Just a Greggs, plain, simple and friendly

Driver was lovely and food arrived earlier than expected, however upon receiving my order it was missing 2 items and also a dipping sauce for dessert. Very disappointing.

Delivery was on time and driver was brilliant. food was cold though, but it’s normally cold straight from store anyway.

Twice now my food was not delivered at all. The gps tracker said they arrived at my house but I looked and there was noone there. the status changed to 'delivered' but it was not delivered.

wrong order delivered given back to driver who said he must have mixed the 2 orders he was delivering up said he was going to sort but when I rang greggs they said the shop is now shut

The delivery was fast but the order was completely wrong and had missing items. Terrible service from Greggs. Should owed a refund.

Quality of what we had was great and delivery was great however there were items missing, the children were not happy about their yum yums missing!! So had to go out to get some which defeated the point of ordering.

Bacon butty was outrageous, don’t ever get rid of them bacon butties. They should be sold for dinner too! brilliant……..

awful, swapped 2 pasties for 2 sausage rolls when one of the pasties was a vegetarian option, very poor won’t be ordering from this greggs again

When you pay for something you expect to be given it. Food missing, very disappointing! Gave me the sauce but no wedges? Trying to rub it in my face that it was forgotten?

Food didn’t arrive for nearly 1and a half hours! When it did it was stone cold and in between I tried phoning them up but they never answered the phone, avoid this place!

unusually the order was incorrectly made, instead of extra sausage I received extra bacon which was abnormally cold an resulted in my whole sausage and bacon breakfast baguette with extra omelette being a cold and patchy Luke warm disappointment,very unlike my normal Gregg's experience, my guilty pleasure not achieved today

Ordered 2 original cokes received 2 diet cokes was charged for the originals.

I ordered 15 party sandwiches platters for a gender reveal party. I have to say they were the most delicious sandwiches, perfectly presented and the selection was brilliant. First class service, all the guests raved about how nice they were. I will definitely be buying from you again in the future. Thank you for helping to make our party perfect

A convenient little place to stop for refreshments in the centre of town. Enjoyed a scrumptious triple chocolate doughnut and a mocha here before my coach journey home. The café was spotlessly clean, and the staff were polite and welcoming.

Rude driver. Dropped my food bag with my drinks and cookies. Food was cold …

Ordered a chicken goujon meal with wedges and vimto drink, a fruit bowl, 4x sausage rolls and 4x doughnuts. App suggested delivery time would be 11:55 and it arrived 12:23. Delivery driver seemed pleasant. Chicken goujons and wedges were cold, along with sausages rolls. Doughnuts were nice. Unfortunately Delivery Containers must not be adequate at retaining heat. Also Delivery time on app should be more realistic.

Ordered hash browns with the 2 breakfasts and didn't receive them and was charged, I know it's not a lot of money but it's the principle.

We needed this for our lunch in work - however, we had to wait and then late back off our lunch as it was timed.

You forgot my food order again why when it says 3 steak pasties do you not provide 3 I want a refund

Disgusting service , went into greggs a woman named shannon refused to make 2 slices of margarita pizza 3pm in the afternoon when they shut at 7pm. Very rudely she refused even though we mentioned we are going to complain to head office and she was like yeah go on.

I give this place a 8/10 because before they gave my 5 year old a free drink and cookie but also they had a sassy tone to them and took 10 minutes to get my order correct. But that all aside its a nice place to go get a sausage roll.

Lovely sausage rolls, sweet treats, and baguettes. Great cuppas. Fantastic prices.

Food Was cold but nice, nice coffee

Ordered four hot sausage rolls and recieved a pack of four cold ones, still in their packaging. No option to call via the app and when called directly, refused to actually do anything beyond telling me to request a refund via JustEat. Every other vendor will at least offer to send you your actual order. Will not be using them again.

First time ordering a Greggs breakfast delivery. The roll was lovely and fresh but the sausages were small and and poor quality and the hash browns weren’t nice either. Delivery was quick though.

Love the breakfast but never butter the baps. Asked once in the morning if the baps are buttered and I got told "Yeah" but stared at like I grew an extra head. But never butter the baps when I have home delivery

Food was packaged well. Cold sandwich packed with cold drinks. Pizza was piping hot in the box. Perfect all round, thank you!

Food was lovely and hot and delivered on time however they missed off items from the bundle I ordered. Waiting on a refund that I may or may not get now. Disappointed.

The order left Greggs which is a 6 minute drive from my house and took 50 minutes to arrive and I saw the driver driving all over town before coming to us.

It wasn’t delivered to my house I didn’t get the food they didn’t even knock

Never even received my order !! No phone call nothing not happy.

received 2 southern fried chicken baguettes not even heated up
