Absolutely horrendous food, disgusting, will never be back. Walked out half way through our experience. Love lamb, love fish, love cheese, these clowns managed to crucify all. Avoid at all costs!!!!

Go out for dinner, arrive, 3 and a half hours later finish dinner, used to love the place and go every menu but not enough time in the day

Did the Murder on The Midnight Express experience this evening (8th March 2025.) We loved the complimentary glass of fizz on our arrival, which the maître d' served to us because it was my partners birthday - such a nice and special touch! We thoroughly enjoyed our time there and thought the food was excellent, the 'props' which form part of the experience, the staff which add character also, and the fantastic presentation of the food with the really clever murder food being very lifelike with great attention to detail. The coordination of the cocktails that we had with the food was also very well executed and just made the whole outcome flow very well. The staff were pleasant and attentive. This was our first time at Six by Nico, and we wi definitely recommend and return in the future.

First visit to Six By Nico and we chose to come whilst they were running the murder mystery theme. It was all very exciting with clues coming with every course - the food was unique - with some courses better than others - we also overheard the couple at the table opposite us agree on the same. On the booking which was for 5pm it states we must vacate by 7pm, however it was 6.40 and we were only on course 3 due to significant waiting times between each course. I think this is just something they write in the confirmation because nobody rushed us. The bill was interesting, there was an ‘optional’ charitable donation of £2 added. As well as a non negotiable service charge/ tip added another 12.5%. service was what you would expect and the waiters were pleasant, however the waiting time between courses was excessive - murder mystery theme or not and thus we felt that adding this amount of extra costs was excessive.

Murder mystery menu was very nice. Don't take deep fried oysters add-on it was terrible, either over fried or oil in the fryer was too cold. Was super oily, you ever bit into knock off KFC chicken and had batter full of oil? With 5 miligrams of oyster? Yeah that's how it felt. 2 of those for a 10£. The staff did take them off the bill. The overall experience was great though.

Excellent food but noisy because it was full

Been a couple of times now. Food is always top tier. This time it wasn't all my favourite whereas my husband found the courses a little repetitive flavour wise last time (this time was much more varied) but it's always very well presented with lots of skill demonstrated. Just don't expect to go home stuffed, it's not that kind of meal! This time we did the murder mystery theme which added an extra touch of fun to the evening and the staff were great. If you're there as a couple you can be seated pretty close by to other tables but there's enough of an atmosphere to not be listening to each other's conversations. A lovely place for a special occasion and if there are lots of add ons so be aware you could end up with quite the bill if you are tempted by a few! But never a disappointment to eat here.

1st visit... liked it, didnt know what to expect as its not like your normal restaurant Murder on the Midnight Express was the theme

Too loud. Poor service, no one at the door when we arrived. Over priced and to rub salt to the wound a discretionary service charge of 12.5% on bill which is also applied to another discretionary contribution to the establishements charity of £1 per person. Too loud could hardly hear what the waiter was describing about the food. Food was average, not hot when served and over priced. Waiter did not bring a drink order for over 20 mins and when asked did not even apologise. Just said the order is at bar and blamed the bar. The waiting staff need training.

Absolutely love Six by Nico, we attended their new cocktail menu launch and they didn't disappoint. Imaginative and creativity brought together for a wonderful experience

