Sausage roll is yummy in my tummy

Disgusting service , went into greggs a woman named shannon refused to make 2 slices of margarita pizza 3pm in the afternoon when they shut at 7pm. Very rudely she refused even though we mentioned we are going to complain to head office and she was like yeah go on.

I give this place a 8/10 because before they gave my 5 year old a free drink and cookie but also they had a sassy tone to them and took 10 minutes to get my order correct. But that all aside its a nice place to go get a sausage roll.

Lovely sausage rolls, sweet treats, and baguettes. Great cuppas. Fantastic prices.

Good food but that glass door is really dangerous for kids . Please change it before someone hurts themselves ! X

I feel very bad that I stopped for a quick snack after a night shift and I was accused of jumping a queue, rather than informing me of a merge to just one person vending, I was just ignored. Communication was poor and I wasn't treated like a human, bad enough that I was a complete stranger at the spot. The stars for the food quality

Great but need to bring back toffee muffins my fella was obsessed and now none do them any more. Also mint for the mocha as that's not a always thing either.

Standard greggs , big queue but served quickly

Came in handy on Sunday while working the ground at the allotment, only had to nip into town (5 mins) away and bought a load of stake bakes for us adults, sausage rolls for the kids and some sweet treats for us all (5) altogether, didn't even need cash or card as I'd already pre loaded my account on the Greggs app, so all I needed to do was scan the barcode at checkout and the purchase was complete!! Simples!! 👍

Friendly staff and quick service

I'm a regular at greggs and I absolutely love the bacon sandwich and a hot drink, amazing deal aswell. I tried the hash brows today which were on a hot stand, the hash brows taste like cardboard and have the same texture, I'm pretty sure they've been sitting there for hours and hours. 1 staff member is very rude and very inpatient but apart from that the bacon sandwiches are a 10/10 :)

It's a greggs.. always consistent. Great fast food outlet.. can be a little expensive though..

Staff not very welcoming this morning hopefully it was just a bad day for her, she didn't really listen to what my daughter ordered and so my daughter ended up having to pay twice due to the staff member not giving her the full order of goodies, missed 1 item off. Cakes and food good as normal, not the usual Greggs we use but it was closer than the bottom of town.

Honestly, 0/10 would not recommend, majority of the staff are extremely rude and arrogant. No respect for customers, just a highly snobby bunch. Imagine waiting 10 minutes in a queue and the service is colder than the pasty.

If you're popping into here on your way to work then don't bother...you'll be late for work guaranteed Absolutely one of the worst greggs going. Service excruciatingly slow as well as completely irritating when you can see staff walking out from the back to peek at the long ques and instead of jumping onto one of the spare two tills avaliable decide to just walk back into the back of the kitchen and stand around. Food always cold, hot drinks made wrong everytime. Staff not welcoming in the slightest.

so I was quite disappointed when I discovered that I'd got the Chagrill Chicken. I'm not sure if I took the wrong one, or someone had out them in the wrong place, it was good anyway :-)''. MrDW had Chicken Club, & he got 2 Belgian Buns that we shared. Not bad for at all, lunch for £7.25. I'm sure that was only the 2nd time that I'd ever had a Greggs.

Shout out to the young lady serving yesterday (21 July), ever so pleasant and polite. Waited in the queue, she was very professional and friendly to all the customers when it was there turn to be served. Each customer told to ‘have a nice day’. So lovely to be served by a friendly team member, keep up the good work.. shame I never caught her name. My baguette was lovely as well…. Well done

This Greggs is pretty inside and the food is delicious but the staff in there are in such a rush to get you out the door that they don't provide a good service.

When in Wrexham I try to have breakfast here,good value food and nice staff! Friendly atmosphere and a great location! Like all Greggs it can get busy and seating can be a problem!

Always made to feel uncomfortable going in there now as I order a few baps and the lady called SONIA doesn't like it. Also today there is a hair in my breakfast box 😱🙈 think I'll be getting my breakfast elsewhere from now on.

Hubby and me went here (Regent St) yesterday lunchtime (Friday). There is also a shop in Hope Street. Hubby had a (hot) pork sausage roll (95p) and I had a (warm) vegan sausage roll (£1). Mine tasted like bland chicken. Hubby's tasted like a "proper" sausage roll so I guess the meat version won!

Cheap, tasty and well-located. Their vegan sausage rolls are great, too.

Great Gregg's good food fast service.

Bought two pastries and was not advised they were cold. Chucked both in a bin... Came in again - no warm pastries. Is this Gregg's????

Lovely staff, delicious hot soup and chicken wrap on a cold day. Staff are always friendly at Greggs. Food is always high standard and great value for money. Perfect!

Friend & I visited for a snack while daughter Primark shopping I fancied a Sausage Roll & my friend had a Steak Pie and were shocked when both were handed to us in paper bags - barely warm! We asked if they could be put in a microwave but apparently staff are not allowed to reheat items. I asked for salt and they don't even have that anymore! My friends coffee was lukewarm and my tea not much better… Overall a dreadful snack break and I would rather pay extra and have decent hot food in future - I will definitely not be back!!!!

The Thai green curry pasty was ace, but it is limited edition. Same old top quality Gregg's. Decent food for a decent price. The staff seemed happy and were attentive, and even though it was just a 5 minute visit, I would go again if ever in that area.

Modern clean environment great hot food , drinks and my favourite cream doughnuts , quick service happy staff. Good prices ,eating area modern clean and tidy . Well Done !!!

Lovely baked goods every time although the service can be a bit slow , there seemed to be several people in the line and one person making coffees while there was to people in the back

The staff are very friendly and kind. And the sandwiches are delicious.
