be nice. Would highly recommend and will be visiting again.

some creative and tasty cocktails. Whilst other offerings were good, the margherita pizza had a crust that was woefully undercooked and had no fresh basil whatsoever. Also service quite spotty, thus suspected a staffing shortage.

Good selection of cask, draught and bottled beers and good variety of wines. Excellent food - can recommend the steak burger

Fantastic bar and lounge at the Royal Victoria Hotel Llanberis, Wales. We decided to try the Eryri bar meals instead of the restaurant and hit the jackpot. Been back every night of our four night stay. Good selection of meals, nicely cooked and well priced. Very friendly bar and waiting on staff, in casual surroundings. Perfect end to every day of our holiday.

Two night stay in the RVH, ate in the bar both nights. Excellent choice of freshly cooked food. The also do pizzas but we didn't try those.

The food here is very good, especially the burgers and pizzas. Best place we found in Llanberis for food :)

Good value, quick service, food was good and other dishes I saw being served also looked good. The bar also shows live sport, has a pool table and a selection of local real ales

We had a lovely meal here from the Sunday menu. The burger was absolutely delicious and top quality steak. My partner had a pie that was to die for...the beef in it was perfectly slow-cooked. Well recommended if you're staying at the hotel or just happen to be in Llanberis.

For a quality hotel, the bar area was more like the saloon bar of a public house. It did have a good range of spirits and served what seemed to be good pub food.

We ate here the first night we arrived. Reasonably priced food and drinks were very welcome after our drive.

Parts of the bar are quite chilly and some groups seem to congregate just before their meal times.

Steak and ale pie was dry on the bottom, insipid pastry with a side of bisto gravy. I’d expected proper gravy with a pie. Nice mash and the soup started great.
