El café y el tocino y el rollito de huevo estaban geniales, aunque las papas fritas estaban congeladas, frías y duras en el medio. Los precios no reflejan la calidad de los alimentos que sirven. Bastante caro en mi opinión. Me dieron cubiertos sucios que tuve que pedir al personal que cambiara. No hay una buena impresión de que atraer más clientes, podría haber causado un desagradable bicho estomacal. Tan buen trabajo que me di cuenta. Creo que tristemente esa será la última visita que recibirán de mí☹️👎

Absolutely shocking service. The attitude on the person who has just served us was appalling !!!!! I don’t think she’d appreciate being treated in the same way. Practically threw the food at us and that wasn’t before stalling everything on the counter. Clearly everything was an issue. Sadly she didn’t wear a name badge but looking at previous complaints the manager has the same bad attitude so I’m guessing it was her. I have written a complaint to their head office and I hope she is reprimanded. In such a pandemic she is lucky to still be in employment. I won’t be calling again.

What a clicky horrible manner the people in this pub had. The one woman stared at me the whole time and shouted at me for placing my glass on the pool table. They should’ve covered the table in the first place. Also the food was rubbish the portions were tiny and the chips were cold. We will not go here again. Horrible people

Rubbish app, rip off if ordering manually. We got there, noting that if you don't order in the app, there is a 7.5% surcharge for ordering with staff. After the app - which is rubbish - crashed twice, the one member of staff said that I could order manually, but had to pay the surcharge regardless. We left.

Fantastic breakfast, lovely local atmosphere and brilliant service. Would thoroughly recommend for a good old fashioned fry up and cuppa. Will definitely be coming back when we’re back in Swansea. Great value for money also!

Quick service, nicely made coffee, reasonable price, good amount of choice.

Everything amazing. Can’t speak highly enough of this place. Staff / food / entertainment / value all brilliant. Recommended to everyone who’s got a youngsters birthday coming up.

Not been here to eat, but if the yard surrounding the cafe is anything to go by I wouldn’t think of eating there. Someone needs to buy a broom and pick the litter up. It lets this amazing town down badly.

Estoy revisando envoltura mágica en la bahía de Cardiff, pero solo pude publicar una reseña en su sucursal del centro de la ciudad. This really was an awful experience we had to wait a while to be served while 5 staff walked around . No other customers in . Toilets not working or not accessible to public as a freezer was in the outer space. Outside coats thrown over door to kitchen. The cafe was totally grubby and in desperate need of a makeover. Food was alright for what it was pasty and chips . Upon leaving no goodbye or thank you .

Relaxing environment, excellent and friendly service, food well presented and plentiful prices on average with most pub/restaurants. Would happily return when next in the area.

Waited over an hour food turned up missing half of my order said 15-30 mins delivery this is unacceptable also nothing says on the app that they had no baguettes would of not ordered one if knew was going too come in a batch

Here for the weekend, Did not eat here so can't comment. Drinks reasonably priced, staff brilliant fun. Good atmosphere.
