We were visiting Dunbar and stopped here for tea and cake. Very efficient and reasonably priced. Nice cake

We are from Belgium and we are on holiday in Inverness for a week. We have had a few good experiences in other restaurants. But this place is absolutely amazing! The food is excellent. The atmosphere and the river view are amazing. And the staff are super friendly and make sure that you get the best experience. This place is definitely a must-visit. It's a shame our holiday is almost over. We would have visited a second time.

I will dream of this apple porridge the rest of my life! It was so good. My husband got the avocado toast and he quite liked it. The staff was very friendly.

Great service and a delicious Roasted sweet potato soup.

Usually if I ever go here the food is spot on. Today however I was there earlier and ordered dble burger with just bacon nothing else on it and chips. By time i get home , through traffic jams etc only to fund they gave me a dble cheese burger bacon. .. I clearly told the guy dble burger with bacon nothing else on it , no salad , sauces etc. I call to speak to someone and firstly tried to blame me saying i ordered it , then admitted he got it wrong, then when I said I'm miles away and in traffic ..then get waffled on about calling back later for manager or email etc... I offered my email so the can send anything to me as way of proof if I ever went back in... but got waffled off by guy on phone who was guy who took my order. Some might say scrape it off but I don't do cheese at all. And why should I when I didn't get what I paid for ...intact probably got charged even more for something I didn't want. One of my favourite spots for food and drink. Impromptu visit today, we shared a pizza, katsu loaded fries and I got a half pint of red stripe. Quality.

Great pub with a good selection of beers friendly staff with a good service.

Había oído que el Queso Macarrones era genial aquí, así que siendo alguien cuya personalidad completa es el Queso Macarrones, tuve que arrastrar a mi novio. El personal era muy amable, servicial y atento a pesar de que era un sábado por la tarde muy ocupado. Desafortunadamente hubo un problema con una de las freidoras, lo que significaba que no podíamos tener muchos de los platos pequeños que esperábamos probar, pero no era el fin del mundo. Teníamos la hamburguesa escocesa, Hot Tramp Mac n Cheese (tamaño lateral) y patatas fritas cargadas. La comida era excepcional, y a pesar de estar tan ocupado, nos sirvieron a los 15 minutos de pedir. Es un servicio de bar que en realidad me gustó bastante. En general recomendaría y volvería. Obviamente, el sábado antes de Navidad va a ser uno de los días de servicio más concurridos para un bar del centro de la ciudad, pero posiblemente pasaría a mitad de semana porque era un poco difícil tener una conversación debido a los niveles de ruido. Sin embargo, esto no es para el Almirante Woods, es solo una de estas cosas y sabíamos esperarlo.

V quiet Sunday am. Friendly service but average food

A pleasant hotel with a good location in the city center. Attentive staff, at a level. Quality breakfast concept, cozy and excellent restaurant. The room is comfortable, quiet, just cold for my taste. The air conditioning did not have time to heat the room and the bathroom. But otherwise everything was fine.

We went for a meal on the recommendation of another member of the family. The original front of the establishment is more traditional but the back area where the dining rooms are is spacious clean and very well kept. The food was delicious and very well served. The waiting staff were very good and polite.

First time here having been to dundee many times but always walked past this place. Had lunch and was very impressed with the food and service. Definately be back.

1 small cappucino with a heated heated chocolate twist for £6!! 😂😂 McDonald's does delicious coffee and a breakfast for £2.79.

The food was amazing, fresh and great temperature. The management of the pub was great at assisting anybody. Felt like a great space and calm.
