Subway in Wrexham

Went here for a snack and was very good nicely prepared an voucher for our next visit which we used the next day very helpful staff if you want a baggette with salad this is good value for moneyn

I am extremely ill and unhappy with this subway I ate a hair out of my sandwich and I got stage 4 HIV, I had a roast chicken breast sandwich and a I got chronic samenela absolute disgrace I hope the manager gets cancer

At 2:15pm on the 17th of may, me and my sister went to subway only to be met with two extremely rude and obnoxious women who were more interested with their own personal conversation. they did not have enough meatballs or cheese, and did not apologize for this and then when we payed for our meals they carelessly packaged the food and dropped it in front of us and stared at us. When my sister asked "can we have our cookies please" they replied "yes pick them then" Completely unnecessary rudeness from two extremely rude women. 0 stars!!!!!!!!!!

I work in Wrexham town centre so I often go to subway and I can say the weekend staff are shocking. Just been to get my lunch and clearly the staff did not want to be there. They just slopped my food together with no care of presentation or how am I supposed to actually eat it. And then thorght I wouldn't notice when they missed out vital ingredients!!!! - not impressed!

They couldn't have been more helpful. Well done to all the staff and thanks for serving us with some very good lunchtime food. Meatball Marinara is well recommended.

To start with a customer in front of us ordered wrong so we had to wait a bit longer which is not the employees fault but what didnt help is how slow they were at preparing the food. We had to wait at least 10 minutes for two subs to be prepared! There attitude was not nice at all. I understand in work places it can get stressful but this is why you need to be prepared for it and still be polite. At the end we asked for a bag to put the subs in but she just shoved it at us. Me and my fiance said to each other that we wouldnt be in a rush to go there again

This high subway better than the one on Regent Street. They shortchanging there the one by Eagles Meadow is OK tea ok the Cheesy. Nachos. Were ok

Food always nice sometimes staff can be hard to get through to

Subway is okay if you fancy something fast but in all honesty the service always confuses me. Why do they have to have one person doing every different job? I get the whole 'lean' process used in factories which saves people time but I find it very infuriating when I am the only one in there and the staff seem to be on a mission to play 'how many people can touch my sandwich'? Puts me off going tbh.

We visited on a Saturday afternoon. Stock was generally low so bread choice was very limited. No sweetcorn filling which is all our toddler really likes. Only regular drink size available, no large size. Forgot my Subcard and wanted to update my points later. However, neither member of staff had any idea how to do this so I am unable to claim them now.

Good staff, able to efficiently make and sell required food to needs outlined.

Frienbdly staff and good hygene practise. A pity there is only one chair outside with a table, it needs more in the summer. Food is always fresh and I've yet to see a bread that is out of stock. Keep up the good work guys, esp Lauren ;)

Popped into the subway near Eagles meadow before popping into the odeon today. Needless to say it's the same old subway as always but the staff were great and all rather chatty. The venue is small with seating for maybe 15-20. All very clean and one of the better franchises I've been to.

Food is lovely Always fresh Love that you can pick everything what you want on it. Good offers available to choose from Chip cookies are very nice

It's the type of place where we go to enjoy ourselves when we don't want to cook! Although it's a kind of fast food it's healthier and safer!!!

It's hard to review Subway's as they all tend to pretty much identical. The Wrexham branch fits the bill to a tee, no surprises but the sandwiches are tasty, fresh and not too overpriced. There's nothing much to add to that really.
