I asked for my coffee to sit in and got a take away cup which is wasteful and not nice to drink out of. I wonder how many cups get thrown away a day from here. Everyone else sitting in had take away cups too. Maybe they don't want to wash dishes. Also thr music was very loud and the coffee wasn't especially nice.

So much about here is really good but a few things let it down. Most of the staff are lovely but there is one lady who is rude and patronising. Has a terrible habit of scowling, being negative and unhelpful and then calls you âhunnyâ. Service can be slow and food can take a while when busy but everything is cooked to order and delicious when it arrives. Toilets are tiny and wash hand basins difficult to use. On the whole well worth a visit and fingers crossed that one of the lovely friendly staff members serves you.

I collected the wrong drink today (as I thought I was next in line) which was also given to me by a member of staff. When the baristas realised the mix up, I went down to them and asked if mine was the wrong drink and expressed my confusion. The staff member replied something along the lines of âthe macchiato for JOSH? Yeahâ, in probably the cheekiest tone Iâve ever heard in hospitality - in my life. It was clear that this staff member felt hate in that moment - probably for herself too, as she also gave me the drink. I was very embarrassed as this conversation was loud and I offered âwould you like me to pay for that?â, to which she said a stern ânoâ. She then (in a voice loud enough for other customers to hear) told me that there was âa tonne of dairy in that drink you just hadâ, I advised her that I was not intolerant. I found myself apologising and saying âsorry⊠that was just a mix upâ - an understanding which I truly felt was absent in her own response (representing Starbucks, donât forget). In a fast paced and loud environment, you should not be able to place such angry-blame on to a customer who simply made an error while collecting their drink. Change careers if you feel the need, as it is not okay to have customers leaving wishing that they had never set foot in there (and will never again).

Came here for a late lunch early dinner with my partner. We both shared the haggis spring rolls which were great. I had steak pie and my partner had fajitas. Both were fantastic! The steak pie was one of the best I've had and the fajitas were amazing! Service was great from the get go and the nothing was an issue at all! I'll definitely be returning for more steak pie!!

Called in enroute to Inverness for a quick bacon roll. Ordered 2 bacon rolls and asked for bacon and black pudding on toast. Was totally overcharged at the till and when I questioned it the woman behind the counter denied it. I will not go again and would advise you carry on to Pitlochry and a nice little cafe there đ„Č

We arrived on a late ferry from Oban and drove through the dark on single lane roads to get to Dervaig. Lucky for us we had programmed the location in our GPS because signal on the island is spotty at best. We arrived exhausted and hungry and the staff at the Bellachroy took excellent care of us, even letting us use their landline to contact our BnB. The food was excellent, the ambiance was super friendly. Our waitress was the best, and we laughed so much with her and the customers in the next table.
