Good coffee, good atmosphere and friendly staff ready to serve. Got myself a hotchocolate, chocolate croissant and sandwich which was delicious

2x very nice sandwich, pastry and coffee's, for lunch. My first visit to a Pret.

Very disappointed , we had two toasties and tea and coffee . Our toasties were Luke warm and we asked for plates which was told they only had 5 plates for the whole restaurant 🤬. Had to get another two toasties which were hot but could not eat as were overdone . Tea , I was disappointed no tea pot to pour my own hence by the time we got here toasties it was cold . We also had to ask for table to be cleaned . When we left we realised we had to clean up ourselves which we did not do as felt that was not our job to do this.

me and my best friend decided to pop in for something to drink and eat and we’re not disappointed, the coffee and food got made super fast, it was all amazing and the toastie is so good

It's a chain, but you will find good stuff for snacks, hot drinks, and to go food. It seems in house food prep and ready to go.

Nice place to sit for a break. Cold and hot drinks cakes, crisps, sandwiches ect. Toilets directly across from the cafe.

There is an ok range of vegan food on offer and the vegan chocolate cookie was delicious. My non vegan daughter also enjoyed the other food.

Girl with blonde hair who was serving this morning, put her fingers in my food while scanning and had a face like thunder. Not in the mood to deal with customers I suggest she look for another job. Will not return, I will cancel my subscription which I have had for months and return to Starbucks

Some of the best customer service I've ever received and the staff pack some serious banter aswell. Seriously reccomend it just for the chill vibes

We came here for a bite to eat & drink on Saturday morning. The staff were nice and friendly. The food is lovely, albeit quite pricey. The place was clean and tidy. The coffee was lovely. We will come back again.

Coffee is always excellent, served the way I want it. Great service, never have to wait long before you have a great Coffee. Very relaxing atmosphere to enjoy your coffee.

the price on refrigerators is different from the price you will pay. There is no information anywhere that the visible prices are for membership holders🤦‍♀️ I saw £3,60 for wrap, I paid 4,60 it's cheating customers

Worst service ever, staff was so rude , I ordered mocha and it was sit in. I waited for 10 mints but no one served so I went to ask for my drink and the lady from staff said it’s right there. Poor service it was my first time with them. I would never go again

Love pret. Coffee and food as always very good. However, you apparently can't get coffee in a proper cup. They would rather serve it in a plastic cup and lid. Surely not part of the Pret experience. The cafe was very dirty and looked like it had not been cleaned all day.

Despite us coming in ten minutes before close, we were served with a smile.

Coffee was good but cleaning is lacking and there is one staff member who has constantly given shocking customer service - rude and abrupt. I get you guys are busy but please remember to be kind. Love the food though. ❤️

Absolutely love everything at Pret. The hot soups are especially good on a cold day. The staff are always super friendly and helpful. I also highly recommend getting a subscription. It’s well worth the money if you’re a regular.

Best sandwiches in a coffee shop

Great place to grab a sandwich. Theres a Peppa pig ride near the entrance that captures errant toddlers. Usually pretty busy with a wide variety of customers. Sandwiches are decent, prices are as you would expect for the UK.

A bit expensive but everything always freshly made.

I am a fan of Pret , however when I visited on a busy Saturday afternoon most of the tables were full of rubbish from previous customers which was very off putting .

First time visit since covid and not the best experience service was ok but they give you the feeling you are in an assembly line in a factory. Coffee arrived only look warm as it was from a machine everyone's must be the same.did manage to get hot water which helped.

The service is always very quick and I like their coffee. Usually I come in my break with limited time and I don't have to queue for long. Even though is a chain, the staff is very friendly and helpful. My go to when I'm around.

I’m subscribed to the amazing coffee subscription and pop in past bon accord during work days in the city centre, the coffee is brilliant and the staff are all really lovely and welcoming- some even remember my order and start making it when they see me coming 🤣 they’re a lovely team and I highly recommend this restaurant and the coffee subscription!

This place is usually our go to place for a drink run while at work, the staff do a good job at getting seen to everyone quickly so queues aren't so bad. I just wish they had scones

As I was sitting in Pret an employee came up to my table telling me that over lunch time there was a 1 hour slot, essentially kicking us out. This is not a rule I have ever been made aware and I thought it was extremely rude as this employee approached nobody else in the cafe. I am a university student and studying in the cafe on a class and by being kicked out I had to leave my class and apologise to my lecturer as I was missing the rest of the session due to this employee clearing us out. I noticed as well that while others were sitting down she was clearing the tables abruptly making you feel like you should be leaving right in that moment.

