Amazing food and service! The options are great and everything we ordered tasted great. It was quite affordable as well!

Food was alright for the price but confusing. Ordered a mexican burger. Nothing mexican about it, they just put chicken tikka spread on it. Asked one of the guys, he just looked at me pretending to be confused, didn't answer and just smiled / walked off.

Had a white coffee my partner had cup of tea. Best ever had to have another.

Didn't know what to expect when I walked in with 3 hungry children, but the owner was very welcoming. We ordered simple food: bacon rolls, garlic bread, samosas and coffee. The food was all better than it needed to be and was carefully made. The bacon rolls were generous and the garlic bread was very tasty. My children loved the food and the espresso was well pulled with a thick crema. Through out the meal the owner was very kind and attentive. The food was an excellent value and we look forward to returning and trying more specialties on the menu.

We just had breakfast this morning, croissant- pancake stack with bacon & maple syrup- fresh orange juice & 2 double expresso- just under £22. Food was fresh hot, tasty, delicious - background music sounded like my mums record collection- excellent 10 /10. Bring your appetite, you won’t go home hungry. Will definitely revisit the next time in Dundee.

My adult daughter introduced me to Beans & Berries, now we visit every time I'm in Dundee. Delicious every time. Some of the items on the menu are especially good for those with a sweet tooth.

No queuing here,food was First class Fast Tasty Cheap And the place was quiet so a table anywhere you like,far better than the chain cafes round the corner

The toppings were above and beyond and quite excellent, however the hot chocolate itself was a little bland, not particularly rich or with any consistency, and could certainly be improved. The venue was lovely however. 7/10

Great food, excellent service. Had a mixed breakfast with cooked and pancakes both were delicious. The standalone pancake was served with loads of fresh fruit and ice cream. Very impressed, will be back

Pancakes were pre made ones, not fresh and just covered in ton of cream to disguise them. Waffle was again pre made with alot of rose syrup. Overall, very poor quality of food.

Bubble tea was decent although the place was a bit dim inside. However, they have a great selection of bubble teas and fruit teas to choose from!

Service was slow and a bit erratic but the food was lovely and the staff were friendly

I would rate gelato for ok. Hope it could be more chewy and not so sugary. Nice decoration with all the oranges.

The Italian coffee is great and the cakes were fresh and very tasty. The staff were very friendly. Very cheap for the quality. Will certainly visit again

Without a doubt the BEST coffee in the city you can buy (tried probably everywhere you can get coffee in town). Head and shoulders above the rest, warm and friendly environment and fantastic food. A true highlight of Dundee City Centre.

Interesting place, abit different to other cafes. Huge menu! The desserts looked good. Had a salad and orange juice. Both were good. Would eat here again

Best boba tea I've had and excellent customer service!

Huge range of savoury and sweet foods, the centrepoint of which being their extravagant and decadent desserts and milkshakes. My (vegan) choices on the last visit were a Med-veg flatbread with dressed salad, fennel and cardamom tea, and a delicate vanilla cheesecake. It can get quite noisy downstairs when busy, a mix of patrons, music, and kitchen appliances at work, but it's not enough nuisance to dock a star for.

Different experience . Nice and clean with a wide selection of drinks and eats from snacks to meals. Coffee was enjoyable an Italian roasted blend without being to bitter. Well worth another visit.

I come here regularly with a friend to catch up, the staff are always so welcoming and friendly and up for a chat. The food and drinks are delicious and they have a lot of vegan options too which is great.

Awesome food, value for money. Worth visiting. Don't go with the look of shop. Just go inside & order; everything is just awesome. Don't miss Orange juice :-)

Female travelling on my own, staying in a cheap hotel for work, so walked around Dundee and found this place for dinner. I really liked it - the chairs need recovering but the food was fresh and clean tasting and the staff made me feel very welcome and not intimidated which I was grateful for. I had insalata mixta without tuna, and a green juice with Apple, pear, avocado, kiwi & mint… didn’t photograph well but was very tasty!!

Excellent place. The food costs a bit, but they do NOT skimp on what goes on the plate. You are getting full here, and you are getting full in style, just look at other people's photos here already, they are not cherry picked, they really do serve those desserts this fancy and there is no compromise on flavour.

Just ordered food from Beans&Berries website. Apparently, their website is not working but website did not specify this problem at all. So I phoned Beans&Berries in Dundee explaining my problem and why their website was not working. One of the Staff who did not speak proper English (probably the manager) was extremely rude and just gave me the random person’s number from any random website but not actual number to request full refund. Not happy with the service. When you actually go to this place without ordering, food is there really good but service was dreadful.