First visit, had very high expectations for it from what people have told us. The first dish which was ‘Nugget of the Yellow Brick' was amazing. The start was strong and we really enjoyed it and were looking forward to coming dishes. An interesting dish with a lovely taste. Rating it 10/10. The next dish ‘Scarecrow ‘ was lovely, the pork was cooked perfectly, soft, not rubbery. Presentation fun and unique. Rating it 7.5/10. ‘Tin Woodman & Cowardly Lion’, this dish was an unusual taste that definitely is for an acquired taste, not myself in this case and my husband. We both felt that the dish was not to our taste at all and rating it at 2/10, it had some interesting tastes that we did like but the majority was not nice and the after taste stayed for long. Coming up was ‘Deadly Poppy Field’, the fish was pretty good but we could taste the oil that it was cooked in quite significantly. The 3 types of extra that came with it weren’t bad at all. Overall rating at 6/10. ‘The Wicked Witch’ was the next dish, the dish I think was the smallest out of all which I didn’t exactly like, the chicken was juicy and soft, risotto was overcooked and on a watery side (tasting like water), the pork on the side was tasty and crunch and the black sauce was lovely. Rating at 8/10. For this dish we also got the add on extra which was ‘Southern Spiced Prawn & Pork Belly Skewer, Wakame Salad, Seaweed Ranch Dressing ‘, would I say it was worth it? No, the prawns the the tiniest I have ever seen, it was sort of over-salted for myself at least and didn’t bring much to the experience. The last item on the menu was a dessert, it was an outstanding end to our dinner, called ‘The Emerald City’. The sorbet was amazingly done, the cheesecake not too sweet, soft. The deep fried mars was tasty, and a surprising addition to us as we didn’t expect it. Presentation of dishes amazing. The drinks come with lovely presentations and interesting ways of serving them. Service was amazing as well, every single dish was presented to us with a good description and little show some. The staff were always smiling and doing their best. Food verses price, mmm probably not again, the price is quite high for the amount food you get plus that some of it wasn’t to our taste. Both myself and husband are not picky eaters but that third dish was really off putting for us.

Really good food, amazing service and decor. The atmosphere is great and the whole experience is pretty decent with the staff telling you about the dishes and inspiration. If you have quite an appetite you might leave still hungry but it's about the tastes and experience not cramming your face with lots of food.

First time visiting The food was very tasty and inspired and the staff were so polite and friendly. Will definitely revisit for a new menu.

Been to 6 By Nico a few times now. When it was new, it seemed like everyone tried really hard to make it excellent. However, now it is established, I think it is running on reputation a little. We were seated, then our waitress came over and introduced herself, telling us she would be looking after us all night. She brought us one round of drinks and the bill... Food was ok, but the flatbread needed a saw to cut it, the mushroom emulsion with the beef was just salt and the lamb was chewy. Dessert had no taste or evidence of dates... Each dish was described, but the waitress bringing the food told us every single dish was her favourite. Atmosphere was limited. We were sat on a cramped row of tables which had 2 tables of 2 and a table of 4 rammed in. Lights were up and down, music was too loud at one point, too quiet at others. The bill was interesting. Our bill had a charitable donation added. Might I suggest that if 6 by nico want to donate to charity, they do it themselves, not take the credit for customer donations. Especially when it is a donation to a relatively unknown charity. And the non negotiable tip added another 15% approximately. 6By Nico need to pay their own staff, not rely on guests tips to pay decent wages. Given service was impersonal, and not great, adding this amount of extra costs was excessive. Actual bill £88, final bill with tip and donation £105.

We did the Roast Dinner menu tonight and this was my first time visiting! Food was good but a little bland, servers were nice! However, if they ask if you’d like a break between courses, say no as it took 30 mins to get the next course! Wine was quite expensive but worth the price, overall it’s quite an expensive meal for the portion sizes but definitely worth the experience!!

Had a stunning lunch here for my wife's birthday. Had the Istanbul menu with wine pairing which was fantastic.

Glutton menu was really nice and the dessert was incredible.

Such a lovely unique and special experience! Can't wait to go back. Food was insanely good and service was wonderful.

Went for the Tokyo menu and would highly recommend it was an amazing tasting menu and the staff where amazingly friendly and explained each course brilliantly.

Stop everything and get your ass here. What an amazing experience this was, from the moment we arrived until we left we were treated like royalty. Our server Jakob went over everything with us and why each drink went with each course. If there is something you need to do in your life well look no further, get this on your list. I'm already looking forward to my next visit.

The staff at the entrance was very very rude. We politely asked if we could add 1 more person to the 8 people reservation we made. He rudely just said "Never do that again", after that the way he talked or interacted with us was completely unprofessional.

