Greggs in Perth & Kinross

Wanted to go on a romantic night out but was instead treated really badly by the staff who were completely rude and obnoxious. I wanted a steak bake but we had to wait 20 minutes it was also empty and had to go back to get another one, talk about doing your job!!! Never coming back here!!

Can’t quite figure why folks opt for Greggs, but the locals seem to love it. Greasy buns with sausage patties and hp sauce, or squished egg and cheese. Like an egg muffin but reheated meats and egg. You have to be in a big rush to choose this spot over a fast food place. It is, in fact, faster than fast food. And it’s cheap. But if you’re at a motorway service stop, go ahead in and have the full breakfast, take a little time for a decent meal.

manager hurt me, I got shouted at by the staff and they didnt let me use the toilet which im am very annoyed about and my steak bake was frozen.

Several times visited the South Street Perth branch - each time - the self selection table dirty and wet - also the sitting in worktop not clean - staff friendly but the place needs a "face lift" - door needs a spring to retain warmth - also site is busy - near several bus stops but needs "cleaning".

Excellent customer service, lovely hot food, my daughter loves a steak bake. food is definitely a good 9/10. would recommend to everyone who is nearby

Visited South Street Perth - not on Trip Advisor!! - 31/10/2023 - breakfast deal - bacon roll and latte - average ambience, average price, average service, in fact customer service could be better - "bad day" for the staff - disappointing that this shop does not issue loyalty cards - others do - have asked - no valid reason given - overall average!!

Visited today - 18/04/2023 - for meal deal - South Street Perth - bacon roll and coffee - typical Greggs style - seating available - but for how long? - the Scott Street Perth has been revamped without seating! - friendly service but the ethos in the cafe seems to be target focused and target focused! - staff stress! - not keen on "paper loyalty cards" - Greggs are aware of this

Greegs gleneagles perth got two sausage rolls this morning and they were both cold absolutely annoys me that at 08.25 in the morning they cant have warm food.

The computer screen advertised soup and a roll for £2.50, I asked the staff member will it be £2.50, I had to ask four times, he said yes eventually and when I asked for a spicy chicken red pepper soup (and I was going to ask for a vegan roll) he said it would cost more than two pounds fifty!

We bought two Scotch pies and both were stone cold. This is the norm for Greggs wherever you buy them from.

OK I understand covid but we are coming out of all restrictions so my advise is re train your arrogant staff.

Dropped in for some cakes and sausage rolls ,good quality especially the sausage rolls which we heated up back home . Staff are fast and cheerful no wonder it is a busy shop great price good quality

Visited today for the breakfast meal deal offer - bacon roll and a latte - £2.10 - as usual at the St Catherines Park Perth shop I was greeted warmly - asked the usual questions - sitting in and do I want sauce? - appreciated the welcome as the server was busy fixing a coffee machine and after this needed a break but was asked to load up the ovens and close the back door when she had a "fag break" - is the manager aware that the customer can hear all this? - "slow down" - thank the staff!!- anyway all in all good value!!

Very typical Greggs so you know you will get good value and decent quality products. Soup and savoury deal is just so good and very good value for money

Good value as usual!! £2.10 for filled roll and coffee!! Overall clean but drawback today was that there was a job interview with the manager at the next table - application form completion - not very private!! Also manager was eating a bacon roll at the time while interviewing!! Is there not a "private" place? However as stated good value!!

As we all know Greg’s sells them selves and delivers good food a a cheap price great place for kids and adults

Visited Greggs St Catherines Road Perth - good bacon filled road with latte - £2.10 - good value - esp on a rainy day like today - only drawback was the heavy shop door - it is OK in sunny weather but is a deterrent to entry on a wet day - perhaps this is the reason for a job advert - maintenance person needed?

love these places staff are always great and very friendly and the value for money is excellent. They are always busy and the variety of food is second to none. Where else will you get a coffee and a roll for just over £2.

Love the roll and bacon with a cappuccino deal for breakfast until 11am. Also tried the limited edition butterscotch doughnut - heaven! As good as another famous doughnut maker. Please make it along with the lime and coconut doughnut a permanent fixture. You tempt us and then take them away- think of the money your losing.

As always excellent service - manager training new staff and sorting produce from ovens - although busy the staff were friendly and helpful - good offer - good roll and coffee at a good price - quick and hits the "spot"
