Disaster of an establishment. Went in for food and drinks at 5.25pm after shopping in Glasgow. Told the 12yr old in our party needs to go at 6pm. Ok, early, out a lot in Glasgow with the child and this seems strict but their rules. Ok. Sit down, order food and drinks and the server demands every person orders a main? Not just drinks, one main (teen) and sides or we have to leave. We just left, can’t be bothered with stupid staff or businesses determined to cut their own throats. Staff were very unfriendly. Area was tiny. Looks awful, much better closer. AVOID.

One of the best if not the best pub and restaurant in Hamilton with amazing staff that look after you throughout your visit well done to you all and thanks for all your hard work every day of the week

Looks can be deceiving, we (6 ) had a good meal all with different dishes, Every one of our group was happy & relieved - just getting a place to eat on the Island is difficult. The main town does not inspire!

My favourite shop for the outdoors. Knowledgeable helpful team.

Great place, brilliant staff, if you like pool it has 2 tables. Plus dart board. Has karaoke on Friday & Saturday nights. Just a great pub with good atmosphere. Come along.

Had a lovely lunch in here . Ordered a steak pie which was beautiful - very tasty and lovely quality meat . Macaroni Cheese was also incredible . Great wee place, very welcoming and friendly staff . Thank you for a nice wee afternoon!

This café is lovely, WHEELCHAIR ACCESSIBLE entrance I meet a friend here often, very spacious and both ambience, space in the shop and staff are lovely

Never tried the food but honestly I was here all the time 5 years ago screaming Davis mibby ring a bell but noo the staff are shocking so cheeky horrible play would have recommended it back then but noo not a chance in hell terrible place never again staff are so horrible place is dead no one in there go anywhere else

Great location with nice view, quiet and clean, comfortable room, food is top, but the.most I liked there was the people run de business and the friendly and professionalism of the stuff working there. Park Hotel is definitely a place to stay, relax and visit Argyll and Bute area! Strongly recommended !!!

Like a lot of pubs clubs and restaurants this place is shutting it's doors unfortunately these days are totally different too around 15 20 years ago. Sad but a sign of the times folk just don't use these places as much as they used to ..

Another visit to The Maytree in Bruntsfield for some lunch was another great experience. We had Mushroom soup with toasted Focaccia filled with Bacon, Brie & Cranberry along with Tea and Chocolate Hazelnut slice. Food brilliant, served by a very friendly happy waitress. Music soundtrack just magic !!! See you again soon.

I am deeply disappointed with the Costa located in Forres Tesco. On numerous occasions, I have visited only to find the seating area closed due to "short staff." This has become a recurring issue, and it’s incredibly frustrating as a customer to constantly face the same situation. The store is relatively small with minimal foot traffic, yet two members of staff seem unable to manage. Their main task appears to be making coffee, which customers often have to collect themselves. In many cases, customers are left to clean up after themselves as well. It is hard to believe that the issue is due to staffing shortages. Instead, it seems that what’s truly lacking is effective customer service and proper training. As a loyal customer, I had hoped for a better experience, but this location has consistently failed to meet even the basic expectations. Unfortunately, this will be my last visit, as my trust in Costa Forres has been severely undermined. I’m not the only one who feels this way, as I know several other customers who share my disappointment.

looked on Google to see what time they opened and it said 8. My daughter and I turned up at 830 only to see the notice on the door said 9, I Waited till around ten past nine when someone eventually turned up. We then had to wait a further 15 minutes to order till the guy was ready, I told the person working how unhappy I was only to be given excuses and told it was the boss man's problem, I was given no apologies so I sent an email through their website, Its been 5 days and I am still waiting on a reply. It was my daughter's birthday and she loves the pancakes from this place but after being ignored and the service that day I will not be back
