BrewDog in Aberdeen City

Vinimos aquí el domingo a las 5 pm. La comida era muy buena, tuvimos hamburguesas de ternera Spicy Deluxe que estaban deliciosas. El servicio era bueno y el ambiente era bueno también. Lo recomendaría.

Visité hoy el personal amable café buenas tazas pero amigo tomó un té, , esto era una taza de agua casi hirviendo con una bolsa de té, no hay donde poner bolsas de té después de su uso, taza solo medio llena, cuando se nos dijo que pensamos que esta una manera muy pobre de servir el té se dijo teteras estaban rotos o siendo limpiados! No lo suficientemente bueno cuando se cobra el precio completo, no volverá a ir.

Nada de mi visita fue bueno. Muy mal servicio y la peor hamburguesa y patatas fritas que he tenido en mucho, mucho tiempo. Bollo seco, comida fría hamburguesa y patatas fritas sobre cocido. Todo mal.

Reservamos una mesa para 7 personas para las 9 pm. Cuando llegamos allí lo primero que nos dijeron fue que no se permitía a los menores estar dentro del lugar después de las 10 de la noche, lo cual estaba bien, aunque hubiera sido mejor que nos lo hicieran saber antes, cuando se hizo la reserva. Tomamos nuestro pedido a eso de las 9: 10 pm, y nos aseguraron que la espera sería de solo 20 minutos. Sin embargo, a las 9: 40 pm la comida todavía no había llegado, por lo que preguntamos a los camareros cuándo vendría de lo contrario los menores no habrían tenido tiempo de comer la comida. Los camareros nos dijeron que había un problema en la cocina y simplemente se desentendieron cuando les dijimos que los menores no habrían tenido tiempo. Al final nos cobraron £ 23. 50 por 6 pintas de coca. Porque claramente no habría habido suficiente tiempo. E incluso cuando nos fuimos, la comida no estaba ni de lejos lista! Honestamente, fue una pena, ya que debido al mal servicio, un cumpleaños se arruinó. Gracias, Brewdog. Nunca olvidaremos esta horrible experiencia.

Visitamos aquí antes de registrarse en las perreras de perros cerveceros (revisión separada) la comida era increíble, cocinando comida fresca caliente y muy buenas bebidas.

I was disappointed with Brewdog . Service was slow despite the pub not been busy . Food was mediocre won't be returning sadly not for us

The fact that Brewdog manages to provide much better service and food than fancy specialised restaurants is impressive. The staff here are great, the food is very good and the prices are right. The beer selection of course is second to none. The one new thing I've tried is the Deep-Fried Oreo which I ordered expecting to be gimmicky, but were actually good! Overall a great experience as is usually the case at Brewdog pubs.

Came here on a Wednesday night and it was quite busy. The service was really good. The food was really good - I had something called a 'Cluck Norris' burger, which was fresh and tasty. They obviously have a great selection of beer/lager. My bill came to £16 for one main (no side) and a drink. I would come again.

Walked in for a burger and a pint. The place was practically empty with only one table with 2 guys. The guy with a beard behind the bar gave me a scowl then carried on what he was doing. No "hello" or any type of friendly greeting. Took a seat right in front of the bar and started browsing the menu. No one came up and offered me any drinks or anything. Sat for 15 mins waiting to be served and the 2 guys behind the bar just stood about chatting. I can see why the place is empty. Dire service. Staff untrained, unprofessional, unfriendly and just a bad, negative atmosphere. Left and went to Brewdog, Union Sq. Was greeted at the door and served a drink within 10mins of ordering. You really need to train your staff at the Castlegate bar but it's obvious management just aren't interested.

Went in for lunch and ordered 2 burgers and fries……waited 45 mins and nothing. Could understand if the place was busy but there was hardly anyone in. I feel it was a deliberate ploy to make us buy more drinks. Wont be back.

Dog friendly and good food but service was miserable. It was like being at one of those restaurants where staff are paid to be rude. To be fair bar staff were sound on arrival. The female member of staff that served us - I genuinely thought it was some sort of joke and was waiting for someone to say they were pranking us. She had no idea about the menu and came across quite rude stating ‘well I don’t know’ in an attitudey kind of voice. Then she was clearing our glasses, we moved them closer to edge of the table for her to help her out. We missed one bottle by mistake and she stated in an annoyed voice ‘I can’t reach that’ - insinuating we needed to pass this to her. If she had just asked us nicely to pass it to her we wouldn’t have minded but it was just the attitude. It’s a real shame as we used to love coming to this brewdog but this has really altered our view on the place. Probably wouldn’t be in a rush to return.

Nice selection of beers, tasty food, helpful staff and good atmosphere. I would certainly recommend it.

We pre-booked a table for 7 to have Wings Wed. On our arrival we were told our table was ready only to be taken down stairs to the basement of which we were the only one on this area of the pub. No-one informed us what we had to do so after chasing up a member of staff we ordered our wings which we waited over 20mins to be delivered. I have no doubt others gad a great night but this is one place I will not visit again

Nice spot, good drinks. Food was okay, but not worth the price really. Staff were friendly enough, but I wouldn't say we felt too welcome

Nipped in for a refreshment on a warm Saturday afternoon. Only a few customers in and two bar staff on. One drinking a coffee the other looking at their phone, chatting to each other. Neither acknowledged/greeted me despite looking up when I walked in. Stood waiting to be served whilst they continued their conversation. When the server finally did serve me she was abrupt and unfriendly. Obviously upset at having to put down her phone and do what she was being paid for. I used to love brewdog pubs but today reminded me why I haven’t been in a while. Shame as beer good, staff let them down.

This is a great place if you want to sample the many ales on offer- and it is an amazing choice. But I was less than impressed with the food ... but I suspect that is a secondary interest for the owners

A dog friendly pub, what an understatement... We were made very welcome, and I suppose that any pub with dog in the name should be dog friendly (many aren't) Lovely staff, superb service and quality food.

1st drink, the bar staff member totally uninterested in our business. Got the order wrong but didn't offer to correct so we just took what we got. Basically threw the card machine at me then moaned when payment didn't go through. 2nd drink, excellent bar staff member who was friendly and helpful. Needs to train the other guy! The weakest of the brewdog pubs, I've been before and been served by the first bloke, so he was not just having a bad day, he's crap all the time!

Went here as I had a voucher to spend. Food is all deep-fried and greasy, medium glass of cheap wine was £9, I wasn’t impressed at all. Three burgers, a few sides and four drinks came to 120 quid! Thank god fir the voucher. An experience I won’t be repeating. Staff were nice. 😀

Went here for our evening meal there’s a good selection of drinks and an extensive menu. Our waiter was great helpful and knowledgable about the food and drink. The restaurant was spotlessly clean. The food came out quickly and was well presented and was really tasty. The onion rings were the best I’ve ever had.

Usual brewdog atmosphere. We had table service which was good. Nice evening with friends. We had food but all the bowls/plates were melted and chipped...this can be an easy fix brewdog! Surely get new ones as it looks bad and leaves you wondering what you are eating. Wouldn't eat here again because of this.

Funky restaurant, great beer and when the food came it tasted ok. But we waited more than 30 mins for a burger and when it arrived the chips were cold. Hot chips took another 12 mins - so we had them for dessert. While the service was pleasant - it wasn’t efficient and it wasn’t good. Overall disappointed in the whole experience.

The location of this place at Castlegate is superb, so handy for a quick drink! The selection of beer is fantastic and staff are friendly. We tried some food too, mainly burgers which were all very tasty and fresh. Highly Recommended!
