Costa Coffee in North Ayrshire

We go here regularly when visiting north Ayrshire the best costa we've ever been in. Lovely friendly staff whether it be drive through or sit in always get a lovely welcome and they remember our faces makes all the difference greeted with nice staff. Well done costa Stevenston and we visit many costa stevenstons cafe is the best 1st class

Reusable cup rewards not added and food voucher not taken off. Staff also unpleasant where usually staff are really helpful

Nice clean friendly shop plenty of parking or there's the drive through. Always pretty busy that's a good sign.

Good coffee and always friendly service, but the WiFi has been ‘broken’ for so long now (many, many months), it’s obvious that they have no intention of fixing it. Might not seem a big problem, but the cafe is in a mobile dead-spot, so no chance of keeping connected while you’re here.

The cakes were put in together underneath the hot food which meant the chocolate melted and made such a mess. They had also run out of marshmallows for the hot chocolate. Although the staff were lovely, the food wasn't good and probably the worst costa I've visited because of the food.

Small breakfast treat and nice to see traditional toasties and panini menu has resumed after the turkey based Xmas specials plenty seating options when we went other than that it's a Costa and you know what your going to get before you enter the shop

Was charging car near by and had 50 mins to spare if honest only second time using Costa coffee 1st was service station on way to Whitby- I found the restaurant to be very clean and the tables well laid out and the staff attentive and very friendly . Had a medium latte and heated cinnamon bun Mmm my mate a large latte and millionaire shortcake- overall I’d definitely go back .

I recently visited Costa Coffee and was thoroughly delighted by the warm welcome from the staff. Their benevolence truly turns this café into a cozy nest for customers. Highly recommend for anyone seeking a pleasant and friendly atmosphere!

Was given a fully melted and slightly warm, iced coffee frappe. 1 iced drink should not go in a bag with 3 hot drinks...

One small skinny latte, one small hot chocolate with no extra and one medium coconut cappuccino, £9.85…. Is that why people are skint? Wasting money on coffees they could make at home for a fraction of the price? They have also increased all their prices recently, do you think people will keep buying coffees at these prices? They won’t UPDATE - prices have increased a good bit in 2023, I now make coffee at home.

Getting very expensive and smaller food portions staff in a rush and do not interact.

Once more a great cappuccino, coffee and Iced coffee, and a nice slice of fresh cake each. Nice relaxing atmosphere in Costa, staff as usual were welcoming and pleasant, an asset to your company.

I've visited this place several times while visiting relatives and thought it would be good to have my say. 👍 Spacious, clean, tidy and shiny new. 👍 All on the flat, so great for disabled access and parking right out front. 👍 Has a drive-through - my mind is still processing; we now have that! 👍 Has lots of indoor seating, outdoor seating and accessible disabled toilets. 👍 Has a great selection of snacks and goodies as well as the standard Costa menu of coffee. 👎 I visited at quiet times, but I can imagine this place getting VERY busy. 👎 I took a star off for personal reasons ( maybe unfair, but it's what I feel) - the staff. I did not feel particularly welcome, and the apathy of the staff was similar on every visit. 👎👎 On My last visit, I bought a huge coffee that cost around £7. My husband waited in the car. I struggled to get the lid on after adding my sweetener (I have cognitive issues and epilepsy, which affects my abilities). I tried but the lid was tricky. I got embarrassed, so I left without properly securing it and I was hardly out the door when I spilt the whole coffee everywhere, including over myself. My husband encouraged me to go for another and I did. Now it was perfectly obvious I had had a mishap and I asked for the same again whilst telling the girl I had spilt the last one. It was my fault, but had that been my business I would have hoped my staff would apply a bit of empathy to the situation and even give me a wee discount. In fact I just got the same apathetic attitude I've now come to expect in the shop. So, great shop shame about the staff.

Amazing team of people in here. I am here every morning to start my day with work and Heather (Store Manager) and the team are incredibly personable and make your day with how they take a personal approach. Well done Heather!

Usually really good. Coffee was good. But every table had dirty dishes on it and when they were eventually cleared, none of the tables were actually cleaned down. Not what I would usually expect from my Costa.

Most pleasant costa team in west of Scotland!! We do go for our small decaffeinated coffee in a bigger cup but it’s really because the team are absolutely charming!!!

Tried to get in a few weeks ago but very busy . Only have been in there once and found the staff friendly .The cost of the coffee and cake were quite expensive but there again everywhere is right now.

went in on sunday the place was absolutely mobed but the staff were amazing lovely to see such great team work and all girls were so friendly and profesional what a credit to your company it made it a lovely place to visit will totally recommend to all my friends and looking forward to going back

Perfect after a busy day just to pop in and relax, staff are very friendly and take the time to get to know you, so that when you return they know exactly what you want to drink and exactly how you like it, lovely atmosphere very busy but they still make time for the customers

I absolove costa coffee although getting a little expensive. The food is not ideal at all apart geom the cakes and treats ect still quite expensive even for a slice of millionaire short bread. Definitely wouldn't eat the sandwiches they are all pre packed. Staff are amazing always have a smile. I visit here Mon-Fri for my coffee

We ordered then at the window the girl told us the deal was on the app...we apologised and said we didn't have the app.....told us coffees were on them this time! Excellent customer service and app now download...we will be back! Thank you 💕

Not had oat milk for weeks and when they do get some it last a few days

Clean, tidy and the blueberry muffin is stuffed with blueberries. Outside tables are perfect for the dogs.

coffee was ok, seating area quite small. table had been left a mess by previous customer which we cleared and the staff cleaned it down.

A welcome little stop for me as we travelled to Isle of Bute. Happy staff, clean tables, decent food and a toilet break. Then an hour or so to the ferrys.

Flipping heck £20 for 4 small hot chocolates omg I feel like I've been taken for a ride and dumped by a girlfriend and I'm hurtin geez it won't be happening again. Yes it was OK buy just OK it was overpowering like drinking sugar syrup. Not a good experience.

Been going to this branch for years . Staff always helpful, friendly & professional. Really friendly, cosy atmosphere, better than IRVINE branch that is the complete opposite of this in many ways. My only complaint is the flies on the pastries & cakes (worse in summer), very off putting & unhygenic, perhaps a class shield for cakes or one of these fly blasters should be considered.

Cannot believe that someone paid for our coffee and bacon rolls at Costa in Stevenston..A guy in a pick up and trailer ..have never seen the guy ever ..Went to pay at drive thru ..to be told the guy in front paid your bill..I thought someone is at it....Thank you so much who ever you are ..We went on and paid the person behind us ..🎅🎅☃️☃️☃️

The staff were excellent, but the flys 🪰 crawling all over the pastries was very off putting, suggest that Costa coffee invest in glass cabinets that close, to keep the creepy crawlies out.

This Costa is well laid out, contemporary and has very friendly, professional staff. The location is ideal for passers and it is always busy. I enjoy the food and cake selection along with the usual Costa range of drinks. I also use the App to build points and then treat myself and my friends to a coffee every now and then. The location is central in that it is beside a dual carriageway on the confluence of KIlwinning and Stevenston. The store is always clean and well maintained.

I don't drink tea and coffee but I love going here for the frostino without the coffee lol. Plus there hot chocolate especially the flavored ones. Chocolate orange hot chocolate was my favorite. Hope they bring it back
