Staff didn't seem to have a clue what was going on. Missing ingredients, items not toasted, tables dirty. Said they were not able to make a kids ham and tomato sub with no tomato...so we'd have to pick it out! Also got overcharged as the guy at the till quite clearly didn't know what he was doing.

Have it 2* coz at least I ate something. 1* for the service and the other for understanding that times are hard. So basically this branch never has ingredients for the food we like. Has different folk who get drafted in who are used to their own shops and not this one. If ever there's a reason why Subway is going down, I can see it clearly with this branch. Staff is good though trying to keep it afloat. Wifey didn't want to return to this branch as she knows that it never has anything. You can tell staff are struggling and not their fault. The other day there was only 1 worker and today 2 but still wasn't as smooth as it should be. Buying a footlong sandwich meal deal that you didn't want in the first place is a bit not nice as you would have travelled and then forced to get something. Subway please sort this branch out.

One of the sandwich artists locked all the customers in the shop, this is all the more concerning with their lacklustre attitude to the toaster, letting it go at least 10 seconds over on the timer, there could have been a serious fire with all the customers trapped inside.

I like subway usually and have been to many but this is the worst one by far, the only time I walked out without a sandwich. One useless staff member, another stressed and angry one. I waited 20 mins then walked out cos it wasn’t worth waiting cos it looked run down. After I left the guy locked the door because the queue was too long and then more people were trying to leave but were locked in. Go to BAYNES next door instead

I went in a couple of days ago around 10.30am to get 2 salad boxes, on entry there was 2 members of staff sitting at 2 tables. The woman said, we've no bread for 15/20mins - but there was a rack full of bread behind the counter and I said it was fine as I was in for a salad box. When I got to the counter there was hardly any salad available and the only meat that was out was chicken tikka and the steak. The man who was serving me said we don't have turkey or ham because we've not prepared it yet so I told him to just leave it. Very poor service, store isn't great and the woman looked like she'd rather be anywhere in the world but there. Wouldn't recommend this store at all.

Was Thursday morning 31/08 when I went at the premises 10:28 a.m., the place supposed to open at 9 am still I ask if was open wich she said no, arguing that the meat was not ready, while for the whole time she was speaking through phone. So I ask her what time you gonna open to wait and she TOTALLY IGNORED ME. If you dont like "hospitality" seryously look for another job but this about the satisfaction to the costumer wich I have to say the food of course is very nice as always but who want to eat being "serve" in such a bad way and at this time in the morning, you just lose your appetite

It's a bit shame that I have to review this place with one star but I have no other option to let the management that they loosing costumers. Is my second time coming and being served from this young skinny rude blonde girl. Both times her attitude is very unacceptable. You could see on her face how angry and annoyed is serving me or even my friends. The first time few days ago when I got served from here I didn't said anything because I thought she had a bad day, this is the second time today and makes it clear that she doesn't know or care to provide a simple costumer service . It's a quick in and out place, as long as the queue isn't too big. Online orders seem to hold things up in all subways now. The lady who served me last time was really friendly. It's not always like that. Not unfriendly, just focused on being efficient.

There's almost always something wrong. Either staff don't know what they're doing, half the ingredients missing or the making of subway goes wrong somehow. You'll get a Subway, but you'll also be slightly disappointed.

Used to be a fast food place, but now it takes forever. 4 staff and only three people in there and it still took over 15 minutes. I didn't even ask for coffee because that adds another 10 minutes, the machine is so slow.

I ordered a plant patty sub and was asked if I wanted cheese on it. Thankfully I asked if it was vegan cheese as it turned out not to be. It then took about 10 minutes for the staff to find vegan cheese. Also there were no potato crispers. When the sub was ready I asked for lettuce, onions and black olives. There were no onions and there was only a tiny bit of lettuce left. I picked up a packet of crisps and went to pay. I asked if I could use my points and spent several more minutes watching the staff member fiddling about on the till before I was informed by another member of staff that I couldn't use points to pay for crisps. Neither acknowledged me when I arrived, smiled or said please and thank you. No apology for items being out of stock. I'll just make myself a sandwich at home next time.

Only 2 staff on dealing with App orders so we had quite a wait before we were served. The meatballs were added in COLD and did not achieve an adequate temperature even when toasted, as they were still hard and cold when we bit into our subs! No cookies whatsoever available at 12pm so had to just add crisps to our meal deals.

What not to like, a nice sandwich. This branch seems bigger than usual and there is plenty of space inside. The staff are at hand and know what they are doing. Now its not the highest quality sandwiches but for what you expect it to be, it deserves 5 stars. I recommend you stop by after a shop around the area.

I normally rave about subway. But not this time 3 members of staff behind the counter. Granted they were busy with a just eat order. The girl took my order after she finished with the just eat order. Put it in the grill it beeped to say it was ready. The young lad took it out and left it on the side as he took other ones out leaving it to get cold then he got round to putting my salad on it. I asked for a coffee to be informed that the coffee machine was broken. Not even oh we have other beverages available. Very disappointed in the service. Certainly will not be visiting this one again.

I love a subway and boy have I noticed a difference since the young lad came to this store, I think I've seen him at Asda The Jewels Subway, as like I say I go to many subways all over the country, I have noticed a huge difference in cleanliness in this shop and all seems to have happened since the English lad arrived, Well done Subway, this young man is a credit to Subway and esp this store. On this basis only I will come back to this Subway.