TLDR- food was ok, maybe not worth the price for taste but presentation was great. Service was great but took a long time. Food was interesting but only just ok. Presentation was top notch, but taste just wasn't the best for the Tokyo menu. Interesting concepts and applications. Ramen broth was quite salty, egg mayo as part of that was interesting but missed the mark with how it meshed with the fish. Fish was cooked great though and well seasoned. Kaarage was ok. Tempura was interesting, mushroom discs were ok. Pork and prawn skewers were ok. "Tonkatsu" had a interesting blend of sauces, but I think the bitterness overpowered the other flavours. Dessert helped to round off meal. Couldn't taste matcha in matcha cake. Sorbet was ok, whitr chocolate mousse was really good. One thing to note is the long wait times between courses. We arrived at 7 and left at 9.45. Each course could be finished in 5-10minutes.

My fiancé and I celebrated our engagement at Six by Nico in Aberdeen. A very special occasion and a very special restaurant. The food and service were excellent and the ambience was just right.

We had the lovely Amber attending to is when we visited for the Guilty Pleasures menu. All of the food was beautiful and it was a wonderful experience from start to finish for a very reasonable price. We can't wait to try some of the future menus!

First time visit, excellent atmosphere and interior combined with really interesting food. Would have easily been 5 stars but one course was delayed by about 30 mins after we'd already been given the paired wine. It took the edge off the experience however I would very happily go back.

This was a really great place to take my Mother and Father in law and sample the taster menu, all for £20, a head. The food was fantastic, the service was exceptional and the restaurant is really well decorated and was extremely comfortable. All in all we had a lovely time here and I would highly recommend anyone to go try it if you like great interesting food. Also found out the change the theme every six months, so you will never be bored by the menu in this restaurant! 😋 Top marks all round!

We had lunch here recently and thought the food was good, but not sure it matched the prices. Staff were all friendly and welcoming, particularly the lady who served the food and gave the descriptions. It's a bit cramped, and the ambience is a bit 'pub lunch' considering how high end it's aiming to be. We paid £170 for lunch for two, and only one of us had the tasting wines with the fixed menu. I'd suggest Mara Wine bar for somewhere with better food and slightly less expensive. We'll go back at some point, but won't be rushing

Been a fan of six by Nico since he first opened a restaurant in Glasgow and been to lots of menus over the years. Wouldn’t go back after tonight’s experience. Not sure if it’s the Aberdeen venue but sure you could find the same quality of ingredients elsewhere and much more efficient service. We were served a “pineapple amaretto sour” as shown in the picture, it lasted 3 sips. And we waited 45 minutes before the snack arrived never mind the full menu. They then mixed up the wine pairing, so we didn’t have the right wine for each course. Food was nice as usual! - if anything, the mole didn’t taste like a Mexican mole tbh. Probably won’t go back to six by Nico now after this evening and wouldn’t recommend it to others.

Edited my review after my second visit. Unfortunately, the food was not up to standard, including rock solid sponge in the dessert. Nothing special for the taste in each dish. The service was cold and a bit defensive. Mocktails were not creative and came out exactly the same (like pre-made) regardless of different requests. Not worth the price for this experience. My 2023 review is below, unfortunately, I don’t feel like that anymore… Had a wonderful experience with the meal. Every course was unique and creative. Service was great, polite, informative and friendly. Atmosphere was lively, beautiful, and clean. Highly recommended for a special meal.

Went here to try the Tokyo menu. Food was amazing and I really enjoyed the experience. The staff were fantastic and very professional. I've been wanting to try some of the other menus they had in the past, so I'm glad I didn't miss out on this one. Brilliant experience and I'll definitely be back to try some other menus.

Can't pass comment on the dining experience. Online booking service would not complete and telephone communication relayed an answering machine message with a promise to call back. This, despite trying 3 times, did not happen. Poor.

Food here is absolutely amazing every menu that we have tried is epic however some of the staff are not exactly "friendly" any questions you have about the menu they are spot on for sure but any other questions you may have not so much. However I would still highly recommend this place to anyone.