Trusty Pret fayre - good coffee, soup, sandwiches, pastries. Great service - nice and quick. Quite pricey.

After a disappointing lunch else where later on that day I needed a top up. This was my first time in a pret. It was late.. About half 3 but there were still some soups left. I chose to sit in. The simple tomato soup was just warm but still lovely. There were no bread rolls left so I opted for a croissant. A fine flaky one it was.I imagine if I had been earlier the soup would have been hotter. But it was fine.

Gasping for a cuppa and a sarnie , & Pret is our usual port of call. Reliably fresh sandwiches and premium ingredients. This Pret’s on the 1st floor of the Bon Accord Centre, and it was stowed with Christmas shoppers, but still managed to find a seat. Nice moist chicken, avocado & basil sarnie , & partner had a baguette which was well-packed with contents. A relief to sit on comfy seats and rest my weary legs.

If this address is the Pret a Manger in the Bon Accord centre, then it was very good. Good service, spacious, comfortable seating arrangements and an enjoyable meal. An enjoyable break from shopping.

Came in just as store opened after night-shift. Staff were excellent and welcoming. They went through the trouble to look for and prepare my favourite sandwich when I couldn’t find it on the shelves. Salmon sandwich very delicious. Great service as always.

I and a member of my staff went for a coffee to Pret A Manger, my staff had juice Which had 1% cranberry in it the rest was apple juice from concentrate. I took the picture today to show all customers of this 😒

We called in for drinks and cake on late night shopping. Service was fairly swift and tables were available as well. Staff pleasant.

Went for a coffee Break here while shopping in Aberdeen. We both had flat white coffees and a pastry each. The coffees were really good as was the pastries. Quick and efficient service by the staff.

A nice Pret with plenty seating. Always a good choice of quality food and coffee. The only downside was many of the tables were dirty and the member of staff was wiping the tables with her hands on to the floor - not a great standard! Otherwise consistent Pret experience.

We went here for a coffee when shopping in Aberdeen. We both had Americano coffees and blueberry muffin. The coffee was good and the blueberry muffin was full of blueberries.

Fresh, good service and a clean and comfortable lunch at PRET in the Bon Accord centre - falafel and hallumi wrap for me, chicken and avocado for my good lady, really good latte normal and decaf, excellent and quick service

Hoy, mi cuidador y yo salimos a almorzar y pedimos nuestra comida, y tomamos nuestros asientos. Busqué mi bebida y cierto personal se mofa de lo cual encontré un comportamiento totalmente inaceptable por parte de los empleados del café que estaban ocupados el sábado por la tarde y deberían haber sido más profesionales. al no hablar de asuntos privados, lo siento, pero normalmente no doy tan poca puntuación, pero realmente me sorprendió que el personal actuara de esa manera, por favor, ¿no dejas que esto vuelva a suceder?

Comida fresca, buen café, personal amable bien entrenado. Esto puede ser muy ocupado a la hora del almuerzo, pero nunca he esperado más de 5 minutos ya que siempre hay mucho personal. Tuve el vegano con coliflor asado y batata hoy con un aderezo de semillas, espinacas frescas y limón. Maravilloso

Hungría en el centro de la ciudad con niños pequeños no es divertido. Encontramos un montón de opciones para todos los gustos en un ambiente agradable. Sándwiches bien llenas, los platos calientes eran una bendición de un macarrón y queso coliflor con kale. Este cumplía muchas cajas y satisfecho de los niños.

Mi hijo no me gustó el hecho de los niños tienen mantequilla sándwiches en ellos. Estando en el corto tamaño no podría llegar hasta llegar a mi hija un zumo de naranja, ya que habían empujado hacia adelante como vendieron. Había personal suficiente para hacerlo. Un pequeño pero importante punto.

Vaya aquí con bastante regularidad como me gusta sus sándwiches y su café es de los mejores que he tomado. Su gama vegetariana es excelente y una buena ofrecen leche de soja para bebidas calientes.

Fue aquí en la ciudad de compras, mientras que unos sábados atrás, es un lugar muy concurrido, que es una buena señal de té y un sándwich tanto lugar en comida rápida fácil en un ambiente relajado y muy práctico para descansar y comer algo mientras compras recomendar

Quick snack lunch of lattes & sandwiches. The crayfish & rocket sandwiches were well filled and tasty, the horseradish on the roast beef sandwich was fierce.Tables were a bit difficult to negotiate, especially with a wheel chair or pushchair, but were kept well cleared by attentive staff.