I'm sorry to say the flat white was not very nice just hot milk and no coffee taste at all

My Gran is a frequent customer with a few of her friends. She popped in the day after her birthday for a coffee with friends, and was surprised with a birthday cake from the staff at Beans and Berries! She was over the moon and did not expect it! Massive thank you to all the staff for making her day! They go above and beyond for their customers! I'd highly recommend! Food is delicious! And very well priced

Ordered a “mozzarella and Parma ham panini” but got a sandwich containing Parma ham, easy single cheese and garlic Mayo…? Really friendly staff but…

Looks really interesting, the staff were lovely and the presentation of the food was superb. Unfortunately the quality didn’t live up to the presentation- the coffee was weak, the cheese was plastic and the bread was cheap. Such a shame.

What a disappointment!! After hearing how wonderful this cafe is, to walk in with all unoccupied tables covered in rubbish and not cleaned. None of the staff had masks on, during our wait for milkshakes, 3 staff hanging about counter not doing anything (seriously use your brain and common sense and clean up the mess!!) then the girl who was about to serve our Shakes had her hands all over our straws before she put them into the glass. If I had known I would have complained, it was my passive mum who told me later, disgusting!! Such a shame as menu looked good but definitely won’t return. I value my health too much!

First time I've been despite eyeing it up for a while and regret not going sooner. I had the Banaberry Pancakes (banana, all the berries, strawberry ice cream, squirty cream and syrup) and easy amazed at the amount of pancakes and toppings you get in the stack! My friend had the Chocoberry Indulgence Crepes (nutella, strawberry, chocolate sauce, choc drops, squirty cream, ½ chocolate ½ strawberry ice cream). She really enjoyed it too. Will return soon to try more!

Love the selection of food and drinks available here! Offers something a bit different from most other cafes :) The Mexican burger was delicious, think could use with being a bit heavier though!

Brak ogólnodostępnego menu. Nie ma informacji o menu / o oferowanych napojach na ścianach ani w karcie 😲👎. Nieprofesjonalna obsługa. Zamówiłam podwójna kawę cortado w jednym dużym kubku. Dwoje pracowników dyskutowało naprzeciwko mnie czy mają zrobić 2 osobne kawy czy może dać 2 shots expresso. W końcu musiałam im wytłumaczyć że ponieważ jest to mała kawa to chcę dwie ale w jednym kubku. Ostatecznie dostałam wraz źle przygotowaną kawę 😣👎. Zamówiłam domowy sernik choć kartka z opisem informowała że jest to carrot cake. Do stolika dostałam chocolate browni 😣👎. Gdy siedziałam przy stoliku to kelner dwukrotnie mylił zamówienia dla pozostałych klientów i również przynosił pomylone zamówienia 😣👎👎👎. Moja koleżanka zamówiła inyjska herbatę Chai Latte a dostała kawę 😣👎. A jakby tego było mało to wizyta w toalecie była kropką nad i. Damska i męska wspolna toaleta🙁👎, popsute zamki tak że nie dało się zamknąć drzwi od środka 😖👎 i brak mydła w dozownikach 😠👎 Tych wpadek za jednym razem było zdecydowanie za wiele więc definitywnie odradzam to miejsce. 👎👎👎👎👎

Went in a few months ago for chips and waited over 50 minutes in an empty restaurant. It's a mistake which is easily enough made, forgetting to put the only order on, but one staff member lied to me and said the machine was broken. Wouldn't recommend.

Under new management. Cost cutting corners, no butter on the bacon roll!!!!! I mean c'mon!!

10/10 very friendly staff, clearly love their restaurant/cafe and love their customers, I was waiting on a bus and asked for chips before 17:40 and it was due to come out the air fryer at 17:40, this guy working 3x fast to pack my food and bag it so I can still catch the bus (and I did) 10/10 customer care ❤️ will be back vvv soon🥳

Lovely desserts!! Great place in town to have a coffee, dessert, hot chocolate, smoothies, shakes.... big menu selection. Must visit!

They’re presently doing takeaway biz from the blocked-off doorway of the property - and we were very glad of that. Both son & I ordered the Parma ham & mozzarella panini, and took them in their polystyrene boxes down to the park & ate them in the sunshine. They were 😋 very tasty and filling. Later on we went back, & had double scoop cones of their absolutely delicious 🍦ice-cream. I have a weakness for the salted-caramel paired with ferrero-rocher, and son opted for tablet with cookie dough. We never exchanged a word until the cones were 😛 finished. Great staff too - nothing’s too much bother.

I'm still amazed with the Mintropolis. Fabulous! I want to come back!

I love the waffles here, so tasty and worth the money. The staff are friendly too. I have to take off a star for the condition of the toilets though, they are often dirty and have broken locks.

Can't say why I have never reviewed Beans n Berries before. Always compare other eateries to here when we get soup. It is a good benchmark for tasty tomato n pepper or chicken chowder soup. (Loved the Moroccan veg (I think) like curry no longer on offer.) Good value, pleasant staff and central location.