It is not the first time we 've been there but it was the most disappointing one. 4 if the 6 courses were not up to the standards we were used. The complimentary small dish was delicious so was the first course. The desert was extremely tasty but it didn't even remotely resembled an apple pie. One of the courses was salty and one of them, the one with the chicken didn't make any sense. We will of course visit again. But we didn't really enjoy it this time. The service was lovely as usual.

EDIT for reply to owners: Not the best request when failing to advise email address. Again, very frustrating. Our experience was let down badly as we tried to contact the restaurant 4 times previous to our booking. We left our name and phone number as requested but regardless no phone call was returned. Communication is key running any business but Six by Nico don’t see this as important. Very very frustrating.

The place and experience is great. The food is salty. Very salty. The concept is good (large scale food production for fine dining at a reasonable cost) but the flavours need to be more delicate and less seasoned. Every dish all the components were competing, strong flavour (strengthen with too much salt and butter). It’s a meal that you’ll end up waking up at 3am with your mouth feeling like a desert and need a pint of water. I likely won’t go again, as food flavours were so strong and salty. Cost was £130 for 2, 2 set meals, 2 beers, 2 cocktails, service fee was £15 (a tad cheeky to automatically lump that in).

Excellent all round food and service.I recently visited a Michelin star restuarant in Edinburgh which was excellent as expected,however Six by Nico was just as good if slightly better food.

That is twice i have been in the last 4 weeks food is amazing, staff are amazing atmosphere great. Only thing is on the bill £1 donation pp. i don’t mind giving to charity at all i support multiple charties. What i think would be better is the £1 donation is paid by six by nico per visitor which would save the embarassment of people rejecting the £1 pp charitable donation. This is the first time i have saw such a request on a bill. I think the owner paying this per customer would be the better option.

Noisy, crowded, mediocre food and the lighting was really bright. Felt like a fast food service rather than fine dining. Its a shame as we went to the Edinburgh one a few years ago and was a lovely experience. Aberdeen though was dire.

Food was excellent as always, however the music was far too loud which had an effect on the atmosphere. No offer to take our jackets which ended up being dumped beside me on the bench seat. The most disappointing aspect was that we used a voucher and at the end of our meal the server told us "your voucher covered the bill". No bill or explanation of costs was provided. Asked for the bill and discovered we had a residual amount left on our voucher which we can use next time. Poor show.

The 4th time I have been there. Never disappoints. Excellent flavours in the dishes. Accompanied the meal with matching wines this time and would recommend that. Prompt and polite service. Congenial atmosphere. Menus change every 5 or 6 weeks.

This is the third time my partner and me have visited the Aberdeen restaurant although it will be our last as each visit has been more and more disappointing. We went last night for the Hanoi menu (we have previously visited for the chipper and the Barcelona menu and other menus in different 6BNs). While the food was more enjoyable this time around and we genuinely enjoyed almost everything, there were still dishes which we received that were cold and one in particular which was not for me at all although this is down to personal taste. The service wasn't great this time whereas it is usually one of the restaurants biggest strengths. Perhaps it was a lack of staff and the unfamiliarity of a new menu but we felt a bit forgotten about. The whole 7 courses (Inc an additional appetiser each) took almost 3.5 hours and tables sitted after us were leaving before us. There was actually a table just next to us who had given up and asked for their bill as their dishes were taking so long to arrive. The chefs were barking order up multiple times and there were no servers to take the plates out so dishes piled up, maybe explaining some of the lukewarm dishes we got. This was particularly noticable towards the end of the night when we were one of half a dozen tables but all of the servers seemed to have disappeared (although as someone who has previously worked in the industry, I understand wanting to disappear at the end of a busy shift). The servers also didn't appear to know the descriptions of dishes but this is really nitpicking and didn't bother us but still does take away from the experience, especially when you're paying £90 per person and a non negotiable tip. After previous issues such as not receiving some of our paired wines and dishes in the past, we really hoped this time would be different, but no. I was asked to contact someone in the customer relations team who said they would oversee our booking this time and offer us complementary drinks or snacks after past visits however I never did hear back from them. It's a great shame as my partner and me really want to like 6BN here in Aberdeen but we just can't.

