Where do I start? From the minute of booking and yes you do have to prebook ( they don't do walk ins), to the moment you leave, the whole experience is personal and first class. Knocking on the door may seem strange but from that moment on Rose knows your name and is the perfect host. Embrace the atmosphere of the restaurant it's one sitting and your meal is also prebooked. You are never rushed and encouraged to take your time. The food is what you pay for, Quality and lovingly cooked by Patrick (chef/owner) who comes to see everyone after their meals and spends time talking to you about you, and your meal, afterwards you can stay at the table or retire to the lounge area which we did for cocktails. I've never experienced such warmth, fantastic food and yet intimacy in one hit but I'll definitely go again Starter: Goats cheese salad Main: venison lasagne Desert: scottish tiramsu Bill: no suprises as prebooked plus whatever drinks you order.

Tucked away on a road in the middle of nowhere really this understated restaurant does a mean Indian. Although the decor and toilets could do with a bit of love and attention the food here was amazing. Fresh tasting, well prepared dishes and lots of trade for both eat in and takeaway meals. Quite possibly one of the best Indian meals we have had for a while. If ever your this far North, it is well worth a visit.

We popped in here for lunch that we could take away with us. The staff were friendly, service was fast and the coffee and food were really good. There looked to be seating inside but as it was such a nice day we waited outside for our order. A great spot for food or coffee, and if we were in the area we'd definitely return!

Even if not doing any biking you can still go and eat here. Great food brought to you by the Nethy Bridge team. Eat in or outside.

Found this unassuming kiosk at the side of Grand Park beside children's playground. Ice cream offer was not huge but there were some delightful flavours. and the quality of the ice cream was excellent. We chose lemon and ginger, apple crumbed, cookies and cream and raspberry ripple. Not a bad choice between them. Some benches beside cafe to either watch over children playing or enjoy the beautiful trees in the grounds of the Park. All in all a gem of a find.

Trip down memory lane to Millbuies for a short walk. Great to see catering available and pleasantly surprised by the quality of the coffee and treat (tasty jammie dodger that could feed a family). Friendly service, tasty food and drink just what you need on a morning walk.

Cullen is starting to get good food outlets and this one is no exception. Their pizzas, made to order, are just s a pizza should be with a tangy sauce and great choice of toppings. It is a go-to place for burgers, kebabs and pizzas.

Zaika is the best Indian takeaway in Elgin without a doubt. Itâs a small family owned takeaway and everything is cooked fresh. I can honestly say I have never had a bad experience here. My favourite is the Chicken Tikka Masaladar, itâs very spicy with a kick but also has a sweet tang to it. Highly recommend this. I have tried most of the speciality dishes and they are just equally as good.

Made reservation in the states, required 10 pounds down payment (not a big deal). My reservation was for Friday night. Got there and seated. Beautiful place, wooden structural was well put together. The 10 course meal was delicious. Each plate was explained. There were a few "wow" factors on my meal. It was well worth the price. Presentation was very high. Each course was served with new clean knife, fork and spoon.
