Caffe Nero in Wrexham

The rudest Manager I have ever come across,she clearly has no customer service skills and the place is always dirty,tables never cleaned,rubbish all over the floor. I asked for a spoon with my drink and she had taken it out of the dishwasher with crockery to be cleaned!!! The service is terrible and once again to the Manager you need to speak to your customers with a friendly approachable manner not rudeness as I seem to get every time I go in there.Your head office will be contacted .

What an absolute disgrace this place is, set in a prominent place in wrexham , I decided not to enter out door tables taken over many by local down and outs the tables were filthy the pavement was like a rubbish bin food debris ,empty cups, paper , cigarette ends galore ,wish I had taken a picture but to be honest I rushed on by, felt so threatened . I would say staff training in cleanliness essential don’t you have a sweeping brush, trays to clear dirty tables, a manager to organise all this possibly, set a few standards ☹️

The staff are friendly and efficient, the coffee is the standard you'd expect from a Caffe Nero. The toilets are a bit of a nightmare, firstly because the Ladies and Gents are up a flight of stairs and around a corner and then I struggled to get access to them! The Disabled Toilets are downstairs but the door is a little too close to facing the entire Cafe for my liking. I can understand why people don't want to sit outside. With the closure of BHS opposite being pretty much the final nail in the coffin of that block of shops the atmosphere in that spot has shifted. Despite essentially being on the edge of a town square this area is somewhat isolated from the rest of the town centre shops due to repeated closures and relocations. Groups of tired and emotional men loudly having heated debates with each other isn't necessarily the best background to a relaxing cup of coffee.

Having visited a nearby "local family cafe" who sell dishwater for coffee, it was such a relief to taste a soya latte in Cafe Nero in a warm, comfortable environment. I was on crutches, the staff brought over the purchases and were generally very accommodating.

Coffee very good staff nice and friendly,we opted to sit outside and this was a big mistake,some very undesirable people sitting there asking for money we really didn’t feel safe so we left.

The friendly staff at the counter offered to heat the brownie. Very nice! Also offered the option to add cream for a surcharge. We ordered brownies at Caffe Nero’s all over the UK and this was the only time someone offered to heat it! We thought about sitting outside but there were way too many smokers. The toilets are upstairs but the signs pointing up there don't mention that you need a code. A staff member coming up the stairs told me the code but I couldn't see the numbers on the keypad. I left feeling very annoyed. Why not put a note on the sign downstairs saying get the code first? Left a bad final impression.

Whilst in town we decided to have a coffee and maybe a cake/biscuit as a treat.Coffee and ginger oat biscuits came and the coffee was awfully it was so bitter.The waitress didn't inform us when asked that you could get different strengths in our coffees.Im not sure how many shots there was but at a guess I'd say 20 cos it was thick and unbelievably bitter. I've given it a rating of 2 cos the ginger biscuit was really nice.dhame about the capachino.

I ordered a strawberry milkshake for £3.90. I spent all day craving this beverage, but to my dismay, Caffe Nero ruined this. I received an awfully watery milkshake. IT was quite literally like drinking milk and water. I have had better milkshakes from McDonalds, for a quarter of the price. I would return this beverage to the store, but i was not given any receipt after my purchase. I am truly outraged.

I’d say over all the coffee shops o have visited I always end up coming back to this place clean friendly not too loud and I’m able to enjoy myself I have bad autism wear sunglasses and headphones and nobody looked twice I use the particular toilets clean and can’t be at a better standard definitely the most efficient and welcoming coffee shop in Wrexham thank you for a pleasant and enjoyable experience every time I visit many thanks Ben cross

Always really nice staff great customer service and I always find they go that extra mile. Love coming here for a coffee and catch up with friends

Nero's is still a busy place selling coffee, cakes, paninies etc We called in for soup which you collect from the chill cabinet and take to the counter for heating. My husband chose a paninni. My sister & I pleasantly surprised at how nice the soup tasted - carrot & coriander and my husband enjoyed his meal. We were not going to have a cake, but we did and very nice they were too. There is one toilet for the disabled at shop floor level but everyone seems to use this. There are toilets upstairs. The one downstairs needed a clean but as all staff were busy it's difficult to see when they would have time. The Clean Check List had not been ticked for a few hours.

Always a reliable, authentic cup of coffee. Staff always attentive even if at speed when busy. As you would expect some of the pastries are expensive. It's a great place for a light lunch too.

Always come here on my seldom visits to town as love the coffee. The staff are always pleasant too. Good that they have seating outside as nice to people watch. Just a shame the town has gone downhill but that is not Cafe Nero's fault.

The lady behind the counter was extremely pleasant and the coffee was excellent. Unfortunately it was surrounded by "junkies" and "alcoholics" who would reach over you and empty the ashtrays, on the outside tables, of the cigarette ends!!! We felt uncomfortable and left rather quickly.

Love coffee shops and I hadn't been to Cafe Nero in a while, so it was nice to go and have a drink there and catch up with an old friend. I bought a smoothie and as much as it was lovely, it wasn't worth...

Caffe Nero has an excellent variety of cold and hot drinks, and small snacks. A drink to suit everyone's taste. The staff are very friendly. The place has a positive vibe, a good place to catch up with relatives or friends.

Called in here after shopping in Wrexham town. Seating outside for smokers. Sit and watch the world go by. Inside plenty of seating from tables and chairs to sofas and low tables. Pleasant staff. Clean toilets. Drinks good and cakes lovely.

You may say why but I love small towns relaxed people,service is lovely. Treated with respect and very friendly, to me that's important. Large windows all round plenty of light. Downside , need more facilities for men . Disabled facilities are in place.

Personally I think the beverages and atmosphere in Cafe Nero are nicer than other chain coffee shops. The Wrexham branch is no exception. I visit this one quite regularly and always find it to be a nice relaxing pit-stop amid the usual madness of life....

Always call here for a coffee when in town,the decor needs a up date but the service is very good good choice of cakes they sell soup and a roll good value,pannies

Neros" always does great tasting coffees & specialities,(at certain times of the year),they also have a loyalty card.