After a very disappointing first experience with the vegan Street Food menu, I recently went to Six by Nico again to try the vegan Fun Fair menu. In summary, I had an even worse experience. Starting with the venue itself, it is always very loud and uncomfortably busy. The music and general noise is so high that we can't hear the waiter's explanation nor they can properly hear our requests. There were delays and mistakes with our orders (meat coming in place of the veggie option more than once) which caused considerable delays, and we were still shoved out of there to give the table to someone else. The menu can look very interesting in paper, but what you get feels like a cheap and ill-thought-out version of what is written, *particularly* for the veggie and vegan menus. I ate vegan, a friend ate veggie and a third one got the regular menu, for context. The veggie and vegan menus are even cheaper and worse versions of the regular menu, as they would usually substitute the meat of diary products for what looked like a random vegetable choice, that is, when it was even replaced! In the Fun Fair menu, a beef burger was substituted by a pickle (a pickle! with so many amazing meat alternatives in the market), fish by a whole baked carrot and pork and other meats in the last course *weren't even replaced*, they just took the meat out and served the remaining sauces and pieces of vegetables. So the veggie and vegan option literally came with less food! I have similar complains for the previous menu (Street Food), were the meat that was central for the dishes was substitute by tofu and jackfruit. Usually, I love creative ways to substitute meat with these two, but both were made very plain. No marinate or appropriate seasoning seemed to have been used, so they didn't taste like much. Now, on top of the underwhelming menu, you pay almost double to get "paired wines". First, the glasses are always quite full, so it is way too much to have 5 glasses with these small courses. This option could be cheaper and come with half the wine. Secondly, the pairing is not generally great but, again, it is even worse for veggies and vegans. Everyone gets the same wine selection but if the main ingredients for each course have completely different tastes, they obviously won't pair as well. It is easy to imagine that pairing a Merlot with a beef burger might go very differently compared to pairing it with a fried pickle. Dessert wines also felt usually too dry for the very sweet desserts being served (for all menus). In conclusion, Six by Nico might be interesting if your priority is taking nice pictures of the courses, as the presentation is indeed nice. But the experience itself is quite underwhelming in terms of taste and ambience. Of course it might be less costly than other tasting menus, but there are ways to use inexpensive ingredients in a smarter and more delicious way. I find it completely unreasonable to charge the same amount for the veggie and vegan manus. If you are not going to be able to deliver a decent quality menu, make the veggie option less expensive, or admit you cannot provite a menu of comparable quality and simply do not offer it. (I did got a discount on the day after complaining, but it would be ideal if in the future it didn't come to that!)

Disappointing vegetarian experience. Seems like the vegetarian menu is a second thought with poor substitutions that do not match the wine pairing, even though you pay the same as the regular menu. We went for the Funfair tasting menu with matching wine. Hook a duck - Goat's cheese was too mild, pickled walnut sauce overpowered the dish. The regular menu did not have the same problem. Spinning teacup - Very tasty, loved the teacup. The best dish of the night, probably because it wasn't an adaptation but was part of the regular menu. Battered pickles - Did not pairwith the Bordeaux at all, could only taste the pickle. Not sure if the chef even tried to taste the vegetarian dish with the wine pairing because it was so bad. Half a pickle to substitute the beef burger in the regular menu. Gherkin ketchup was good. Win a goldfish - Got a carrot instead of a proper meat substitute. Carrot did not pair well with the rest of the food, but the rest of the dish was tasty by itself. Corn Dog - Missing a full part of the meal when compared with the regular meal. Jackfruit was tasteless, not prepared well. Toffee apple - Good, but wine did not taste like anything after the dessert. When I asked the waitress if I should drink the dessert wine before, during, or after having the dessert she said I could do however I wish. Servers were nice but not very informative. Place is loud but the music volume was good (not too loud).

