These people are salt of the earth, the butcher today moved heaven and earth to facilitate my strange demand. Man's a northern legend and a testimony to Morrisons recruitment.

It's OK just a shame it's on Cortonwood. Getting in and out is a nightmare

I find that Morrisons is an unpredictable place to shop, both stock-wise, and price wise.

Too busy and to me the shop layout is not good - tills and self service manic

Expensive shop. Thought I'd try them as I have recently moved close to one. Unfortunately, they are too expensive for my wage packet. Nice stuff. Just too much at the till. Sorry guys. Must do better.

Just had my first "meal" in the cafe today, very disappointed, only just warmed up, trays not cleared away, no trays to put anything on, no milk in the pots to add to beverages, dirty, will not be going back in the cafe again 🤬

Great shopping experience but expensive in this current climate. Free parking and trolleys. All in all a pleasant experience

Been going to morrisons at cortonwood since it opened, but recently there's a security guard that follows me and my husband every week, down every isle, and even at the check out , I get really upset about this as we go every week , last night was the final straw, I'm shopping else where next week , don't really want to but he makes me feel really uncomfortable

Nice range of products. Prices are from fair to high. If you find a bargain you're in luck like I was today. Laundry capsules ware cheap

Less choice of items fresh food very close to sell by date within 24 hours cooked meat counter absolute rubbish prices sky high. Nothing has changed and the cafe is pathetic on service and quality visited today 18/2/2023, nothing altered at all 16/5/2023 nothing changed 30/12/2023

Morrisons are go to supermarket. Where ever we are in the country we always call in.

Nipped into Morrisons exclusively for the salad bar. Highly disappointing quite a few empty trays. And just few bits of salad and pasta to choose from. Not your usual range from Morrisons salad bar. Subsequently chose not to bother at all.

Very rude women at flower section today at 12.30pm (12/12/23). Was two blonde women, asked the older one if I could have a box for some £30!! Supermarket flowers. She said no because they are being reduced at 5pm so she’s took them out the box… it wasn’t 5pm and I was going to pay full price for them? I asked if I could even buy a box, that’s how much I needed one and she still refused to give me a box. She was rude. Honestly I have never left a review before but I’ve left feeling like rubbish after this encounter. Forgot the box was coming out of her wage. Think before you speak to people the way you do.

Today we tried to order food and was ignored stood t the till for about 10 mins before my husband had to grab the waiter who kept walking past us to serve us. The place had about three tables with people at them the rest of tables were dirty with food and dishes. And the floor was covered in food. When our food finally arrived. My food was cold. Then took ages to get this replaced. This was poor service and substandard Who wants to eat in a diry cafe. It's not like there prices are going down I was disgusted if I'm honest. I complained and got the price of meal refunded which was OK but it's not to the standard you would expect

Good but would like more humans at the tills instead of self check-out

I went to the store to do some shopping, then I had to collect some sandwich order. A lovely man called Neil, came out with my order in another trolley. I told him I’d go and put mine in the car and return. He insisted that he would take it for me. What a lovely pleasant person, who chatted to me while we got to my car. People are too quickly to complain when you get bad service, never commenting on good. Big shout out to Neil. A credit to the store.

Did a small basket shop at Morrisons, Corton Wood yesterday as I am a single pensioner. Went to the automatic self service tills (there are over 20 of them) to pay. And they are all card only, and I always pay by cash. It looks like this store is card payments only. So I left my basket shop on the floor and went to Aldi, which has automatic self service tills that are duel and take cash and card. Why can't you do that at Morrisons??. Manager you want to sort it out as you are preducing against cash customers and losing them. I will now shop in cash friendly stores. No wonder Morrisons is not in the top four rated stores any more. Pending customers if you read this and pay by cash, go elsewhere. I mean paying by card if you got no money in the bank is a non starter

Large car park, with a 24 hour petrol station. Toilets, cafe, hot food from market street. Good meal deals

Don't know what's happened to the Morrison's or who the store manager is but the male toilets are disgusting and he/she is obvs not doing her job. What the hell happened ?

Bought a too good to go bag from the app. Went to store and received a bag of bakery, fruit and vegetable all dated from the previous day , rang the store spoke to manager who told me this was policy to give all out if date items in the bag , Ie what I could have got if I had gone bin diving at rear of store. However Too good to go states it is food on the date of collection that is on date that you are saving from the bin. I advise all customers of Too good to go not to purchase from Morrisons and boycott buying food from the trash can. Let's see how that affects Morrisons profits if all goes to landfill and no one saves there food. I am totally appalled by this policy and will not be shopping there again.

Prices can be a little high at times, but the environment is nice. Cafe is really nice.

Great supermarket with great fresh produce. Good prices - cheaper than Tesco.

Popped in for a couple of items and found they had no gluten free bread apart from rolls and thins. Covid, no drivers and the Russian invasion have all been blamed for empty shelves but this is ridiculous, tried for the Italian style sausages (which are excellent by the way) alas none, then tried for the pancakes, baked in store well when they can be bothered, again none. This behaviour can only lose customers and morrisons it would be really nice if you could occasionally reduce the price of gluten free lager, maybe once per year is not on. Thanks for the wasted journey.

This only applies to the restaurant in morrisons corton wood. Fancied poached eggs on toast. No poached eggs!! Decided to have small breakfast instead. No mushrooms no tomatoes no reduction in price. Also no fish!! When it arrived it wasnt the hottest of meals but okay. How come a super market restaurant can run out of mushrooms tomatoes and fish? Isn't it the same as they sell in the shop?