Today they seemed short of staff. Two guys up front serving, one was asked what type if cheese the slices were by a ten year old & could not answer the question, the other looked vacant whilst serving customers with an impression that he really hated his job n didnt want to be there, he appeared to lack the energy to even smile. Charley. From out back came the only female staff member available she was called up front to take payment walking towards the till still texting on her mobile phone. Olive Oil. This branch is going down hill fast. I think Management need to have a shake up. What a depressing atmosphere & i wont even mention the dirty seating area

I pooped in for 4 sandwiches Saturday lunchtime with my 12 year old daughter, we had already decided our order when the manger asked what we’d like, we asked for meatballs, too be barked at they wasn’t ready, thinking on our feet for a few seconds we choose something else, not sure if it was the fact it took us a few seconds too decide on a second choice, that she carried on barking at us or if this is her usual manner, but I can only say I was shocked by her customer service skills. Through the whole order she was rude unresponsive never once used manners made no eye contact with us and we left feeling upset and angry, I asked the male on the till who the manger was to complain to be told to my shock she was the manager, I don’t think I will be going here again. Just been in to your Manvers store in Rotherham and there was chicken in the guacamole and cheese in nearly all the salad items. So my 'vegan sandwich' was virtually empty and if I'd have ordered a vegan salad I'd have been eating the patty and some pickles. Absolutely apauling to say they're pushing the new vegan options. Maybe they need to keep the vegan items on opposite sides of the divider if they want that vegan £ x

Called in last week for two sandwiches, got to the till, the girl said the price I expected, paid for them, went home, ate them, done. Only problem was when I checked my bank statement next day, they charged me £17! Went through customer services, they confirmed I’d been charged for FOUR sandwiches! Unfortunately I’d thrown my receipt, customer services advised me to contact the shop direct, but the reply I got basically was as much use as a chocolate fire guard. Yes I should have kept my receipt, and even checked it before I left. But really, I shouldn’t have to. Been in here before when they’ve charged me for the wrong sandwich filling, paid about a quid more than I should, I can cope with that but being charged about £11 more, I can’t! So my advice to everyone who goes here, check your receipt at the till BEFORE you walk away! Or even better pay with cash! We’re all guilty of human error but charging someone for four sandwiches, but telling them the price of what they actually purchased is just plain deceitful.

Went on lunch for work lunch. Ordered the tuna. There was a piece of bacon in the tuna run as the bacon was overflowing. The girl just took it out with her hand. Didn't change gloves and proceeded to slap quite a heavy amount of tuna on the bread. Way too much the sandwich fell apart. Most workers have little option but to go here due to surrounding offices. But this subway has to improve its standards. When doing the salad and sauces another girl did not know the meaning of a little sauce. She still smothered the sandwich. Terrible won't be returning until standards improve

Went today at half 12, now you expect it to be busy with it been dinnertime but 4 people in the queue ahead of a queue which was out the door had lists of at least 7 orders each which obviously held everyone up especially when one person paid for 8 orders all indivudually. Subway is ment to be fast food, you need to look at making sure that people are not going in to order lists when it's your busy times. Why not make them all drop the order off with payment say before 12 then let them give you a time they can collect. By the time of got to pay for my sandwich and waited for the large orders to pick their salad reading from a list and paid my sandwich was barely warm. You seriously need to think about people just turning up with lists when it's busy!!

I can’t add photos but if I could you wish you had a Rabitt to eat all the Salad the stuff in the sub. However the issue was that I ordered Tuna and I needed a microscope to find any in the sub. Two of the other Subs were suppose to have Cheese however they missed these out but did put extra Salad in, which I didn’t need. Although they were 20 minutes early, I wish they hadn’t come at all as not only was food cold but a complete disappointment. Don’t risk it.

Ordered cheese and toasted on both sandwiches, they both turned up without either, also was missing cookies off the order, Rang up the store and told the man the problem they said 'sorry very busy ring this number' hung up on me, I rang back and he gave me the number, but he hung up again when I asked who it was I would be calling, turns out it was the delivery driver, he said no problem we'll sort it for you, he brought back a new sandwich and the cookies, but again, not cheese and toasted, so I rang back and again he told me to ring the delivery driver again, however when I spoke to him he told me I'd already had my extra cheese in the first sandwich, and that he didn't want to talk to me because he's just the delivery driver. Absolutely disgusting customer care, regardless if your store is busy you should be pushing to at least listen to when people are telling you what's wrong.

Just a gross sloppy mess, way way too much sauce. You would think when putting the sauce on they would stop at the point that you can no longer see the filling, but no they just flooded the thing making it absolutely vile to eat. I love subway, can't fault the food other than it was a tad cold, but that's the risk you take What's annoying is delivery times They always add half an hour to the time. Every single time. And yet they often deliver it earlier than the original time. Which is frustrating if I don't have time to sit around and wait for it; if I asked for my food to be delivered at 8.15 and it's supposed to arrive at 8.45 I'm not impressed when it turns up at 7.50 It's an ongoing issue with subway, they're either way too early or way too late However the delivery guy was and is always lovely and smiley so they do have that going for them

We love Lottie’s and have been regular customers since it opened. Great coffee and tasteful, comfortable decor inside and beautiful outdoor area. My one downside is the severe price increase recently.