Six by Nico has become an institution. The constantly evolving food and wine menu, impeccable service and great atmosphere make this an unparalleled experience every six weeks!

I went for a 10 course taste experience and it certainly was an experience.... Each course was as if we were shopping in Costco and were being offered very small free samples. £155 for two people wine and a small bottle of cider feels like a poor choice on our part. When we were done we went to the fish and chip shop. That says something.

This was our first time at Six by Nico. Had high expectations. I had the regular 6 dish tasting menu. My partner had the vegan 6 dish tasting menu. Our friends had one regular and one vegetarian. The restaurant was very loud and we had a hard time hearing the servers when they described the food. We were having to shout almost during conversation The wine pairings didn't go very well with the food. The prosecco with the pork steamed bun for example. And the red wine with the lamb kebab. The wine with the desserts. The vegan menu was not very well thought out. The 1st dish (steamed bun) had a tiny bit of mushroom on the outside. The bun itself was just chewy dough. The 3rd dish (vegan taco) was not well made. The 4th dish (tofu skewers) wasn't well prepared and it didn't taste of much. The regular menu had similar issues. The taco seemed to be just fried fish. The satay arrived and the chicken was dry. The red wine didn't go with it at all. During the meal, we were given the wrong food twice causing delays and the service felt very rushed. At the end of the meal we were rushed from our table onto the bar. Even though we suffered delays during the meal. For a highly recommended restaurant, six by Nico left a lot to be desired.

My first time at six by Nico, I was honestly completely blown away, the service was really good, the place had really lovely decor and was very clean. Everyone who engaged with me was really above board and very informative and kind. The dishes were all beautiful, I came for the vegetarian street food menu, and it's exciting that there was a vegetarian menu with the food they do here. It felt very inclusive, sometimes restaurants vegetarian menus feel like an after thought, very much not the case here. The wine pairings were outstanding too, I don't drink much so I only had the dessert wine but it was perfect. I can't wait to go again with my partner, I went solo this time and honestly felt so comfortable, it was a top class dining experience and I felt so at ease and comfortable in the space. I've recommended it to co workers and friends

Ok for commercialised fine dining. The 6 course street food menu with 2 additional courses was good but room for improvement. Matching wine flight was on the cheap side and added imbalance to the food 1st course steam buns were delicious best course by some way, the following courses had good and bad points but I felt the miss match of wines and flavours had much to be desired and needed improvement. The service was rushed but communication description of food was good.

Myself and my partner attended for the 10 course trust menu, where you have no idea what the dishes will be and you have to guess what's in each one. A bit of fun whilst being exposed to delicious and exciting dishes. Highly recommend. The wine pairing was excellent too. Only small negative was that the restaurant temperature was on the cold side, but with the weather we're having just now and the size of the place, I can understand it being difficult to heat.

Visited Six by Nico for a 5 course Trust Menu. You are given your food but not told what it is. You have to work out what you think it is. Made you take your time and really taste the food. Food amazing, experience great fun and good talking point with others.

Son bought several Six by Nico vouchers as Christmas Gifts last year. Turns out some have 12 month validity and some have 6 month validity (which we didn't spot) Unable to use the vouchers in their restaurant and head office unwilling to reinstate the vouchers - so we have lost £80 because of some pretty brutal use of terms and conditions Wouldn't mind but I ended up having to pay for the meal - which as others have said is rather "ready meal meets TV chef" in style You wont be surprised to find that I wont be back

Food is amazingly tasty, every mouthful. My only gripe is, you don't get many mouthfuls haha, not with 5 or 6 course meal. You'll want to have your parters portion too. Have a sandwich before you go, and you might leave your parters food alone and might feel full with your meal at Six by Nico. As a culinary experience, it's wonderful. Bigger portions please and I'll be 100 percent happy

Brilliant food and staff was great but our server wasn't very keen to amend the "optional" service charge. We would prefer to tip our own amount.