Visited the store for a too good to go bag, a scheme where stores are supposed to make bags of things too good to go and sell them to the public through a scheme to reduce waste. What I received was a selection of mouldy items and several loaves of bread. Instead of using the scheme as Intended the store offloaded items only fit for the bin. In addition to this the self serve had 1 person covering the whole area which was 20 plus tills.

It's Morrison's. Usual standard supermarket. Not worse than any other Morrison's we've been to. Quite a large store. Also has a pharmacy.

Ordered a few sandwich platters and other food platters for a birthday event. Good choice of food with the added advantage of not having to make them all for 40 people. Just ensure you order well in advance.

Stupidly expensive staff used to be friendly now they try to avoid talking to you nothing much in went to get morrisons pancakes never any in or there cooked pies when you ask they just look at you and walk away

One of the bigest and nicest stores.

Sadly I’m falling out with Morrisons. I’ve shopped with them for some years but what with price rises and lack of variety, my habit is changing. Today I’ve been in and the salad bar, delicatessen, fresh bread section and café are all closed with no signage as to why. Several other shelves are sadly lacking in goods, so much so that I thought we were back in lockdown. Unfortunately, this company is no longer interested in their customers who at the end of the day are their bread and butter. Pull your socks up or you will be losing more custom.

Staff have worked here too long they are always talking to each other, discussing outside life I was waiting 3 to 4 mins on self-service checkout, and when she'd done gassing, she never even acknowledged me !! A new woman is on the lottery counter when you walk towards her she's sat down all the time and it's as if you've asked her to pick up 100kg weights when you ask for lotto They need a good shake up by the management

Can’t put no star up it getting worse in this stupid supermarket taking more checkout so you got to do your scanning so are still charging you the services charge what you pay to have some one at a proper checkout bloody rubbish

What can i say it's a morrisons plenty of parking. Toilets, lots of food and goods to buy.. On a good day the salad bar is mainly PASTA whereas the salad gone.

Great store with nice fresh produce. The cakes are great.

This is a lovely Morrisons. Nicely set out and a great range of products. It feels more welcoming than your average Tesco or Asda etc.

Confusing car park wasn’t sure how to get in or out. Using the self service tills sign said you could use with a trolley but they are designed for baskets as no where to put more than one item. Extremely difficult to use if have mobility issues like myself. Disabled toilets smelt and had no toilet paper. Not many staff around and seemed unhappy. Entrance where barista was littered with products but it gave an overall impression of untidiness. Won’t be visiting again.

Waste of retail space. Two different prices on multiple products. Staff useless at organisation. Go somewhere else. Nothings changed in the 2 years since the above.

I remembered why I don't shop in Morrisons as soon as I entered the car park! Terrible car park, confusing signage saying doors were out of order yet they were the only doors open, barely anything available on any of the pizza/deli/salad counters, and an overall stench of sewage. Safe to say we were in and out as fast as we could be

Because they have changed the disabled and parent and child parking around the parent and child parking is always full of cars with blue badges and the disabled parking is empty and it frustrates me when I have to park in a normal bay and struggle trying not to hit the car at the side while getting my child out, please do something about it Morrison's. The checkouts are just getting worse

Really expensive,probably to pay for free kid meals..items on offer not available..cafe was a joke ,poor service dirty cups..no teaspoons..no sugar...only one coffee machine working, sandwich and crisps in box really small...dirty tables yet loads of staff milling about.

Not the same Morrisons that I used to know from years gone by. Quite outdated.

Terrible supermarket. Poorly stocked, poorly signposted, staff are rude... And worst of all, the Vegan options are placed in the middle of the fresh meat aisle. Veggies and vegans are repulsed by the sight and smell of dead animals. It feels like trolling to make them walk past it.

Easy to get through 'manned' checkouts. Lots of problems with new self checkouts.

Gone down hill a lot, fruit/veg very short shelf life and getting very expensive and low quality, lots of self checkout, a right pain, takes forever to scan and reload things twice.

Very helpful staff when asked about trolley tokens which you don't need here so an odd request on a Monday morning. Great smile's and cheerful. Thanks.

Not alot on shelves didn't get what we went for had to go to 4 different tills to get one that was working had put shopping back in basket 3 times then when got through 4th tills had to go to a different one to pay not good

Extremely difficult to find any bargains ! The bakery seems to have gone mad, too many teacakes, not enough tiger bloomers. The bloomers they had were squashed under sliced bloomers. Dates should be checked carefully, yesterday's batches are put on top. Needs organising I think. Apart from that, prices are very expensive and becoming unaffordable for me. Staff are always helpful and friendly though. Called into restaurant for lunch, not much choice of Morrisons sandwiches so plumped for chicken salad which was bigger and fuller than Morrisons own offerings. Sad to say this but things really have taken a downward turn for Morrisons.

What's not to love about Morrisons? Additionally, some of the staff are so comically grumpy that they're good value too.

I'm not really a 'Morrisons Shopper' but I do find myself liking it more each time I pop in for a top up shop.

I am very disappointed to hear that the small Brew barista coffee bar in Morrisons at Cortonwood will be closing. It is very popular with customers. The coffee is excellent and also the cakes and snacks. The staff are friendly and the service they provide is excellent.
