Nos encantó caminar por esta ciudad, especialmente su centro histórico, pero también nos encantó tomar descansos periódicos con un buen café. Este es uno de los lugares donde lo hicimos y encontramos que era una buena opción, y luego caminamos un poco más.

Really poor service today. Toliets were disgusting, opened on to find cigarette boxes all over the floor. The rest were really poor. Had to wait 15 mins for mu coffee, not sure what was going on but the staff were more interested in chatting about a trip to Germany rather than making coffee. After 10 mins a server shouted on me to recheck my order and then had to wait a further 5 mins for my coffee which they had forgotten part of my order. Reason not to use chains for coffee.

Myself and my parents visited this Starbucks last night and were presented with excellent customer service by a young girl I believe goes by the name of Emma. Emma quickly picked up on the fact my parents are deaf and after providing me with clear and efficient customer service, she went the extra mile to communicate in sign language with my mother and father to say “enjoy and have a good night” this made their trip very special and made them feel appreciated and involved. Would definitely recommend!

Having been a loyal customer of Starbucks for years- (the Fort and Hamilton branches) visiting every other day, this visit to the Glasgow Fort was the most disappointing ever- so disorganised- tables dirty and not cleared, drinks wrong, full orders not getting made remotely at the same time, drinks coming in the wrong order, people who’ve just paid getting their orders first - people waiting for 20 /25 mins between paying and collecting drinks. Then when the point was raised “ well we’re busy we’re mobbed” while shaking their heads- totally awful customer service. ( you’d expect there to be a delay between hot and cold drinks., and many Frappuccinos but even allowing for the usual acceptable delays, some people who had been awaiting Frappuccinos were waiting 20 mins while later customers had received the same drinks first. Total mess! So very disappointing- new management please to get this branch in order before people stop coming!

We asked for two hot chocolates but they only had one clean mug and so we were given paper cups. There was not a clear table in sight out of about 17 tables with dirty cups and rubbish everywhere. One member of staff was sitting on the counter with some blue paper roll ‘cleaning’ the counter.

I used to visit this branch of Starbucks regularly but it had been several years ago. I dropped in on a Saturday evening and it felt quite different (not just because of Covid). The seating was always quite restricted and so it was this visit too - not surprising. But the place felt like it had gone downhill significantly- even a bit dirty. It may have been because they were within an hour of closing for the day, or because my visits were usually in the day time, but it certainly wasn’t the warm vibrant environment that I remembered. As usual the coffee was good and the service was fine.

Went in for a coffee and wanted to sit outside. Sat on a free table of three where one was occupied we were more than one metre apart. The girls seated outside said that we couldn’t sit there as it was only one family. She said that she knew as she was staff. So my questions are… Does the social distancing rule not apply to Starbucks ? Do staff have priority over the regular customers for tables? Is there a reason why there is only 1 ( although they were 3 tables together) in the outside area and virtually NO seating downstairs? (We were told we could go upstairs!) Are the staff specially trained to be obtuse and awkward to their customers.? Just asking? And just saying I won’t be back!

Why in 2021 do starbucks still use plastic teabags. Nobody wants to drink micro plastics. And with the state of the planet being what it is.. Come on starbucks. Do better. Be better.

We’ve visited many Starbucks, and have had various experiences! This one was above average, with friendly staff, clean tables, and decent coffee. Would recommend a visit.

As a shielded individidual (invisible disability) I looked forward to my first day out. I ordered a coffee from starbucks on the app and when I turned up there was one person in queue and no signs saying one way system. On auto pilot I walk towards collection point (not past anyone) and was screamed at by the two members of staff - "get back, you can't go that way". I was physically shocked. I got my coffee and left. The coffee was poor. But I won't go back to starbucks and the experience has put me off going out again full stop. If you have a one way system put a sign up and don't assume people know the process - be polite to people and don't have two people scream at you!

Stay away from here if you have any sort of disability. There's no disabled toilet and the men's toilet is up two flights of stairs and when you eventually get to the top you will discover that you actually need a code so that you can actually get into the toilet. Fortunately there was a nice young lad who knew what the code was otherwise I would have had to get back down the stairs with my crutches and I suffer with chronic pain and the stairs don't really make that any easier to manage. The drinks were, at best, slightly warm and not that great. I have been very quickly reminded of why I prefer to go to a Nero for my hot drinks. I certainly wouldn't recommend this place to anyone.

As you would expect the coffee is excellent. There;s a nice selection of pastries and muffins too but we had to wait a bit on them being warmed up. It's not wheelchair friendly.

Always seem to have to wait at this Starbucks, even if i order online in advance. The buchanan street location seems a bit more organised. The coffee is good as you'd expect but i feel service and organisation could be improved .

I pretty much agree with others in saying that the staff in this shop are very friendly (at least at the time I visited) and it is nice to relax in here on a rainy day and watch the people trying to control umbrellas in the wind and knowing that you are sitting here nice and cosy.

met my friend for breakfast and they suggested this wee gem in the Savoy centre I had never been before (can't remember the last time I was even in the centre) spotlessly clean and very cosy staff were lovely noticed that when they bring your tea the teabag is separate which suited me as I like my tea weak another nice touch I noticed was they cut your breakfast roll in half which to me gives better presentation I will be back highly recommend if your in the area 5*

Si quieres un buen desayuno caliente, sabroso, cocinado en casa y con buena relación calidad-precio, ¡VE A OTRO LUGAR! ¿Por dónde empiezo? Pedí el desayuno completo todo el día, a £ 9. 50 , no era barato y cuando llegó , no se veía muy bien la relación calidad-precio. Lo positivo. El rosti, los frijoles y las tostadas eran agradables y calientes. Los negativos. 2 salchichas del tamaño de chipolatas tibias. Piedra de seta fría. Tocino rayado, bien cocido, grasiento y frío como piedra. Los huevos escalfados debían ser blandos. No lo eran y de nuevo apenas tibias. Me quejé del tocino y me trajeron otro plato de tocino frío y grasiento. De nuevo me quejé y la camarera dijo que me conseguiría un reembolso. Dije que no quería uno. Sin embargo, unos minutos más tarde, Jocelyn el gerente del restaurante apareció para decirme que podíamos tener una bebida caliente gratis, pero de ninguna manera estaba recibiendo el reembolso que no había pedido! Aparentemente no fue culpa de nadie. Aprendí que todo está cocinado, lamentablemente calentado a tiempos y temperaturas preprogramadas. Además, y quizás lo peor. Los huevos escalfados se entregan en una vaina de plástico con agua, supongo que parcialmente cocida , y se meten en agua caliente para cuajar. ¡YEUGH! Lástima que no estuvieran en una cáscara como otros huevos. Mi esposa tenía panqueques, tocino y jarabe de arce. Obviamente no recién hecho, solo calentado. Su tocino era el mismo que el mío. A 8 libras. 50 fue una desgracia. No volveremos. M&S siempre fue conocido por su calidad. ¿Qué ha pasado?

Big barn of a place, so it was a bit on the cool side, but worth a visit for their great selection of beers and ales.
