Costa Coffee in Moray

Visited today and was served by Ariane and Callum, very polite, friendly and helpful.

As good as Costa gets - friendly, helpful service always!

Weak tastless coffee, asked barista to add a shot as it was milky and tastless, she said its extra or they would make another, I opted for another that was not as bad. I asked if they had changed coffee however the reply was, "It's the same mocha we used for years". Well fine with that attitude I won't bother arguing. Maybe it's the way they make it but it's not good coffee. I won't be back.

Dirty dishes. While they are writing about caution during covid, the cafe offers customers unwashed spoons and knives. Have you ever heard of sanitation here?

We use this Costa when shopping at Tesco. The staff and service are first class. Since COVID our visits have been less frequent but what must be noted is the staff’s attention to cleanliness and covid rules including track and trace. All the procedures followed rigorously especially cleaning of tables etc, immediately a customer leaves. This not found in other establishments. All of the staff here are a credit to your company and must be commended.

Only a coffee but this was just right. You know when something taste, smells and looks good, it’s rare. However this flat white was perfect and nice person serving.

The Costa in Forres is the best one the Batista's make the perfect latte the ambience of the outlet is perfect and the service is first class

I ordered my drink and took a seat as my knee was hurting. When my drink was called, the girl who served me (who was now cleaning tables) went over and got my coffee without me even asking. Nice to see somewhere that stl has good customer service.

Expensive , it's better buying one on the hoof , usually only a pound.

As usual my husband and I had a very enjoyable coffee once again and, as reported previously, we have a very pleasant, helpful and efficient staff at Costa within the premises of Tesco in Forres, Morayshire.

On a foggy, miserable morning in July this weary traveller stopped off in tesco Forres for a comfort break and found a Costa which has recently had an upgrade with more space and many more comfy seats. Having been a Costa coffee drinker for quite a while the upgrade was welcome but what was even better was the smiling friendly faces of both baristas. Well done Costa

Great place for a quiet coffee and sandwich. Feels like what the Costa brand used to originally stand for, feels a lot less commercial compared to the other Costa establishments. Great for a little relax or read.

Very good Costa lovely coffee and snacks and comfy seating , no big ques and helpful staff.Cafe tables kept clear and clean.

Had a nice bite tae eat with 3 pals and we all had drinks. Very helpful staff and service was quicker than we expected, as it was quite busy at the time. Only fault is that it being in a tesco store the prices dinnae reflect what you can buy ie.. Pepsi diet loads cheaper in store.

Top class coffee and staff remember my orders

Costa Coffee is located within the Tesco supermarket in Forres. There is a nicely laid out dining area with lots of comfortable seating. There is a good range of hot and cold drinks and snacks. Service was friendly, prices reasonable and we both enjoyed our mid afternoon cuppa. The only minor criticism was that the empty tables were not cleared very quickly.

Good for a cheap (£1) pot of tea.

It's got a nice cosy atmosphere, Costa quality, great staff friendly and knowledgeable, good food and drink, good choice too.

It's Costa, caffeine hit is fine, not much taste to the cappuccino.