Visited last night for the first time, for the street food menu. Greated warmly by Amber at the door and shown to my table, she sorted out drinks and let me look over the menu and gave me a brief on what to expect as it was my first visit. Very friendly and helped out me at ease as I was on my own after my friend fell ill and couldn't attend with me. Great care was taken to explain each dish as it was served and every dish was beautifully presented. I was very early, after travelling through from Fraserburgh and having to travel home so I arrived to an empty restaurant, but by the time I left at about 18:30 the place was packed and had an electric atmosphere. The restaurant itself is very nicely decorated and welcoming. The street food menu was wonderful and the first dish, gochujang pork steamed bun was an absolute knocked out. I'd happily have eaten 6 dishes of just that. I also opted for both snacks, a mac and cheese croquette and fresh bread with a wonderfully light, whipped smoked butter. Definitely recommended and I hope to come back to try another menu soon.

Travelled through from Inverness, just for this. Was not disappointed. Food absolutely delicious, cocktails amazing . The 80's sound track just the icing on the cake. Our fellow diners were a really friendly, chatty bunch. We were all looked after by the amazing Amber who was friendly, efficient and made us all feel well catered for and looked after. She must be such an asset to the company. Can't wait to visit again. Thank you for a great culinary experience. Special thanks to Amber. You are a star.

Been here a good few times and the food is always amazing. They make you try things you never would and it's amazing service. The wait staff we had last time were amazing. The atmosphere hets 3/5 stars because as much as I love this place I just wish they got rid of 2 or 3 tables. It's so so packed.

Lovely meal this evening , once upon a time. Our first time at Six By Nico food was lovely especially the pudding. Unfortunately we were on the third course when I had to ask about the wine taster. The waiter apologised and said he could bring it then . Unfortunately he had went on his break and the other waiter didn’t know we hadn’t been asked. Will definitely be back and remember to ask for the wine which I think would have made our experience even better.

Amazing food, we had a lovely family night out, staff very friendly and knowledgeable about the dishes. Would highly recommend.

We had the Once Upon a Time menu. Nice place, and the food and service were excellent. We found it very noisy, maybe that was because it was a Saturday afternoon?

Amazing experience of flavours. Remember you're not going there to be fed but experience tastes and flavours. A little chaotic occasionally like waiting for cutlery or drinks. Or a bin being carried through

Great food, very reasonably priced for the experience. Service was at a good pace, they seem to have slowed down a little, which is necessary for wine pairings. Food was all delicious and not pretentious at all

Fantastic experience! First time we have been to a set tasting menu and we would highly recommend it. We had 'the chippe' menu and every course was full of flavour. Very nice stylish interior and staff were polite and knowledgeable telling us exactly what was on the plate for every course. Will be back next month. One thing I have to comment on is the service charge, I don't believe in it myself so asked for it to be removed.

Went and had The Chippie, 6 course tasting menu with wine that compliments the dish that goes along with it . highly recommend the experience and the food tastes delicious. Very nice whatever the occasion

Just amazing. Many small courses with loads of flavour. Vegetarian menu alongside the meaty one. Both with punchy, lovely flavours. Would definitely go again. Staff, atmosphere, food, all perfect.

Shocking service waited an hour for the last two courses and when they came with the 5th it was one we already had need to designate waiting staff to certain areas as no one noticed anything was wrong

Beyond our expectations! We came here to celebrate our friends birthday and it was all our first experience at Six. From the atmosphere, to the enthusiastic and bubbly waiters & waitresses, and the unique food/tasting menu experience - it was all wonderful. Highly recommended for any special occasion or a treat!

The concept of affordable luxury in food seems to work. Some of the baroque creations mobilise more than two senses. The service is attentive and friendly.

This is the second time I come here. I am not gonna lie I preferred the Greek menu over the Lisbon one but that is just my preference. I still love the restaurant, the waiter super chatty and lovely and the desserts are always amazing.

I have been a few times. The experience itself is worth the money, personally I am surprised they don't charge more! The way they make food tasting a full on experience to evoke all your senses is inspiring. I will continue to visit, depending on the theme though.
