Peas and gravy were missing making the meal dry and bland.

Nos encantó caminar por esta ciudad, especialmente su centro histórico, pero también nos encantó tomar descansos periódicos con un buen café. Este es uno de los lugares donde lo hicimos y encontramos que era una buena opción, y luego caminamos un poco más.

Disappointing visit. Ordered a ham salad which I'd had before. Unfortunately, the ham was wafer thin stuff out of a packet rather than the cooked ham on the bone I had previously had. No onion and the portion was small. I'd been raving to my friends about the great quality of their salads but this was a real let down. Expensive for what it was. The staff member was telling every customer how short staffed they were. It's a pity she couldn't keep her thoughts to herself

Cuando se le preguntó al personal si la bebida de chocolate caliente era segura de los cacahuetes, ya que mi hijo es alérgico a - su respuesta fue "¿ha comprobado en línea". Mi respuesta a eso fue “no, y te pregunto como deberías saber o revisar tu lista de alergias”. Se quejó un poco y luego pasó los siguientes 10 minutos en un iPad. Le dije que lo dejara e iríamos a otro lugar, entonces empezó a hablar de Mochas. Salimos y no volveremos. ¡Muy mal esfuerzo en alergias!

Positives - the menu was varied. Plenty seating. I liked the decor and music. Negatives - the food was tasteless. My avocado had bits of skin left on. The eggs weren’t properly cooked. I was disappointed as the dish sounded really nice. The menu was dirty and needed a wipe. I wouldn’t go back as felt the food was poor.

Lovely little place, coffee was spot on I ordered a decaf cappuccino no chocolate and it came perfect. Latte in a tumbler, very continental. Smoothies looked lovely as did the focacciia and bagel sandwiches with lots of fresh colourful salad Friendly staff

La comida era bastante mala y servida helada. Quería enviar mi plato de vuelta para ser recalentado sin embargo servidor no regresó durante casi 30 minutos así que me lo comí. ¡El postre era insípido! El ambiente era agradable y el personal muy amable. No estoy seguro de que volvamos a menos que aumenten su juego.

El nuevo en Union Square. Comprobé con el sitio web el día anterior y dijo que hacía todo el día desayunos y otros alimentos cocinados. Tuve que hacer cola para entrar en el café solo para descubrir que ya no hacen comida cocinada, ni desayunos ni cualquier otra comida cocinada solo cosas recalentadas. Me recuerda a un café del aeropuerto caro y mala selección de comida. Pronto se volvió y se fue a otro lugar.

Excellent choice of food and very clean , staff very helpful at all times , booking your slot for meals is a great idea as saves to many people at the same time

Love this place! Best frappe I’ve had for a long time. Wouldn’t recommend going there during lunch hours as it gets very busy! Overall good vibe, clean place and nice food! Staff very nice.

Wanted to go on a romantic night out but was instead treated really badly by the staff who were completely rude and obnoxious. I wanted a steak bake but we had to wait 20 minutes it was also empty and had to go back to get another one, talk about doing your job!!! Never coming back here!!

Popped in for a drink as we were staying in another hotel in village . Hotel being renovated just now . Looks like it will be great when finished. Loved history of the place, beautiful grand staircase. We had good chat with barman who let us try their own beer/cider made on site. Hoping to go stay there when renovations are finished.

I love good food and Belles has a good selection at a affordable price and the customer service is second to none I go when I can and sometimes I would offer to pay for someone else it's something I like to do I also enjoy there breakfast it's the best