Thought we would give this restaurant a try and we were not dissapointed. A wide range of sandwiches was available, along with healthy options, fresh fruit etc. There was also a good range of coffees.We eventually choose a couple of salad sandwiches which proved a good buy, with ample and fresh fillings. A word of mention should be towards the counter and floor staff who were very polite throughout with a nice cheery welcome.

Had lunch here today with family. I chose a Brie and avocado toastie and my daughter ordered macaroni cheese with cauliflower and kale. My meal was tasty and filling. Unfortunately, my daughter is wheat intolerant and had not noticed that the .package said macaroni cheese on the label, consequently she could only pick the cauliflower and kale out from her meal.The cafe was very busy and the staff were all working very hard

As I am on quite a restrictive diet, Pret a Manger are an oasis in a desert sometimes for me. I very often find myself in a new city & just can't find somewhere to eat that caters for my diet. However, whenever there is a Pret a Manger I breath a sigh of relief. They offer wonderful healthy food & I can always find something I can devour! This branch had a good selection on offer & the staff were perfect. Despite being located in a busy shopping centre on a Sunday in the lead up to Christmas, they weren't jaded at all & were so friendly, efficient & professional. Bravo!

I came here for breakfast with my husband which we have done before and I usually have a croissant but decided to try the porridge. I was pleasantly surprised. I didn't add anything extra to it. I would come again for the porridge

This is a well organised eaterie. Very good choices of sandwiches and meals, tempting croissants and bakes, and good coffee! Great team work at the till means efficient and timely service if you want to keep moving. My only complaint is the seating which could be more comfy. Has a primary school look about it. Could be a little less utilitarian.

The strong latte is fab, coffee is not bitter and you can actually tase it unlike other coffee shops even when you ask for an extra shot! Food is fresh and always changing. Unusual combos in salads and sandwiches so not your standard lunch. Staff are always really nice and very helpful.

I met family for lunch and we both decided upon having the tuna salad. We both thought that perhaps there could have been some carrot and sweetcorn. With regards to the dressing, not everyone may like mustard dressing. I suggest that there be a choice of dressings for people to choose from to have with their salad rather than just having the one. Apart from this, the lunch was OK but the company was great

All Pret's are fantastic :-) staff here and at the one in Union Street are great. Always reliable quality and quick service.

Fresh sandwiches, wraps and cakes. Tast fine. It's not cosy, but oke for a quick lunch or some coffee. It's central in Union street.

Nearly closing time at Bon accord centre and needed a coffee fix. Girl at pret said no problem and made me a delicious latte and the service was fantastic and with a smile. Job well done thanks pret you made my day

Every time I have lunch here, I always think the food is nice. Me & my partner came here at the weekend and had to put out food back then return half an hour later as there were no seats. This is a big problem since they changed the layout of the food mall. We did eventually get a table but had to eat around the rubbish the last people left. For the business, the staff are not efficient enough in cleaning the tables. The tables could also be arranged a bit better. But overall, nice for a quick snack when shopping!

Located in the Food Court of a busy shopping mall, this restaurant serves standard Pret fare, fresh, mostly healthy, usually organic. It is open plan to the mall so if sitting at one of the outer tables it can feel like you are eating in a corridor but, busy weekends aside, it is usually possible to get a more secluded spot. Nothing to complain about but not remarkable either, hence 'average' is a fair rating.

Had coffee here as Starbucks was being refurbished. Staff were very friendly and we had a good people watching seat at the window overlooking Union St. I only glanced at the foo but was shocked at prices. 95p for a small nectarineand a small tub of mixed berries was £3.29!! Shocking. Coffee was ok and reasonably priced.

My wife and I had a snack lunch on Thursday. We have eating in Pret a lot since they arrived in Aberdeen. Nice fresh food and nice staff.However, on this occasion we had a flat bread sandwich with feta, chicken and spinach and a bbq pulled port soup.Unfortunately, the sandwich did not have enough filling.....more like dry flat bread with some filling.......The soup, which we were both looking forward too.....big disappointment due to too much cumin and coriander......due to the excessive spice content, you could not taste anything else....I would hope that they can address this type of issues to ensure visits to Pret are enjoyable
