Despite talking to the owners about dining we weren't advised of the need to book, so, when we turned up and the place was half empty we could get nothing but an overpriced drink. The prices didn't seem to stop some of the locals from quaffing ill-advised quantities of beer, lager and spirits and then driving home

The staff here have gone over and above with kindness. I can’t thank them all enough for putting such a rainbow in my stormy day. You guys are amazing - THANK YOU!

The coffee is ok but the service is less than average. The person taking the orders had to lift herself off the counter before she served me. The coffee was slow to arrive even though there were two baristas working. Very much agree that it seems to be image over substance.

Hygge is the best cafe in Sheffield. Absolutely adore this place because of its cool set up and atmosphere. I came here because of nearest to my hotel and its high rating. The set up inside is not only for cafe but use this space for work. So calm but cool atmosphere. It's a really chill place for any ages. Plenty of seatings as well as work space. Friendly staff and great service. Food was very delicious and appetising. Strong coffee. What else someone can dream more from a cafe.

Three of us went in and ordered; two desserts came out first slightly cold whilst we waited ages for the third to be constructed we complained as we went in to eat as a family hoping to eat together. At the end we were given a feeble apology and a really very small discount for the inconvenience I would not recommend this place the photos looked better than reality.

Another trip to Cononley and a few visits to the Railway Inn. They’ve certainly upped their game over our last 2 or 3 visits and we had a few good nights in the beer garden. Really friendly staff, good service and prices which are very reasonable. The nachos with sour cream are to die for.

What a treat to call into a pub for lunch without tumble weed. A well stocked and well supported pub. The menu can be picked up and ordered from the bar. Hearty fayre. We enjoyed a Sri Lanka curry as well as a beef and Stilton pie. Both were delicious. The pub also seems well supported by locals who met in there for a catch up. Dogs seem welcome. Car park round the back. Welcoming atmosphere, would definitely go again
