Needs more staff. Often have to wait to be served. Beans were cold, but a quick zap in the microwave fixed it.

Cafe was clean,food OK,friendly staff

Really disappointed, cheapest produce, overcooked, fresh fish it isnt, all going in the bin, sausages, bacon chip taste of chemicals

You cannot argue with Morrisons cafe, whether it great value, cooked meals or kids eat for free. Free refills on hot drinks too. Is it a fine dining experience? No, but bang for the pound it's up there.

Didn't have the drink and kindly informed me to get a refund on the recipt, good service, foods always hot and fresh aswell, good and chill people, would recommend

It hasn’t arrived it’s said for the last 2 hours preparing order and still not been delivered after saying it had been delivered I’m really annoyed with this and want a refund right away

Visited the cafe after doing a big Morrisons shop. Had a delicious bacon roll with coffee and a tea. Free refills for the drinks - excellent.

cake was nice and soft, portion size was big for such a good price, deliciously cooked, amazing.

Ordered at 14:52 delivered at 16:40. Food was subsequently cold on arrival. App showed Courier Assigned from 15:00 then just kept updating the delivery time.

No egg with my order! Very unhappy

They forgot my juice I think they bring the food out from the kitchen and forget to go to the shelves at the bottom with the juice. Bit annoyed as juice isn’t cheap anymore.

This place is abysmal. Can’t even get a simple order right. Any time I order something is missing or wrong

The order touch screen system is not great, it would not accept my More card. Also I ordered and paid for fresh orange juice, but there was none so had to get a refund. The hot food was generally good for the money, maybe two lorne sausages is enough. The coffee was very watery and bland. The place was not clean, dirty table and floor. Under staffed. Toilets had two cubicles, both had broken seats and one had no lock. Othe than that the toilets were clean and there was soap, hot water and the hand dryers worked.

If you're going to not butter the toast at least have the decency to send a few pats so I don't have to defrost my own butter.

Wrong breakfast to start with, bacon was deep fried, fried egg incinerated, no lorne, total disaster put the lot in the bin 🙁

We received someone else’s order and trying to get through to speak to the cafe or just eat us like trying to find big foot, never going to happen!

If only they have options to change things like fried bread to toast or wholemeal etc, it would be perfect. Food is tasty but the fried bread is as hard as rock.

The food was barely even Luke warm. The food quality was really bad and flavourless

Super sweet roll showed signs of staleness. Sausages were low quality. Prices excessive. Delivery driver was friendly and professional.

Good stone cold, despite delivery being quick because the place is a 4 minute drive away. Good quite clearly hot held, nothing fresh in the slightest. Staff unable to read and follow simple restaurant instructions

Absolutely discusting if the time I waited for the food to turn up stail and cold! Wouldn’t feed it to my dog!

Good price, now they even have half price breakfast under £3. Hamburger no good , beef too dry, fish and chip good, masala rice good.

Order it with chips and it never came with chips and it won’t give me an option for a refund

£3.99 for a Sausage Roll with 2 Link Sausages is expensive for a supermarket cafe, I thought Morrison's was about giving something back to community especially times we're in with cost of living crisis. Need to readjust your prices. Think of community in time of need.

Consistently good food and service

Driver was really nice so it isn't about the delivery. I received the wrong item. Ordered a Scottish Breakfast and received an English one. Food is really mediocre also. Nothing like the picture. The bacon looks boiled. Really disappointed.

Food is cold and missing items

Why is my breakfast always missing items? The picture shows what’s supposed to be on it yet, still it’s always missing something

Only problem was asked for no egg with full Scottish Breakfast in notes yet it still came with an egg.

There are three items missing from my order

Can’t find any fault at all , it’s the first time I used collect and I let the new store manager Alan know the good job the staff where doing as people tend to only comment when it’s warm and dry , keep up the good work , Stephen

Very nicely put together with the beans separate all in recycled containers , if I was to say 1 tiny piece of personal taste would be to cook the bacon a bit more and also put the ketchup with the order as I asked on the notes, value great presentation great and tasted great , I would 100% order again from Morrison cafe

All the breakfasts were cold and sloppy was horrible didn’t even give it to my dogs it was that bad

Bacon- good vet would bring it back alive- lorne sausage wasn’t cooked- egg was mushed like scrambled uncooked black pudding- no beans no nothing fair to say I will not order again and expect a full refund.

Great stop for a quick bite and a drink. Lost a star for removing black pudding from the 'Full Scottish Breakfast'.

Took advantage of Morrisons' extended eat out to help out scheme. Thoroughly enjoyed our fish and chips. Taking Covid-19 precautions as well.

Busy, social distancing difficult, food was good,but again the vegan choice was not available for me.

Food is good but the waiting time of 45 minutes is ridiculous

The woman on the till was poor, wouldn't let us change food (have allergies) because of covid-19 altho have being plated up in the kitchen and was staff touching it and not myself. When food came out was all wrong. Defo won't be back in a hurry or even at all

It has been many time that they are closing early,hot food served until at least an hour before closing time. You order food to be told that they don't have it-15 min later. Feel like you are burden to them rather than welcomed customer.

Prices good for a sit down breakfast

I have been eating here for the past two days and love the menu selection. It's been difficult to find a local cafe, they seem to have all dissappeared, but so happy to come and hang out here, then do a bit of shopping and head down to the beach. The staff were very helpful. Generally very clean.

Pleasingly decorated and right in front of the windowd make this a bright spot to stop for a cuppa and a bite. Nice selection of simple food and some excellent value options to feed kids for free. Very pleasant service too.

Left me sitting for 30 mins waiting on my order because they forgot but somehow its my fault it never came and attitude is terrible of the woman who is on the till.

Understaffed ...long wait for food. Dirty cutlery and people sending their breakfasts back. Complained to manager but will be messaging head office as felt the manager was just agreeing to get me to go away. Use the one on ferry road its by far the better one.

It's a Morrisons cafe; you get what you expect. The food is of adequate quality and price, arrives quickly. Table service is available and staff are friendly but unenthusiastic, with the cafe being mostly dirty and in need of a clean. Coffee/Tea is served from a machine that has 12~ options to choose from.

Go to Morrison's Cafe Granton Edinburgh regularly and the Latte coffee is always warm, never hot! Fish and chips really good and hot. Staff very pleasant and helpful.

Only been here once or twice and it was ok fairly quiet food was not that hot.

Awful! Cutlery is dirty. No trays. The tables are dirty. The prices are different from those in the cashier machine. The place smells like a toilet. 🚽

Do not choose the Big Breakfast, under cooked and too much on the plate. Very wasteful. Don't understand why there is no haggis on a Scottish Breakfast
