First time visiting the drive thru. One of the best mochas I have had was really lovely. Got a puppicino for the pup and it was huge! Staff were really helpful and friendly. Will definitely be returning.

We were a large party of 7 with a dog and they managed to fit us in on a Sunday without booking. Staff were very friendly and attentive. We had just missed the carvery so had the filled Yorkshire pudding. Portions were great and the food was delicious. Highly recommend!

We really like Nero in Ilkley. The staff are always friendly & courteous. The coffee is lovely & tasty (could do with being a little hotter though) We call in at the weekend with our dog & are made to feel very welcome. The Cinnamon bun & Apricot Croissant are our fave 'naughty treat' dour daughter swears by the Belgian Chocolate cake. Highly recommend, it's great!

Hopeless place …last 3 times I have been in there, standing in a long queue for them to tell you when you get to been served , that they’re only serving in paper cups . So when I go for a coffee and they ask you if it’s sit or take out , it means nothing . I enquired as to why they were not serving in proper cups and mugs ….answer we are very busy What a cop out. If you’re busy then you should be geared up for that . If I want a paper cup I’ll go in and get a coffee to go . What a joke ..

The cafe was tired and in need of a refurb. There were dirty tables and food on the floor. I ordered and paid for a medium salted caramel frappe but unless Costa have done a bit of ‘shrinkflation’ I’m pretty sure I was given a small drink.

Lad serving was very polite... Old Las ambling about wasn't interested.. missus ordered a breakfast which she actually gagged on. Never seen a sausage of such disgusting quality . My eggs had something unsavoury and crunchy in them. Wish I'd read previous reviews before sitting down and putting my self through the trauma

I stayed one night during the week. My room had a double bed and two twin beds. The room was very clean and comfortable. The bathroom had a large shower cubicle with a rainfall shower head a handheld shower and 6 body jets. Hand cleaning jell is provided. You need to take your own shower jell etc. The breakfast was excellent. Overall I had a good nights sleep and will definitely stay again. PS great beer selection.

Not the finest bakery., had ordered quite a bulk of goods and it appeared those working there were rather annoyed at my request lots of “sighing” in relation to my order and just an overall unfriendly vibe.

Chicken burger is fantastic. Southern fried chicken filet freshly prepared. Chicken Doner is to die for, I go nowhere else for it. If papa dinas is closed I'm not eating chicken doner.
