Great food good price and absolutely perfect

1st of all, got potato wedges that where drastically under cooked, and the staff were just plain rude, I figured they were having a bad day so said nothing, 2 subsequent visits and the staff are still equally as rude and apparently angry. Customer service training required. Poor show

all bakes are cold really disappointed

Driver left my order in shop and shop confirmed he just grabbed it with out speaking to anyone

left a sweet note on the front of the bag after not being able to contact me about a switch in something, and also gave free yum yums

Didnt have a comfortable spot to eat. Not so ideal. Limited choices on hot meals.

Was disappointed, when items were missing. Grandkids were annoyed missing out on there food.

Got the chicken meal deal but it arrived without the wedges. Tried to report the issue to just eat but couldn't see anywhere to report just that one item as it was coming up as a meal deal

I had a disappointing experience with Greggs. The delivery was delayed by over an hour, and the food arrived cold. The driver was quick, so it seems the food had been sitting at Greggs and wasn't kept warm. I hope they can improve their delivery service and food handling.

Wrong order. Donut stuck to paper packet and food missing. Will never use again

Just Eat don't have enough drivers. Problems are not with the restaurants, rather JustEat breaking their promised & targeted delivery times due to lack of drivers. But if I want to raise an issue JustEat website forces any complaints onto restaurants. I should be refunded delivery and service charges made by JustEat.

I waited over 2 hours for delivery, kept on getting later and later. When it did arrive it was not what I ordered and it was cold. This is the worst service I’ve received and I used the service lots. I have pics of the wrong food that was delivered and pics of the supposed delivery times

I like the choices and good coffee.

Delivery was fine. So can’t mark that down. However Order was missing items!

Out of my order, only 30% of it was correct. We were given items that we can’t eat. If they don’t have available items then maybe just call the customer and confirm an alternative. We threw away most of the food apart from the drinks. We also had missing items. This isn’t the first time such a thing has occurred and it’ll be the last time I order using just eat for Greggs

time slot kept changing which was very unsatisfactory.

Scott and team left some notes with my order to warn us about the food being freshly made and therefore extremely hot. It was cute as fu- heck :) Food was perfect too.

Ordered chicken meal deal with side salad and mayo dip. Sent potato wedges which were cold, no dip or salad. Nothing on app to say if chicken was unavailable. 🥲

food wasn't cooked through and took almost two hours to arrive

bacon was horrible roll was ripped in half on bottom just a very bad roll coffee was nasty 11 pound i paid for nothing

Customer service is epic. Arrived just before closing and was still offered a load of different foods that was still presented to choose from. Grabbed a sandwich and a hot chocolate . Keep up the great services.

Popped in for scotch pies ,only1 more in oven . decided to sit in for cup of tea ,cake , Asked for ring donut ,fudge custard . .the fudge stuck to paper....tea was tea.,,,!!! Toilets clean ,no toilet paper. As they say you get what you pay for . Staff busy getting ready for lunch rush

our food was left outside just sitting in front of our front door with the bag teared open, the wedged scattered all over the bottom of the bag, the sausage rolls where freezing and burnt i would like a refund.

Always busy, no matter when you go in. The staff are always on the go serving or setting up all the sandwiches and other items for sale.

I don’t think pizza should be an option until it’s actually made, it made the delivery time a lot later as pizza wasn’t made until 12.

Baguette had decreased in size. I got two breakfast rolls instead of my baguette. A little disappointed.

Missing bacon baguette from meal deal

Young rude member of staff, daughter asked to have table cleaned as it was covered in bits of food and plates, member of staff told daughter to clean the table herself. Complained to head office and received a £15 voucher to use at other stores, would not return to this branch due to rude member of staff.

My order was not fulfilled and no update given. I was given sausage breakfast roll instead of sausage breakfast baguette and no refund for price. Most disappointing.

Apalling! Got send a cheese baguette instead of the vegan chicken baguette I ordered. I have a dairy allergy and they send an item that has cheese in it. If they didn't have it in stock, they should've cancelled my order so I could order elsewhere. Instead, they confirm the order when they don't have the items in and knowingly sent the wrong food out! After waiting over an hour to receive my food is outrageous to not even receive the correct items.

Came late, missing 2 item at cost of £7:40, items that were delivered were cold also… advertised as hot breakfast!

It is what it is, foods fine for what you pay . Busy but grubby inside . Would of given 4 stars but the food was cold and didn’t have time to return and ask to warm up, the foods normally warm or they offer to heat up

Was disappointed took ages to arrive. Bakes were burnt and i had already eaten by the time it arrived as im 30 weeks pregnant and was super hungry...

Hot drink missing Took over an hour for driver to be assigned. Estimated 11 to 11.20am. Actual delivery 12.07pm Driver courteous and professional once finally assigned and got food to me quickly. Problem is Just Eat systems, not my driver

I phoned the shop to let them know half my order wasn’t there. The woman on the phone said very sorry busy and I have to spend more money but something else for me to receive the missing items. Or go down to the shop and pick up as it’s getting a other driver terrible paying for food not receiving it paying for one driver never mind paying for more very unhappy customer unable to go out as looking after my unwell family

Forgot my rolls and when I called all they said was request a refund or come and pick them up. I have a disabled daughter and my sister I can’t just rush out the house that’s why I ordered online in the first place. Brutalised by a staff member in store yesterday too discriminating against mental health disabilities and not showing the customer care they should. Rude selfish money takers, no empathy in some people it’s shocking when you spend money and don’t even get what you paid for! Not happy

Did not receive order, I live in a block of flats, it showed up delivered, looked everywhere, unfortunately can’t find it. Beyond frustrating tbh, if it’s not missing items it’s missing delivery, just eat is becoming a bit of a hit or miss in regards to reliability
